Very friendly staff. Very gentle with my cat. Doctor was very professional and answered all my questions. The offices were very clean.

Dr Hicks has been helping us for years. Now that our rescue hound dog is getting older she's having more needs to visit. I like that they do a phone check in a few days after the visit to make sure the animals are getting better. This clinic also is really careful to not spread any sickness. They asked me to come in through a side door that goes straight to the exam room so that we didn't encounter any other dogs when my dog had a cough. Top notch and efficient front office, too.

Great veterinarians. The staff is attentive and nice. They were very supportive and honest when it was time to say goodbye to our Daisy. Dr. Hicks was more concerned with her care than trying to pad the bill with extra charges. Very greatful we found them.

All my fur babies love this place. When I tell my Pitty she's going to the vet she gets so excited. I highly recommend all the doctors here and the staff as well!

Would recommend this clinic, its vets, and its staff to any pet parent. So much more affordable than my previous vet office, with top-notch care. I have a very anxious and fearful dog who can be difficult for vet visits.

We have used Fairfield Animal Hospital for years. For everything from brand new puppy care to having our eldest family dog cremated. The level of kindness and compassion from their employees is simply unmatched. I can't thank them all enough for all they did for my sweet Ryder and continue to do for Remington and Rue. I take both of my dogs here, after a bad experience at another establishment. While I love the vets (Dr Harris!), the shining star of Fairfield is the vet techs and front office staff. Each time I call, they are helpful, friendly and responsive. They remember my animals and remember previous times I've chatted with them. After a recent issue with Chewy not updating with my prescription, they double checked they had done their part, and even jumped on a 3 way call with Chewy to get everything straightened out! I'm horrible with remembering names, but honestly - they are all so great, just give them all a raise!

We have taken all of our dogs to Fairfield Animal Hospital since 2004 and we have always received excellent care and compassion. They have gone above and beyond when we had critically ill pets. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for great care for their pets.

I take my dog to this vet hospital and I love it here. It is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are flexible with appointments and make my dog comfortable whenever she is there.

Absolutely love the attention and care that my cat receives here. The staff is so caring and gave updates on my cat's surgery. I knew when he was about to go under anestesia, got a call from the vet post surgery, scheduled a pickup, and received after care instructions. They even call just to check in on my cat's health. I couldn't ask for more!

The website looked good. I'd be willing to take my pets there.

Don't let the name fool you. For a vet hospital, my visit didn't cost any extra than a neighborhood vet. I brought my dog in for vomiting (of course she stopped right before I brought her), but they caught an ear infection and assured me her stomach was fine. They have called twice in a week to check on her for no extra fee. My trouble maker then ate a melatonin gummy and when I called, they let me know that it wasn't too emergent as it didn't have the specific dangerous ingredient in it. They instructed me to just call poison control (which is what they would do) so I could save on the visit fee with them. Very caring and quick! I have found my new vet!

We called Fairfield Animal Hospital to see if they were able to see Mercy on Saturday. She had a problem with her stomach. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. The Vet checked Mercy and determined she had a stomach issue. He placed her on antibiotics. Within 24 hours she is back to her mischievous self. Very thankful for Fairfield Animal Hospital.

We took our dog Daisy here to be treated for her arthritis pain in her joints. They were very welcoming and thorough. I especially love the fact that they are letting 1 person accompany our Daisy into the room! We changed vets because they were only doing curb side and that for me is unacceptable. We have transferred all of our pups records over to Fairfield now and look forward to having them taken care of!

They are very caring and kind. They take their time to ensure all questions are answered. AWAWESOME staff and doctors.

Yesterday was my first time there and I absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and sweet! You can tell they genuinely care for the animals. I took my little calico kitten to get her 2nd fvrsp vaccine and some other things. They really took their time with everything and made sure I had no questions and understood what they were doing. They even gave her a little catuccino (little cup with whipped cream) to help distract her while giving the shot, I thought it was so cute! Overall my experience there was fantastic and will definitely keep coming back! (:

This is one of 2 animal clinics we normally use. Our 2nd rescue kitty was sick & our other vet was booked up, so Fairfield was able to get us in and help us out. Since then we use both animal clinics in tandem, depending upon availability. Fairfield was very helpful in calling our other vet & making arrangements to share health & vaccination records with Magnolia animal clinic. We will continue to use both of them! This review is specific to Fairfield Animal Hospital, but I would recommend either of them!

