These folks are wonderful! I really appreciated the care they took with my cat. I only left because I wanted a vet that was closer to my house because driving with a cat is.well, you know. :

The staff here is amazing. Very caring and kind. The facility was spotless, no animal smell, very clean. The staff seemed extremely knowledgeable. Our 1st visit for a new puppy exam. We will be returning.

Very impressed with this knowledgeable veterinarian. Didn't even have to bring my elderly dog in the last time. They were able to diagnose his problem just for my stool sample. They then put him on the proper treatment and two weeks later he was great.

If you're seeking a new veterinary office, look no further. The doctors and staff of Animals R Special are outstanding. Being a first-time puppy owner, I've made my fair share of calls and visits to the office. They're always responsive and compassionate no matter how minute the need proved to be. Today I had a bit of a scare when my 1 y.o. Pomeranian had an adverse reaction to his vaccines.

They took immediate action to stabilize him and did so without billing me back for the extra measures taken to ensure that he was well. (Thank you Dr. Wagner and team!) I came to Animals R Special via a referral and wish to offer this review as my referral to anyone looking for a vet office. Animal care doesn't get better than these ladies!

I have been going here for nearly a decade and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr Wagner's bedside manner is absolutely incredible. We love it there so much that even after moving 30minutes away we still drive all the way back because we can't imagine going anywhere else. I cannot possibly recommend them highly enough.

I cannot say enough about this place! We have had a hard time finding a "competent and friendly" vet. The experience we have had is more than words can say. They are kind, loving and we can see how much they love the animals. Banjo, our corgi, absolutely loves it. We have issues with him wanting to come home the care he has received is exceptional.

We had such a hard time with the previous vet in regards to our concerns with the pup. The vet listened to us and our concerns. Started him on medication with advice to keep his change in food and we should see changes. We have seen such an improvement. We are so lucky to have found such a loving and caring vet clinic. Amy and her staff are very professional and thorough. They were very gentle with our dog and answered any and all questions. The invirnment was very welcoming. We were able to schedule our appointment in a timely manner. I would recommend Animals R Special and give them a five star rating.

Animals R Special is the most incredible veterinary office. I have been taking my first dog to them since he was a puppy, now almost two years old. They are constantly going above and beyond to make sure we are proactive with his health, while also being very conscientious of the cost of things and explaining options. I always know they have my dog's best interest & will take the best of care for him. Dr. Wagner is very personable and her staff is welcoming.

I look forward to bringing my dog to them even for the genuine interaction I receive when coming. As long as I have an animal, I will be coming here! Thanks for everything & taking such good care of my high maintenance Husky!

When we first moved to Columbus from out of state our 9 year old lab mix rescue abruptly got very sick. We just spent thousands on our move and were so stressed about the cost of his sudden medical care- being students this was very stressful! They worked with us immediately both financially with a manageable payment plan and took such amazing care of our big baby and nursed him back to health!

We appreciated Dr. Wagner's candidness and thorough explanation of his diagnosis and what was going on. The courtesy check up calls once we brought him home was unbelievable. We've never had a vet do that! We wouldn't still have our gentle giant if it wasn't for Dr. Wagner and the rest of her amazing team! We are forever grateful for giving us more years with our boy and that's to the credit of their compassion and abilities.

I could not recommend a better facility and support team! - I also should mention when we came by for his follow up appointment there was a family that had to put their dog down around our appointment time. We of course didn't mind waiting and also felt for this family because we knew how close we were to making a similar decision. You could feel the compassion and love in the air from ALL the team members that they truly love and care for the well being of both their furry patients and their pet humans!
