All of the staff is great! They take the time to answer all of my questions and treat my rabbit with care. If I need something asap, they do their best to accommodate me. I am always happy with their services and they always call to check up on my rabbit after appointments. They are also one of the only places that sees rabbits. I highly recommend this facility!

I've been taking my cat there for many years. They are Friendly & respectful staff. The Dr. Called me to discuss problem & solution. They give me an estimate, and I never I've been overcharged for anything. And appointments are easy to get as well. They're very caring and nurturing towards my cat Malcolm when I drop him off.

Cat and Exotic Care has reasonable prices, a kind staff, and an obvious and genuine care for animals. They went out of their way to schedule our rat quickly when we were concerned about him, which we really appreciated. Dr. Conn is knowledgeable and approachable, and I definitely trust him with my pets. Thank you all!

Dr. Conn is an amazing veterinarian! I have been taking my 10 & 1/2 year old rabbit, Tyler there for years and has been in great hands; Tyler is healthy and strong. Dr. Conn performed surgery on my 7 year old rabbit (at the time) who had cancer and was successful. I was so afraid of my rabbit not waking up due to his old age; I knew the risk I was taking but I knew my rabbit was in great hands! My rabbit really is lucky to be here today thanks to Dr. Conn and the staff.

My pet rat was sick. The vet very gently explained our options and helped me make an informed and loving decision. Would definitely recommend!

I made an appointment here because I wanted a second opinion about my cat, and I liked that the office visit was more affordable than the other vets around town, and there would be no dogs there barking to scare my cat. When I brought my cat Minnie in for sort of an urgent situation, she was old and not feeling well, and Dr. Conn and everyone in his office were all so nice.

They were so caring and gentle with her. We ended up getting some bad news about her health, and after she passed away we got the sweetest sympathy card in the mail from Dr. Conn and his staff, and that really meant a lot to us.

Dr conn and all other vets are not god. They are doing their work in their best ability. Dr Conn and his staff have showed THEY care to me. I am a bird cat owner and I have found that he trully cares, I am an emapthic person and I can feel it from him. They barely charge enough to cover cost I am assuming. He has a Degree should he work for free? NOPE. End of story he is good and he will do his best to save your bird. Thanks again for your hard work and doing your best. teresa vigil

I was able to book an emergency appointment for a chicken that was lethargic. Told me be there in 30 mins so I did. Chicken was seen immediately by a very caring staff. unfortunately she had to be out down. They were very sympathetic to my situation and charged a fair rate. So nice to be dealing with a business that truly cares about their customers and their pets. I'll recommend.this business to anyone in need of quality care for a pet. The staff here are terrific. Helpful to a "t". Couldn't get my rescue cat in to my regular vet. My cat suddenly had respiratory issues & the next available appt. was weeks away. So I called here. My cat was seen the very next day! Absolutely recommend.

After reading previous review by Breanna C, I felt compelled to share my similar experience. Many years ago my bird was sick so I brought her to see the vet (Dr. Con). They performed procedures on her and gave her some oral medication to ease her pain. Sadly, she passed away two hours later after we went home. I was totally devastated! While I was still at the clinic, I was recommended to purchase a bottle of vitamin supplement. Needless to say, I had no use of it after my beloved bird passed.

I tried to return the unopened item the next day, but they refused. Didn't understand their philosophy of conducting business. It's definitely not "People First"! I also remember the vet suggested me to do a test. He suspected that my bird might have "cancer". I felt the price he quoted was too high, so I declined the offer. I fully agree with another reviewer that this clinic focuses on "Money First." The business owner doesn't have any empathy, it's just a business.
