We maintain complete and comprehensive medical health records on all pets. We monitor your pet's vaccination status and send reminder notices to let you know what they need and when they need it.
As a new client of our Animal Hospital in West Grove, you can expect our full attention to your pets' needs. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet. In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

Note: Some prescriptions will require an examination of your pet prior to re-filling. Many prescriptions require your pet to be examined before dispensing.

I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic! Dr Beck and everyone working here are the kindest people I've ever met! From the first email they worked with care and concern to get my bunny scheduled for his check up and neuter. Everyone took great care of my bunny and he's back home to his normal, loving self! I am truly grateful to have such a wonderful vet so close to home that provides rabbit care!

Critical: Responsiveness Do not give your email to this place. They hound you with BS. My dog died 5 years ago I ask the multiple times to remove my email address. It hurt me everytime as it reminds me of her horrible death. To this day I have recieve. Email. Now coming daily. I would never use a vet the disregards a simple request.

This is the best vet I've ever been to. Our sphynx cat has been really sick for months and the vet we used to take him to wasn't doing anything to help him. We took him here and they were soooo nice and informative and helped us figure out what was wrong with him and spent so much time talking to my boyfriend about what his problems actually were. Within 2 weeks our little guy had gained back 25% of his weight and is doing amazing! They saved his life and I will be forever grateful!

Dr Beck is a wonderful vet. Over the years before I found this practice I had gone to several vets who supposedly worked with rabbits. I found Dr Beck's name on the House Rabbit Society website and was so impressed with the difference. She is extremely knowledgeable and loving towards my bunnies. She works with me since I live an hour away and will call in prescriptions or teach me how to do different medical tasks at home when needed.
I recently had to have my 8 year old rabbit put to sleep. As crazy as it sounds, I could not have asked for a better visit during a difficult time. She was so loving and compassionate, shedding tears along with me. She explained everything, answered my questions, helped me to feel comfortable with my decision, and make my rabbit comfortable. Dr Beck hugged me as I left, which was more than I got from the family member who came along with me.
I appreciated that I did not have to pay my bill on the day I put my beloved pet to sleep but was told it would be mailed to me. I would highly recommend Dr Beck to any pet owners, especially those with rabbits. She's the best!

They specialize in rabbits! It has taken me a while to find the right vet for my rabbit. Super friendly. Dr. Beck is awesome, I love her. They let me set up a payment plan to get my rabbit fixed. Its hard to spend that much in one shot for me. I am still a little afraid to get him fixed but I trust the doctor. The first time I went they gave me a gift basket! I was so excited! I had to go to the little shop right in the parking lot to pick it up. Of course I went shopping. The clerk there was also very nice and friendly.
