They responded quickly when our Yorkie fell seriously ill. Dr. Cope stabilized her and arranged for her transfer to a larger hospital. There, she was diagnosed with Addisonian Crisis, a challenging condition with unusual symptoms. Dr. Cope and the compassionate team at King's Mountain Animal Clinic saved Poppy's life that day.

I walked in with my new puppy without an appointment, and they saw us immediately. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made both Astro and me feel very welcome. They took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood, and they got him started on medication for his hookworm. It was a wonderful experience, and I've already recommended them to my son and his girlfriend for their new puppy.

We recently moved to Virginia from Florida when our 13 year old Pug suddenly became very I'll. A neighbor recommended Kings Mountain Animal Clinic in Collinsville, Virginia. We rushed our little Stella there with our hearts heavy as we suspected her situation was serious. We walked in, both crying, and detailed Stella's symptoms. They looked at her gums and tongue and were immediately concerned a took her back for tests and examination.
She had a large tumor in her spleen which had burst into her stomach. She was going to die. They compassionately and professionally explained her situation and what they could try. They lovingly brought us to the understanding that we should let her go. We agreed. They gave us time in a darkened room to cry and say goodbye to our Angel. Then they put her to sleep, the a few minutes later stopped her precious heart.
I cannot come up with words to adequately explain how amazing and wonderful the staff at the clinic was through this heart wrenching experience as we let go of our loved one. I will forever be grateful!

My husband recently took our new pup there and the staff was just rude and short with him. When he asked questions they blew some of them off like it wasn't a big concern. I've also had previous issues with the staff being short with me over the phone like they don't want to be bothered. I understand if you're short staffed but I need you to at least seem like you care about animals and their health.

I brought my puppy in for an initial visit. I had to bring my puppy right back the very next day to some alarming symptoms she was experiencing. Dr. Ryan worked her in without issue. Administered care quickly and immediately went to doing additional labs and panels to determine what could be the underlying cause. I 100% recommend them for all of your pets care.

Honestly just really rude. Have a "you're bothering me" kind of attitude when you call or show up to your scheduled appointment. When they're running 30+ minutes behind it's the clients issue it seems. I worked at a local vet clinic in the past for 3 years, so I hold anyone to a high standard, and this isn't it. I have been 4 times now and every time I am unhappy, but they are close by, so I try to give another chance.
The final straw was when I tried to get my new puppy in and instead of being kind when I asked about a drop off appointment, was rude to me about it, speaking as if I am stupid. I will not be returning. I'm willing to drive a bit in order to get kind and compassionate care from my vet.

We had a 6 week old puppy that was not well. We needed a vet immediately. Our vet was unable to get us in. Kings Mountain told me to come right away and they would work her in even though we were not an existing client. Dr. Orr was amazing. She was kind, professional and thorough. I highly recommend her for your pet care.
