I took my dog to the Vet today. They had emergency with another animal and asked me to wait outside while they gave my pet a exam. The tech brought my dog outside to my car. I asked her for the results she stated the doctor will call me with the results. I asked if I should wait or go home. She told me to go home. Then I get a call 30 minutes later from the vet and tells me to come back and pick up the medicine.
I didn't understand, why would she would tell me to go home and come back to pick up the prescription. It's a terrible waste to hire people who are unprofessional and do not understand how to care for patients. Will not be returning there.

Everyone in this office is kind and professional. Erin is wonderful, you can tell she loves dogs. I stick with Dr. Z because first time meeting a couple years ago he told me Labs are his favorite dog, and it shows. They are all compassionate and knowledgeable. The clinic is very clean as well. I just feel that safe bringing my dog, "my fur baby, " here. Thanks y'all!

My dog was feeling super sick and had an accident at home - I had called the Emergency Vet Hospital the night prior but it was a 3-5 hour wait. He wasn't eating or drinking water. He wasn't critical - just looking miserable with malaise and not being his energetic self. Found out it could be because his food was suddenly changed when I had him on an overnight stay at the Pet Hotel whilst I went to my MEPS appointment (Hooyah!) That food change plus he was getting long last chew treats (I started it a week before his hotel stay) that might cause a blockage in his stomach. Dr. Oliva and the team were quick to book me in and to do some tests and assessments, and we're hoping it's just his stomach not liking the food.
I'm still hoping and praying that he doesn't have any blockages. so far he's having normal "business" outside and tolerating the GI-safe Cannes foods we were given. Im also soaking his long lasting chew to make sure it dissolves. So we'll see.

I've been seeing Spring Creek Animal Hospital since I adopted my cat. Dr. David Campbell helped me out a lot. Always professional with reasonable charge. I have to take my cat for an international travel recently. The paperwork gave me a bad headache because it's very complicated. I'm lucky to find that Dr. Oliva is an expert in this. She's very patient to walk me thru the process and prepare all the documents needed. I made it without encountering any problem! Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with the general attitude of this office. This is not kind vet, it's something else. The staff and doctors seemed to care in the past, but now it is just another piecemeal operation and unnecessary tests and services are pushed to raise more revenue, rather than kindly treat the pets. They also still use choker leashes instead of the dog's leash for some unexplained reason.
For the amount we spend, an actual doctor visit would be nice, but after waiting in a room for 30 minutes only to be given a 30 second consultation as the vet stands in the doorway is unacceptable and just bad customer service.
