I can't begin to say enough good things about Dr. Zlotnick & the staff. They went above & beyond to provide us with immediate & gentle care for our dog. I had frantically called to see if there was any way my dog could be seen after he developed some kind of skin rash/scabs all over his back that spread to his head and ears within 48hrs. They squeezed our dog in "in between" appointments. Thank you just doesn't seem enough for treating one of our fur babies. Our family has finally found a vet for our 3 dogs & 5 cats!

*NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY* Was a loyal client for over a decade until I brought in my new service dog puppy. The vet tech was very adamant that "everyone here thinks" only professional groomers should groom your dog and that anyone who does not agree is an irresponsible and bad pet owner. She harped on this "everyone here agrees" for several minutes after I tried to shut down the conversation several times.
I'm Autistic and this uncalled for, and objectively incorrect, judgmental stress triggered a meltdown. The office manager assured me that I would never have to interact with the judgmental vet tech again, but lo and behold, I was called in for an appointment I didn't need because their system constantly makes errors and the ONLY person I interacted with was the woman who gleefully triggered my meltdown (who informed me she was "doing me a favor" by not charging me for making me drive across town for no reason).
This location will lie to placate you, but doesn't care enough to accommodate their disabled clients when the only request was, "I do not want to interact with one cruel person out of a dozen nice ones in your office."

Falls Village is absolutely the best veterinary hospital and boarder around! They took care of our fur baby, Joxer, for 8.5 years, and during those many appointments with Doctors Green, Fox, Brink, Sherrod, and many others, it was clear they see the pets in their care as an extension of their own families. Our boy left for the Rainbow Bridge yesterday, and we will be forever grateful to Doctor Brink for helping us ensure he passed peacefully and with dignity.

Yesterday we had a very sick cat, 17 years old and had been on thyroid medication long term in addition to other medications. The night prior she stopped eating and by 8am the next morning was much worse. We tried calling a couple different places to have her peacefully pass but the first two were rather callous and wouldn't help. We remembered that our cat had been seen here at Falls Village a few years back.
The girl on the phone was very compassionate and said we could bring our cat in immediately. The cat passed just before pulling in to the vet however they were so helpful and did everything necessary for her including aftercare with a service that provided a custom urn. We do appreciate their efforts and support what a great team of people!

My girlfriend has worked here for 12 years! (very part-time, for the past 5-ish years.) So, I suppose I would recommend Falls Village Veterinary Hospital to anyone who asked? She definitely likes the veterinarians, and says that everyone up front is very personable & honest, etc. I went to pickup her dog once during this covid situation, and found the employee who brought her out to be extremely helpful & nice!

Dr. Brink is the best on all levels. We recently had surgery on our new puppy and she was great in communication and skill, with a huge dosage of compassion. We recently lost our other dog and received a contribution and note from Dr. Brink. We also love Dr. Green, who has taken care of our pets since we moved to Raleigh. GREAT in every way.

They do not work with or respond to outside pharmacies. A fact that is not communicated at all. When calling to investigate why I had not received my prescriptions, the pharmacy told me that they had not gotten a response from the vet and had reached out multiple times. I called Falls Village to see what was going on. It took 3 phone calls to finally be told that I must physically mail my prescription into the pharmacy because they don't respond requests from Chewy because and I quote "it just takes up too much time".
It takes 1-2 weeks for the physical prescriptions to be received. So a month later and I still do not have my meds because Falls couldn't be bothered. They did offer to fill the prescription I needed at double the cost, so nice of them. I will be finding another Vet that isn't so inconvenienced by its customers.

We ended up at Falls Village because we followed Dr Templeton who used to have a mobile service and we lucked out! Our kitty is pretty sick, so we've had to come on days she isn't there and every doctor we've seen has given excellent care and really takes the time to go over everything with you and answer your questions (even the curbside appointments).
They were also able to squeeze us in the same morning last week when my kitty took a sudden turn and help us improve his symptoms quickly. They went above and beyond to help us with some pharmacy issues we had where the dispensers were defective - new ones in a different dispenser were overnighted free of charge and they handled it all for us which was much appreciated. The providers are extremely caring and both vet techs have been extremely compassionate and proved to be very experienced when handling difficult cats.

Extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeble. We've been going to a different vet for a little over a year and decided to change the pace a bit. I'm glad we did! The staff and doctor was extremely helpful at Falls Village. Our puppy was in great hands and they gave us additional information and contacts for our pet. The doctor didn't try and make excuses or bash the other facility, which I think is professional and ethical!
She simply stated what they performed at their clinic and some solutions going forward. I also felt like this was an intimate one-on-one place so you have a small family feeling with plenty of knowledge! You're in good hands and your pet if you've chosen this place.