This place is fantastic! We used to go to cypress Fairhaven and waited close to 2 hours to be seen with an apt. This vet is respectful of your time, they take you within 10 minutes of your apt time, they're friendly, fast and efficient. The doctor calls you and goes over everything you need to know about the visit. You can choose curbside or 1 person can go in with the pet. I love this place and won't ever go anywhere else.

This vet is awesome. I switched over from another local vet I had been with for years. They had started to go downhill. Fairfield is kind and understanding. Prices are also very good!

Took my dog there because she was in pain. They refused looking at my dog because because I didn't want to run all of these tests on my dog. My dog just needed pain medicine. I already knew what was wrong with my dog. This place just cares about money and not the health of the dog

One of the best vets! My husband and I moved to cypress area about a year and a half ago and needed a new vet. We have a 3yr old dachshund who is terrified of the vets and an overly hyper/anxious, silly 1yr old beagle who turns into a bronc when it comes to exam time(but is the most excited to go to the vet) Dr. Faist and staff is so thorough and patient with my crazy pups.

The facility is always clean and beautiful. Their visits are always reasonably priced as well. We are absolutely satisfied with their staff and business! They have also adjusted so well with the Covid 19 precautions. Their annual check up, shots+ went so smoothly this week!

I'm going to be completely honest. We could easily opt to take our two fury ones to a low cost clinic which I did in the past. However, we've learned that saving money doesn't always result in the best care. We are sacrificing because we know Fairfield Animal Hospital entire staff care about our babies and they don't try to do unwarranted treatments or tests. We are very satisfied with them.

Can't judge a book by it's cover. This place looks good. My dog received better care on a folding table in a parking lot.

The doctors and staff at Fairfield Animal Hospital have been taking excellent care of our BJ (shih tzu, now almost 9 years old) for 9 years, which include treating her successfully through a couple of bizarre emergencies, and we wouldn't take BJ anywhere else!

This is a wonderful place to bring my best friend.the people here are so friendly.and so nice.and they make you feel so welcome here. I can't wait until they open their brand new facility on Mueschke Rd.early 2018. I was taking my dog to Fairhaven Animal hospital initially.but that place just seemed to be going downhill.fast.its the proverbial good people move on, only to be replaced by duds syndrome. Fairfield is a great place to bring your four legged friend.and its so nice to have helpful and caring people who work the front desk.as opposed to teenagers, who would much rather be spending time with their boyfriends, .well like what I experienced down at Fairhaven. Like I said, this is a wonderful place to bring your pet.and you will not be disappointed.give em a try.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Fairfield Animal Hospital. We were temporarily displaced form our home due to a power outage from flooding. We had no idea when we would get our power back and the temperature kept rising. We made a hasty retreat to my mother-in-law's in Cypress with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. My mother-in-law is severely allergic to cats and they would have had to stay in the garage until we could return home.

When the bad weather started, one of our cats started acting odd with behavior that became more worrisome with our time in the car (excessive drooling, panting) so I called around to several vets in Cypress for an appointment. Fairfield Animal Hospital was open and got us a same day appointment, with boarding available. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly kind during our visit.

We decided to board both cats, for an unknown amount of time, due to my mother-in-law's allergies. We were told that our boarding fees would be waived (again, we were going to need boarding for an unspecified amount of time) and upon picking up my cats I was told we would not be charged for the entire bag of prescription food they had to open specifically for them.

I left with a $15 bill for a blood test that had to be done on one of my cats. Thank you so much Dr. Hicks for your generosity. We are so grateful for the care and compassion shown not only to our cats, but to us.

Everyone at Fairfield Animal Hospital is wonderful, and provide excellent communication and loving care of our Schnauzer. We've been going there for over 8 years, and really appreciate all they do!

We have taken all our fur babies to Dr. Hicks and Dr. Harris for over 20 years now. They and their entire staff are friendly, accommodating and professional every time. They remember our dogs and check up on them if there is a problem and never make you feel like you are just a number.

The Fairfield Animal Hospital has taken wonderful care of our animals for over ten years. A couple of years ago, they shut down the entire clinic just to take care of our dog who was suffering the symptoms of severe poisoning. She was found at home suffering siezures and unable to walk. We thought we were gong to lose her. Today, our dog is still with us and in perfect health thanks to the Fairfield Animal Hospital. Dr. Hicks, Dr. Harris and the staff are fantastic. I can't recommend them enough!
