Omg the vet and staff is absolutely amazing! They explained everything before and during the exam, made sure my baby was well taken care of, answered all of my questions, cleaned my babies ears for free because they was freaking me out, and he kept reassuring me to call him if I have any questions or just bring her up there to see him. I'm so grateful!

Thanks to the vets and nurses at this clinic I still have my beautiful girl. I've never been to a vet under such terrible conditions before but the price and the treatment was so great. Thanks again for everything love Fuzs mom Jackie

They are very professional and really care about your animals. We took our dog after work last week for an infection on his back toe and they met us at the car went over everything while wearing a mask and close. Then took our dog back and within 15 minutes had him back with all his toes clipped and medication for the light infection. It was only 38.00 for all. Very reasonable. I have been back to them again and again for the care of my fur babies and I love the care they take each time

Just want to thank all of the staff that was involved in our dogs care. " Girl " Brown. Unfortunately she lost her battle yesterday. My heart is broken. She was my loyal friend till her last breath and I was hers. She'll forever be missed. Though she lost her fight, is want from the lack of care received at the clinic or at home. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Regular check ups are very quick and easy. I've been using them for over 10 years and have no reason to look elsewhere.

Doctor was awesome! Price was way cheaper than I thought it would be! We did have a hiccup when it came to payment but they worked it out for me. The site was clean & I love their little goldfish bowl!

On December 13, 2021, me and my friend took my five small dogs to Hueytown Veterinary Clinic and Pet Lodge. We dropped my dogs off that afternoon, and I was told by the young lady that put them in the system. for boarding that they all needed additional shots, even though they had already been fully vaccinated by my primary veterinarian. I was told that they do things differently at Hueytown Veterinary Clinic and Pet Lodge when I questioned the additional shots, even though I had the paper work showing they were fully vaccinated and I told them the name of my primary veterinarian so they could call to confirm what I was saying. So, on top of paying twenty dollars a day individually to.

I absolutely love this Vet! All the staff are amazing professional and friendly. Best care for your pets.

Took my new puppy for her first visit yesterday. The place is lovely; very clean with a friendly staff. Everything from answering questions to loving on the puppy. Going there was a great experience.

This is the worst place to bring your animals. They don't care about you or your pet, only the profit they can make. Do not bring your pet here, please, I implore you. Find a better vet anywhere else.

We got a dog neutered Sep 18/19, 2018. The dog has now has a litter of puppies. We we spoke to "Dr. Katelynn McCombs" she told us we have to pay for them to look at the dog. We already paid for services and they didn't live up to it. They think that it is ok. I informed them that I will be send them the bill to have him neutered fully. We will see what they do. But more then likely all the people that talk trash about them are right.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Value Literally spent over 100 dollars for my dogs ear infection for it not to even work. I went on Amazon and bought ear medicine for 20 bucks and it actually worked can't believe 20 dollar ear medicine would work better then going this vet

We went there for the first time because our Vet we had for years recently retired. It's about 35 miles further away from where we usually go, but I have to say EXTREMELY WORTH, the extra miles. Dr. Birchfield was wonderful and very informative, as were the entire staff. I know they will be a great fit for us

I really love this Veterinary Clinic. I am a first time dog parent, and they they the worries out of everything I worry about. They send reminder if their check up, send birthday wishes, very professional and loving people.

They were helpful with my babies, the prices are great and very quick service. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable letting them treat our dogs. The facility was nice, and clean I definitely recommend them. I will be making them my primary vet

Great system in place going in and checking out. They listen to your concerns. You don't feel rushed during your visit.very informative on your pets issues (they speak layman terms if needed)* I have trusted their diagnosis on different issues with my pets(that's very important for me). Very nice helpful staff. Who ever cleans this place does an excellent job. I have never smelled a pet odor ever in this place which is quite unusual and amazing! We give them five bones.

They took such good care of our fur baby, Romeo, when he got tangled up with a car. Thankful for all the vets and assistants that gave our little fella lots of loving.

Best part of living in Hueytown has been this vet clinic and pet lodge! Everyone that works here has just been the sweetest and most understanding. All of our dogs have been treated here and they are just the best. So caring, so helpful, and keep cost in mind when it comes to treatment. Cannot recommend them enough!

I took a rescue here to get checked out and a nasty cut to her face I'd at. The staff was very professional and answered all of my questions. Dr. George did a fantastic job. I'll be taking my pets here in the future.

They performed FHO surgery on my puppy yesterday and took great care of him.

They was so great with my tiny and showed how much they cared and got him treated as soon as we walked in.

My Neph-Dog Gino goes here 2-3 days out of the week. The staff is friendly and the building is amazing. It doesn't smell like "dog" in there. He is always so happy and tired when he comes home. His best friend is Bart. Keep up the good work.

THESE VETS HAVE TOOK CARE OF MY FUR BABIES AND ME FOR YEARS AND YEARS. THEY ARE SO KIND AND CARING. THEY HAVE SEEN ME THROUGH SOME VERY TOUGH TIMES AND HEART ACHES. I LOVE THESE GUYS.

24 hours after boarding at HVC for several days. THIS is what we found on our GSD. Took her right in, spent hundreds more on vet bill and meds. HVC should have owned it, this was STAF infection, she got it there. No other way. They should have made it right, on their dime since her infection was from being boarded there.
