This is by far the best veterinary office my dog and I have ever been to. In fact, so good we won't be going elsewhere. The doctors and vet techs are so so sweet and gentle! We last saw Dr. Reed for my pups eyes and it was the greatest experience. It was quick, straight to the point and she is doing 10x better thanks to her expertise. I'm so glad we drove out here for her treatment, it was so worth it. Extremely satisfied with their services and patient care.

My beautiful baby was attacked by what I'm thinking was either a dog or coyote, and he came home a bloody mess. I call around to a few places and none of them can see him then I remember seeing this place on riverside Ave. So I call them and they immediately take down my information and tell me I can come right away. Once I arrived everyone I interacted with was so nice and caring.
They moved pretty fast! Once I got there they took him back within at least 5 minutes! I dropped him off & they told me they will give me a call once he has been checked out they called me like an hour later! I was blown away doctor Bowers was amazing! She took her time explaining each and every little thing to me which I appreciate so much since I'm going to start school soon to become a vet tech.
My baby was done before the end of the day and he rested overnight there and I picked him up in the morning! Now it's just the fight to keep him inside since he loves outside so much. My experience overall with Valley Animal Hospital was amazing 10/10 I would reccomend to any and everyone! Thank you Valley Animal Hospital for saving my baby and being so sweet and caring!

Five weeks ago, we took our beloved Sammy to this "hospital" because he was seriously ill, vomiting blood and bloody diarrhea. We were scared with what was happening to our buddy because it happened suddenly. Instead of helping us, we were told to leave. We were told that the "hospital" wasn't equipped to deal with this kind of problem. We were of course shocked by this cold and callous response. Sammy died a few hours later at another hospital.
We were devastated by what happened. If only Valley Animal Hospital would have at least checked on him, he might have had a chance. They wouldn't even let him in the door. The staff there were extremely cold hearted, smiling as they told us to leave. Valley Animal Hospital remember his face since you didn't want to see it five weeks ago.

Unfortunately we had to visit Valley Animal Hospital one week ago to say good by to the best dog anyone could ever hope for. Obi was beyond amazing. He raised our boys and was absolutely our best friend, but after 13 1/2 years with us it was his time to go. The staff was amazing and comforting. They gave us a private room and all the time we needed.
Today we received a condolences card in the mail with a hand written message from Dr Bowers. We would definitely recommend Valley Animal Hospital. Thank you for your kindness and patience with us. You have tremendous hearts.

I am very disappointed and will no longer take my dog there. I took my dog in September for a physical like his last physical I was advised he needed a teeth cleaning because of his breed Yorkie are prone to dental problems. I was given an estimate with a discount. The morning of my spouse took the dog in and they told him the price went up. So I called and was advised the dog needed a blood test prior to the procedure.
We received 2 different stories. When I went to pick him up I advised the receptionist of how disappointed I was. She said well that what my spouse signed for so that is the price he agreed to. I explained that was not the original estimate. She said it was just an estimate the price can change. I told her I understand that but why was I not informed of the change prior to the appointment.
That they called me the day before they should have disclose that then. Needless to say clearly she didn't care. I advised her this was his last visit. Don't take your pet there they will give you an estimate with a discount then add more charges the day of that just so happens matches the exact amount of the discount.

We have been using this animal hospital for the past 7+ years and keep coming back to care for my Boston terrier and 3 cats They have always been so friendly and helpful and you can tell they really do love animals, the ladies in front are great and I feel extremely confident and comfortable leaving my pets in their care or trusting them to treat them exactly with what's needed I appreciate the fact that before any procedures are done they let me know ahead more or less the estimate and my options The new facility location is so beautiful inside too, and I really appreciate the help they provided in an emergency situation rescuing a kitten Even if they didn't have an availability of an appointment they still made time when I've been in distress with my furry children I cannot say enough good things about this place, I also bring my dog here to groom her nails too

I tried to make an appointment for my dog, who was experiencing bloody stool and Diarrhea. After several recorded messages I finally got a live human being. I was told that someone from scheduling will contact me (call me back) within thirty minutes. No one did! I called back and after 17 minutes on hold listening to recorded music, I gave up! They were no closed.
I have been with Valley animal Hospital well over 15 years, prior to the last buy out of this business. These relatively new owners are more of a corporation type than a loving local vet. Oh how things have changed!
