Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center

I had to put my cat down last night after 21 years. Not only were they open after hours of my cats regular vet, but also allowed me to come in and be with him in his final moments (since another emergency vet allowed no visitors for end of life care due to covid) . I don’t know what I would have done had I not been able to be there with him as he passed. Very emotional time for me and I am forever grateful for this hospital.

Very helpful in a time of need. Thank you for being compassionate during our lost of a loved family member.

Took my boy after he had a run in with a porcupine while on vacation. Dr. Reid was personable and took great care of him concerning the situation and that we live in the city of Rochester. Thanks so much for all your help

My 4 year old Maltese ate something that was toxic... And I seriously thought I was going to lose her. I brought her to the Veterinary emergency clinic and they rushed her right in. I sat on the floor crying thinking that I was going to lose her, but after a very short wait the Veterinary technicians brought me in and reassured me that they would take good care of my baby girl....

After some blood work and an examination, Dr Reid came in and gave me a hug and told me she was going to be okay.... she had a toxic reaction to something she ate . I can't even explain how relieved I was to have the compassionate staff and support of a doctor that really cared about how much I love my dog. She is happy and healthy 3 days later... and if you ever need emergency care for your furry friend, I highly suggest that you bring them here. The most compassionate place I've ever been.... Thank you!

I hated that I had to come here. But I am forever grateful that my Utley was able to leave us in a comfortable manner. Thank you for being there for us when we needed someone SO desperately. I will forever remember the compassion he was given during our very short visit here.
