Our Magnolia veterinary team are available six days a week for regular and urgent services, providing flexibility for your busy schedules. LOVE Shady Brook Animal Hospital! The vets and staff are the best! Our boxer mix Sadie is terrified of people and Dr. Anderson got on the floor with her and gave her some cheese wiz to help her feel more comfortable. Our senior chihuahua Thor has seizures and gets the best care! Our dogs don't go anywhere else!

We have been going to Shadybrook for a number of years now - we have had the best care there for our dogs and cats. They especially loved our dog, Goofy, who we recently had to let go at the age of 14. I have gotten to know some of the wonderful techs as well as Dr. Neaderhouser. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Absolutely no stars. I took my pug puppy to get his initial shots and when I got him home he was in soo much pain. He wouldn't let us touch him and acted like we hurt him. Then when I took him the second time, it was better because they gave him pain medicine and gave the shot in the hind end. During that visit, I scheduled his follow up shots. Strangely I received a reminder that he was due for his vaccines, once calling to say I already have it scheduled, they had the visit marked down for my other pug.
Once I got that straightened out I asked if I could bring in my other pug to get her nails done at the same time, which I was told was fine. Once I got there with both pugs they told me their service was down. I told them what they needed and they continued to argue with me and told me that they both were their to see the vet. Well, once she finally read the notes, she told me I was correct.
I told her that my puppy is sensitive and needs the pain medicine and the vaccine in the hind rear. Obviously she didn't listen because my pug is in a lot of pain, again and will not come out of hiding. I don't like the fact that they take the animals in a separate room so you do not see how they are being handled and taken care of.

For the past several years, we have taken our dogs and cats to Shady Brook and have always had excellent service and treatment. Their doctors and staff genuinely care about our pets, and they are always willing to take the time to answer questions and give explanations as needed. My nervous Chihuahua, B.B., gets special treatment from Kathy when she calms him down with lots of hugs and TLC. Thanks, Shady Brook, for taking good care of our furry family members!

They made sure to fit me in with my daughters hedgehog and took the time and care to thoroughly examine him even though he was not in the best of moods! The staff was very friendly and you could tell they love their jobs working with animals. They made sure I understood the care and next steps for him and called to check on him the next day after he went home. My daughter and I are so thankful for the care mr. Prickles the hedgehog received as we know he's not a normal pet people see too often!

I am moving all our vet care needs of our cat and five dogs to Shady Brook Animal Hospital!! The entire staff has been extremely nice and compassionate! After I was turned away from what had been my current vet, because they were too busy, Shady Brook managed to work my cat, who was continuously throwing up blood, into their completely booked schedule. My 16 year old cat received excellent vet care and after she was released they have continued to keep in touch about how she is doing. Thank you Dr Anderson and staff!!!
