As a new patient they made us feel welcome and explained everything. A great experience all around.

Not much worse than having your dog hurting. Dr. Hammond came out to our van to care for our dog who was in no condition to come in the office. We will never forget Dr. Hammond's compassion and treatment of our family dog. Thank you!

STAY AWAY! I had an appointment today at 2:30pm. When I get there I get out of my car and go to the door and started reading a sign that tells me I need to get back in my car and call them and they will come out to my car. I do so and this lady walks out with a blue rope in her hand begins to question me about my fur baby's problem and says "do you have him with you"? (really?) Due to The COVID I can't go in but they will take my baby in and examine him.

Now we have a problem 1: I am not about to let my baby who has never been to this clinic go with strangers while I wait in the car. What if he gets scared and attacks someone and then I am liable. 2: I was not aware this was the poor service that I was going to have to pay for. I was not made aware that this was the procedure before I got there otherwise I would have taken him some where else last week.

I made this appointment last Thursday for today. 3: they know nothing about my fur baby how in the heck can they treat him without me there to answer questions. 4:Now I have to wait to take him to be examined somewhere else!

Dr. Hammond and his staff are so courteous to me and my "babies."

Love Dr Hammond and Reyna, have been going to them for over 6 years. They have always taken good care of both of our dogs, one is 16 yrs old, the other almost 14. Trust them completely.

They're awesome. Our border collie got hurt Wed night, eye popping out and doctor meet us at the office and put it back in.they took very good care of her even on her check up visit. The only down side with them they are not open on saturdays right now. They are great.

Very caring and kind atmosphere. Most importantly available and listened to our problem. I truly believe this place saved my two puppies when other place told me to euthanize or hospitalize on the phone without a visit just based on a diagnosis, but unable to see today. I was able to care for them and do neither of the above with the help of Sulphur Springs Vet Clinic. Thank you!
