I would not take my dying grandmother there. First off I called them on a Friday asking for an appointment for a sick cat that had never been to a vet. When the lady asked if the cat was a current patient with them, I said no he had never been to a vet. She asked if I could hold the line and I said yes. 2 hours went by with me being on hold. Someone came back on the line and asked who I was holding for, and I told them I was the one with the sick cat and they hung up the phone. Saturday morning I drive the cat in there early a.m. and ask to be seen.

They said they were by appointment only and refused to even attempt to see us, even after I told them I was the guy that was on hold for 2 hours yesterday and then was hung up on. So apparently either my money isn't good enough for them, or they clearly just don't care about the well being of fur babies. Like I said in the beginning, of my grandmother was dieing I wouldn't even stop there and ask for assistance! Save your self the frustration and go elsewhere! (P.s. I even waited a week to post this so as I would be cooled off a little.)

They were very good with my baby she had to have 14 teeth pulled, they didn't charge me at all what I was expecting. Very friendly and professional. Thanks y'all.

Overall great experience. Very expensive but inline with most vets which is outrageous considering no insurance available as with people. If and when dennards closes, it'll be a sad sad day. There's no reason vet visits and procedures should cost as much as these places charge. But, again, overall experience is good. Please be more budget friendly. You'll have a way bigger client ratio which will offset the lower prices.

We brought our 17 yr old dog with us on our trip from NW Central Pennsylvania to attend my grandson's high school graduation (Jones County) shortly before the graduation our "old girl" had a seizure and I called and they took her right in. After X-ray and testing we realized she didn't have much (quality) time left on this planet. The entire staff especially Dr. Gadd was so compassionate and supportive and helped my grieving family ease her suffering.

I've lived in 5 different states and have never met such a compassionate and honest vet before. Thank you so much for taking her in at such short notice and helping our family tremendously!

I had to take my Lab Georgia to see the vet last Friday, April 1st 2022. My lab was 12 years old and was very sick. The doctor called me pretty quickly after I dropped my girl off and let me know that her blood work showed extremely high white blood cell count that was a very positive sign of cancer and unfortunately Georgia's kidneys were failing.

The doctor was great in explaining to me her exact findings. I made the decision to let my baby girl go than to try to make her suffer longer. The staff was very compassionate and sympathetic. My heart was broken but the vet helped me feel that my decision was the best decision for Georgia. Their thoroughness in explaining what was going on helped me feel more confident in my decision.

Thank you to all the staff and doctor for being so thorough in my fur babies treatment. These decisions are hard enough as it is to make them but when you have a good communication between you and the doctor it helps soothe your mind when you have to make this choice.

Dr. Gadd is THE most amazing vet we have ever had in our 45 plus years of having our cats cared for. We had been taking our sick cat to a local vet. For months we took our cat to this vet with no definitive diagnosis. He kept saying that he couldn't find anything wrong when we knew that he was sick. We finally took him to Dr. Gadd after a recommendation from a friend.

In less than 15 minutes she determined what was wrong with our cat. Turns out our cat had lymphoma and the prognosis was not good. But, she put our cat on chemo and we had him for several more months. I've referred other people to Dr. Gadd and they have come away equally impressed. We drive nearly 40 miles to come here when there are several vets much closer. We wouldn't consider taking our pet anywhere but here. Dr. Gadd is kind, considerate and very knowledgeable on pet care. You will not be dissappointed.

They are wonderful veterinarians. Great with animals of all kinds. (Except spiders Hahaha). Clean and homey atmosphere. Give community service serving people in the community. Respectful of all they come in contact with. Overall a place to take your pets to when they need help. A

I called about my cat that couldn't seem to shake an illness. A previous vet found nothing wrong. Dr. Gadd's staff had me bring in my cat the same day and, although all the tests came back normal, was able to diagnose the illness (which turned out to be a blood parasite) and began treatment. I received a call every morning with an update on his condition and again after I took him home. Many thanks to Dr. Gadd and staff for saving my baby.

My husband I are in the military. I received a last minute notification to head to Japan because they are closing back down. My flight left Saturday, and I was calling everywhere to get a health certificate for my dog. This is the only facility that would fit me in. I called at 1030 and had an appointment at 11 They worked above and beyond to get me a health certificate.

Between the staff, office manager, and veterinarian they are amazing. If you are looking for people to genuinely care about your pets, and you as their owner this is it! I would recommend this office to everyone. Thank you all so much for your diligent work, and patience. You all are amazing.

This vet saved my friends dogs Lolos life. They had been to many other vets and they couldnt find the root of the problem and the dog remained sick, this doctor diagnosed pancreatits and got the dog well. Now Lolo is at home and well. Congratulations Joe and Mari!
