Sam was wonderful with my pitweiler. He was nervous and overprotective of me but she calmed him and encouraged him. The vet maintained that same level of calm when she entered the room. Both accepted my ideas about how to deal with my dog, realizing that I know him best. They consulted his chart ahead of the visit so they were knowledgeable about what he needed.
Everything was explained to me perfectly. As always, the appointment, check-in and check-out process were smooth and easy, even with a dog on a leash. I appreciate another great visit.

I have 2 cats and a dog, and have gone to North Country for more than 10 years, and I have family that have gone to them for more than 20 years. They are always caring and compassionate, and there prices are much more reasonable than other veterinarians. I have known other people who's pet had the same problem and I was floored about how much more they paid. I also love that they do farm animals, which was very convenient when I got 3 backyard goats, and for an extra fee, they came right to my house! Highly recommended!

I love the fact that the staff cares about my animals when I bring them there. I don't want someone who is cold and detached caring for my animals. I want it to be personal to them and with the staff at North Country, it is. They never try to oversell me on anything and truly advise me on what is best for my pets. They receive my highest recommendations.
