The staff at the clinic is both friendly and knowledgeable. They strive to provide the best possible care for your furry family member's health. This is our third visit with our dog, and each time they take the time to address any concerns and provide informative guidance on how to proceed.

Was placed on hold after telling them my dog was extremely sick and no one ever came back to the phone! Stayed on hold for almost 30 mins!

The vets and staff show alot of affection for animals. Some vets do not.

Charged over $600 for my cat that they said was a UTI. Never got better. Took her back for them to test her again. Now they think she has cancer. Won't fix her but surely charge you for every little thing.

The doctors, technicians, and staff were kind and compassionate during my visit. My regular vet was unable to see my dog Sophie when I called for an emergency and recommended I go to Franklin County Animal Hospital. Every person at FCAH went out of their way to accommodate us. Vet Tech Anita Peirce and Vet Dr. Knick treated Sophie like she was one of their own beloved pets and made certain I understood everything that was going on. I can not express my gratitude enough and will not hesitate to highly recommend their services.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I've called all over the county trying to get my puppy vaccinated and they were the only one that had available appointments. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

I have never had the kind loving caring support of dr. Sniley (sp?) and vet tech Danielle. They were immensely comforting and kind.

I called the Franklin County Animal Hospital right away when my Chihuahua was hit by a school bus. Unfortunately for my baby boy Chase they wouldn't help him unless I was able to pay them fully at the time of service. I thanked the lady on the phone for caring so much about their clients as well as the kindness towards me for bringing both of my chihuahuas to them for several years now.

After I hung up she called back to tell me if I brought my baby boy there they'd be able to put him to sleep if needed. And when I asked if it would be considered cruel to put him to sleep myself with an overdose of drugs she very nicely said no. I sat up all night with Chase and nursed him the best I could and so far he's pulling through. Time will tell. Thanks to the Franklin County Animal Hospital for remembering loyalty and only thinking about the all mighty dollar

We absolutely love this vet Nova our dog has been going here since he was a puppy. We leave him here week at a time for our yearly vacation or just a weekend getaway and Nova always has been treated great. The crew is so friendly and nice. Haha the photo I added of my boy is all I had with the new phone sorry. Update later

The Drs are great. The staff is lacking l put a call in 2 times and left messages about medicine for my dog allergies still haven't heard back from anyone also order off their site still no word on if the they will refill it. It gets pretty when they don't answer a phone. If you had a emergency you would have to leave messages and hope they get back with you. This place is not doing good under new management.
