I am highly recommending Bay City Vet I'm workin out of town and have had too being my dogs here a few times and the. They were very quick to get my little yorkie in. The staff was very nice very helpful and they also called to check up on her a few times to see how. Great staff, all very friendly and professional.

Dr. Josh Shield gave vaccinations to my horses and he showed incredible patience and professionalism in working with my mare. She would not stand still and circled both of us. Whenever she paused, Dr. Shield would simulate a shot by rubbing and touching her neck. She paused longer with each circling cycle and in about 10 minutes she stood still while Dr. Shield gave her a vaccination. I really appreciate his patience and kindness. Thank you!

First time here. Large open space hospital with a variety of food & other pet items available. Vanessa greeted me at reception, so friendly! We were early, but seen immediately! No wait. Dr. Sherman was friendly, professional and very thorough on his diagnosis. Butterz will be scheduled for knee surgery. Highly recommend!

They are very attentive and very good with the pets. I love that they truly care. We had our Aussie fixed yesterday laparoscopically and it was the best decision we could have made. Dr. Shield and Harley were great. She is doing great and no cone and no major incision. Thank you so much BCVC for everything. We had also taken 5 dogs for annuals and they were all in an out in 20 minutes. Thank you! Thank you!

This is the place to take your fur babies! They have always done an amazing job with my dogs and cats over the years. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The whole facility is clean and well kept. The team of staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and ready to meet your pets needs. I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else!

I found this tiny kitten covered in filth having seizures. I took it to Bay City Veterinary and Equine Clinic and let me tell you how amazing they are. They brought this kitten back from the brink of death guys. They were so kind an knowledgeable. I have no cats but I am going to foster him until he is well. They made sure I walked out fully prepared.
When I went to pay I was very worried but I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was more than reasonable for all they did. I would most definitely return and will for his sgits before he goes to a forever home. Thank you all so much. Your kindness blows me away.

The staff at BCVC acted very quickly during an emergency with one of our puppies. He was in dire need of emergency medical care. Dr Zapalac is so knowledgeable in her field. She explained his condition and attended to him quickly with so much care and concern. I am so thankful to Dr Zapalac and her staff for saving his life!

Outstanding staff and facilities. We drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Sherman. We were referred here for a specialty surgery that could not be done at our local vet. We will gladly continue to make the drive for our fur babies. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the veterinarians are all fantastic.

Our cat was having a minor emergency during Easter weekend. I called on Saturday and even though they were booked they worked us in. The vet took their time working with our boy and explaining everything and figuring out what the problem was. Everyone was super friendly and genuinely cared about our boy and not that it was past closing time on the weekend. I was expecting double the bill that we got so that was a pleasant surprise. We got amazing care and our sweet boy is back to himself again.

I love the care my pets receive there. The doctor(Dr. Sherman) is very caring and attentive to the owner's/pet's complaint. The staff is very patient and respectful. I drive over 1 hour to get there because I know my pets would be safe and cared for and the price is affordable. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
