Enchanted Oaks Animal Hospital

Enchanted Oaks animal Hospital is one of the best vets in Spring Texas! They have taken such a great care of my dogs and were so compassionate when we had to put down our dog Murphy. I recommend that everybody takes their pets there! The staff is amazing and the vets are top-notch!

Loving and friendly staff. I felt like I had their attention and was not rushed. They answered my questions thoughtfully. The office was clean and well organised. No wait period. Their followup is good.

The staff and Dr. Murrell at Enchanted Oaks are absolutely amazing! They're compassionate and professional. The hospital is clean and tidy. I have not had a negative experience here.

Extremely overpriced! I had to get treatment for my dog's itchy skin & hot spots. I chose this vet because they could get him quickly. At first they wanted $396 for an office visit which was $74 & to give him an allergy & antibiotic shot. I said absolutely not & I was thinking have you lost your mind!?!?! So I ended up paying $82 for 28 pills of apoquel & when I got home & priced it through Walmart, I could have gotten the same meds for about $15.

I wish I would have asked for a prescription instead of buying it from this vet, I probably should have asked for a prescription for the antibiotics too, it was $33.00. The office visit they came down to $60 but was still overpriced, the vets I have been to in the past have charged $45. $175 for an office visit, allergy pills, & antibiotics. Absolutely Ridiculously priced!

I paid more for my dog to go to the vet than I paid for myself to go to the doctor with no insurance. Plus the nurse got my dog's hair caught in the muzzle she put on him & down played it when I said something about it. The only good thing I have to say it the vet was nice, so that is why I gave 2 stars. I have other dogs as well & can't afford to be paying these outrageous prices for just one dog. I will not be going back!

We brought our puppy for her first shots and check-up. They are thorough and answer all of our questions. They have a wonderful front desk staff and Priscella the groomer is the best!

Enchanted Oaks has taken care of two of our family dogs. Always professional and happy to take extra time to explain things. We have also used their boarding services for one of our dogs and he LOVES going back for vet visits to see them!

I brought my cat in for an eye condition the day before New Year's Eve on a same day appointment! Everyone was helpful and loving to her. My cat was nervous at first but the staff coddled her and she became relaxed. Three days later her eye cleared up just like the doctor said it would. I am grateful for Enchanted Oaks and will definitely return!

Enchanted Oaks personnel always are so willing to fit my pet in when he falls I'll so he's seen quickly and can start recovering sooner. The staff are friendly and compassionate for you and your pets. Been going here for 15 years and very happy.

I called to check into cremation for my pet who passed away. I spoke to Jackie who was kind and sympathetic. She asked me to let her know when I got there as they would put me in a room that was private due to the reason I was there. When I got there Jackie was at lunch and the receptionist helped me instead. She treated me as if it was no issue I'm standing there with my pet in a box died.

I wasn't put in a room, she never had any words of condolences or I'm sorry for your lose. Took my money and never said a word. What a horrible way to let him go to someone with no feeling for the people bring him there. Please have empathy for the next person who lost there pet.

The service and care provided by the team at Enchanted Oaks is nothing less than outstanding. The doctors and staff are outstanding.

My kitty and I had a great visit Friday! The ladies were so kind to my cat & let him hide as much as possible which made him much less stressed. Dr Murrell even applied a leave in medication for his itchy ears so I didn't have to apply meds at home. That's never easy for either of us & Dallas is already better!

It was so awesome, there's no room for improvement. We went in for a nail cut & buff/smoother & my 4 yr old medium dog was terrified as usual. The 2 young women were so great with her, when we came back to ask a question, she didn't bat an eye - she felt safe & comfortable with them! I'm pretty sure that now when we have to go back for another visit, she won't be as freaked out. Arya & I are VERY grateful!

Dr. Arnold is outstanding. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, never rushes you and is always willing to talk through pros/cons and any issues I may have. I never feel pressured to have any testing or procedures. We bring all 11 of our pets here. I feel like their pricing is competitive. I have never had a medication error or any kind of mistake. The office staff is kind and helpful. Techs and nurses are as well. We are grateful for their care and plan to stay as long as Dr. Arnold is there.

The best vet in Spring! They have the nicest and most caring staff. Very easy to make appointments, through PetDesk, phone, or at the vet! Prices are reasonable and they tell you everything that you're paying for before charging you! I take my cats here all the time and I always have my questions and worries addressed. Will definitely keep coming here!:

It's hard to find a veterinary office these days that truly cares more about your pets than charging you high fees. Trust me, I've tried about a dozen in the last several years. With my latest rescue, I was determined to find one that I could trust, with an office full of people who appear to really care. Enchanted Oaks is such a place. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, I get smiles and compassion and excellent care. Dr. Arnold in particular is wonderful. I highly recommend the entire staff.

The groomer there Priscilla is very good and patient with my fur-baby Jossie. She always give her a cute cut and bows of course she has already lost one of them.but she's cute as a button.
