This was my first time visiting here with my cat, Nani, for a follow up after being seen at the emergency vet. The whole staff are very friendly, professional, and efficient with good quality care. The cost of services are affordable! Looking forward to making this vet clinic our long term clinic! Love seeing cat decor in a vet clinic.

We took our cat to this place once. The staff tried to guilt us into stuff we didn't need after consulting another and the Vet was rude

Me and my dog NINA GRACE was Greatly BLESSED to be able to have her emergency pyometra spayed surgery performed here by Dr. Frost. She is an excellent Vet and was very good to me and my dog. The staff is also excellent especially Samantha the receptionist. I would HIGHLY recommend this Veterinary hospital for anything your pet has need of. GOD BLESS THEM ALL IN JESUS HOLY NAME

My dog Lucy was treated very well. We got all the medication that she needed and she is doing so much better. I really liked the doctor that we saw that day.

My 1st visit was on April 18th 2022 my dog Babygirl had hurt her back the night before I just moved to this area of Florida and didn't have a Veterinarian yet so I started calling around that morning this was the 2nd Veterinarian office I had called. The girl that answered the phone was very nice, she didn't have any appointments but told me to come in asap and they would have the doctor look at her in between appointments.

We got there around 8:20am and by 9:30am they were done and I picked her up with a Diagnoses and medication. Needless to say I found a great Veterinarian and will be using them from now on

Definitely recommend. kind environment for your fur babies. They are very knowledgeable. makes you feel like family. don't give you the run around either! They are located in Yulee, FL I take my fur son here. He's been going since he was 6 weeks old. he is a happy healthy 4 months old now.

This place has no competition from the other vet offices I've been to. Very compassionate. My dog doesn't take treats from anyone, but he took treats from them. I got to be hands on help with the shots and blood work. It was just a really happy visit. Lots of one on one time with the doc and assistant. And ALL of my questions and concerns were addressed and looked at. You feel like a priority at this vet, and your pet too! Fantastic experience.

Brought in our cat, who was feeling poorly. Within 3 hours, he was back home with us, and feeling so much better! Great office staff and the Doctor called us, and gave us updates!

The ladies here were extremely nice & understood what my dog needed. He has his issues but they provided him with the absolute best care!

My fur baby has received excellent care here. The entire staff and Veterinarian are very courteous and nice.

We recently had to put down our 12 year old Japenese Chin. Nassau veterinary hospital made this tough situation as comforting as could be. They treated our dog with such care and compassion. I highly recommend them for all your veterinary needs!

When our pet kitty of 20 years suddenly got sick, Dr. Carter and her staff got us in on the same day we called and after an exam, confirmed what we had suspected.our little family member was very sick. Our decision was to put her down and end her suffering. Everyone was understanding and supportive. When we decide to get another pet, we'll most likely use this Vet. ONLY complaint.need a bigger parking lot!

This vet and staff have been very good to us. So glad we found them! They're 1/2 an hour farther away than our other choices on the island, but well worth the trip. Tired of vets trying every trick to boost revenue? Tired of grumpy receptionists, office staff and managers? Give these folks a try! I hope your experience has been as good as ours.

Less than thrilled with my experience at this clinic. I adopted a puppy at the Fernandina Humane Society and started coming to this vet because the Humane Society offered a complimentary visit here with my adoption package. My first visit was wonderful! I saw a male vet and he was very thorough and kind. Then it was pretty much all downhill from there. We've been in for 4 visits total and have seen 3 different vets.

Since my second visit, I've gotten negative comments about my dog's behavior. It appears to be an attempt to sell their training classes. However, my dog is very well-trained and well-behaved, in fact. He just so happens to still be a puppy and get excited when we're in a new place with new people and lots of interesting smells-- go figure! A good relationship with my local vet clinic is exactly what I'm looking for and, as a result of my experience, I won't be finding that here.
