Dr. Hillary Schilke grew up in South Salem, New York, and Pound Ridge Veterinary Center was her family's veterinarian when she was a child.

I have never disliked a vet visit more than I have this time. I left that place feeling like i was just scammed and it only got worse. Not only was I given a 200 dollar antibiotic for something simple the written script i was given to take to a pharmacy was also over 200 bucks. I have worked in vets in the past and have never seen someone given this very expensive antibiotic for something as simple as kennel cough.
And even when i expressed my concern over the choice of meds i was told oh well thats what the dr says to use. It works better. Meanwhile a week later my dog is showing no signs of improvement at all and im going to have to take him to see another vet. One who will give me something that wont cost me an arm for it and will work. Ill never be back to this place again.

Pound Ridge Vet is the BEST! We have been taking our mini Goldendoodle (Cali) since she was 7 weeks old. They treat you with respect and never do unnecessary expensive things. Dr. Shulke is so knowledgeable and caring when it comes to the animals. Our best decision was to take our dog here, we know she is in great hands.

Dr. Beyha Came highly recommended when I needed a vet for my adopted Welsh Terrier. I had used Pound Ridge veterinary care years ago when Dr. Kaddatz was practicing and was delighted to know it is still a wonderful place to care for my pets medical needs. Dr. BEYHA Was very responsive and helpful in working out a schedule best for my pet. I look forward to working with her for all of his future health needs.
