My 11 year old kitty Jessie had a horrible skin/ear infection. First time here and she quickly began to feel better (Within hours) after treatment in the office. She has been to other vets for the same condition and NONE were on top of it like Binford! Definitely recommend as staff and doc were very knowledgeable, comforting and called to check in on her. We found our vet!

My pets are always treated so well there and the ladies that saw her today were very patient. I would highly recommend this place on 71st. It's the one I have taken them to since I moved here.

The wonderful staff here there for us on one of the very worse days of our lives and helped our family send Josie Marie off with dignity. They gave us all the time we needed with her and helped every step of the way. They even sent flowers. The professionalism and love they put into their fur patients is beyond incredible. We miss Josie dearly, but thanks to Binford Pet Wellness, our last memories or her were sad, but also very sweet. We will never forget this kindness.

This is my second time calling Binford Pet Wellness my vet. I have a mini aussiedoodle and they treat my pup like their own. They are always caring and friendly with him. The vet and technician answer every question that I have and put my concerns at ease. This place is awesome. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

Amazing! Decided it was time for a new vet and found this one close to work. I have a very large dog and a lot of times he overwhelms people, but it seemed like everyone was happy to see him and put up with his drama. Looking forward to working with them again!

I cannot say enough how much we now LOVE this clinic. They got our dog in as a new client the day after we called, they were AMAZING with him. Heidi was so patient with him during it all, along with the vet that saw him for his eye. We will definitely be signing up as long term clients to bring all our pets to them. Then, after his appointment they sent us a message to check in on him a few days later, which showed how much they care and how amazing they are.

Went here because we had to put our dog down. These people were so kind and cared so much. Thank you sooo much.

My dog feels so loved and safe at Broad Ripple Pet Wellness Clinic that she runs in and sits right on the exam table when we arrive. I appreciate the kind and patient staff, the transparency of services and prices, and peace of mind of the Pet Prime plan.

Pet Wellness Clinic is now our dog's primary vet. Our previous primary vet couldn't see our 10 year old dog for an emergency. Our dog couldn't stand up one morning. I called our previous primary vet on Friday and they said they couldn't see her until Monday and that would be a drop off. Our dog, Ellie was a patient at the other vet clinic (Daisy Lane) for 10+ years.

The previous vet also saw our other pets. We've used them for 30 years. The other vet said they couldn't work Ellie her in. I called Pet Wellness Clinic (which is the vet for my daughter's dog) and they asked if I could be there in 30 minutes. Pet Wellness Clinic took a lot of time with us. We did not feel like we were rushed even though they worked us in at the last minute. They were was very compassionate. Ellie is doing better for now.

This was a very awkward experience. I called and explained that my dog Zoey was suffering from red paws. Once we got there it was immediately "weird" and uncomfortable. The assistant that came in noticed that Zoey was protective of us, not aggressive just protective. The assistant immediately said she'll have to be muzzled (which was ok) but then she said she'll need Trazodone (WOW)!

We declined immediately. Then the Dr. came in with several different remedies. We told him we'd rather stay more natural or as less medication as possible. So then he went on to say Benadryl, medicated wash or topical creams (all fine). They are continually trying to sell things.like it was uncomfortable! They both leave the room. The assistant comes back and tells me EVERYTHING we said we DID NOT WANT (medicine).

I kindly decline everything. There was a shampoo & spray that I agreed to. When I went to pay she said the Dr. thought maybe she had fleas how & why? He never even got close to Zoey or anything, how was that speculated? It was by far the weirdest animal clinic I've been to! I'd never return!

Love this place, when other vet's were swamped and my pet was sick this is the only place that was able to work me in for an appointment. Broad Ripple Pet Wellness Clinic is the best, they knew it was important to see my sick pet in a timely fashion. I will forever be a loyal and recommend to all. Exceptional staff and doctors

Pet Wellness Clinic in Broad Ripple was recommended to me for a simple check-up and upon visiting I was extremely amazed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The experience walking in is unlike anything I've ever seen at any veterinary clinic. The state-of-the-art furniture was beyond comfortable while waiting for an appointment. The facility has an wall of names of pets in the lobby who have been assisted under great care that continually gets updated, which was a very pleasant, creative touch. Dr. Mike Graves had just finished a surgery and walked out and greeted us on a Saturday.

I could immediately tell that the Doctor truly loves his work and knows exactly what he's doing. Very comfortable and composed in between surgeries and made it a point to make new clients feel welcome, even if just for a wellness check-up. Even though my Dolly the cat is still young, I would definitely trust Dr. Graves in a heartbeat if any future services were needed.

My two pups LOVE going here because the staff is so friendly and kind to my dogs. Dr Moore is great, and so wonderful with treating my dogs, even when one them got super sick. I can't imagine taking them anywhere else! If you need a vet, stop looking and call pet wellness, they were able to see my sick dog the same day too! Everyone else would've taken weeks to get an appointment.

I love this vet. I have a senior dog who's a bully breed, and the whole staff is so sweet and understanding with him. He's a tough patient for nail appointments and they always get it done with no complaints. I want to also say they have a pet plan where you get yearly heart worm and flea/tick, plus a discount on blood work and some other things. This also includes UNLIMITED exams.

This is great for my senior dog who has a lot of tiny problems. I love that I never have to think "do I have money for an exam right now?" and I can take him in as soon as I see an issue. This is also great if he has an issue he has to come in repeatedly for - I've saved over $200 on exam fees in a few months because he had a persistent issue and needed to visit often.

You can also use the plan at any of their many locations. The office is always clean and welcoming! We also had a nose infection issue last year and the vets were quick to recognize I could save time and money by going straight to a specialist and had wonderful recommendations. My family treats our dogs like family members and we all go to this office. Can't say enough great things!

We took our oldest cat, Barney, here when he was limping. It turned out he sprained his knee. Dr. Graves was so gentle and kind. It was nice to see the owner at one of the clinic locations! I felt like everyone there truly cared. Plus, they got us in and out quickly without rushing. Thorough care in a short span of time. I highly recommend this clinic!

My little shihtzu hurt her hip very late Saturday night and I stayed up all night keeping her occupied. She was having massive leg ticks (like karate kicks) and seemed to be in pain. I called Sunday morning and they were able to get me in within 3 hours. After showing the video of her ticks the doctor knew what it was but still went above and beyond inspecting my baby to make sure it wasn't anything more serious.

They could have very easily upsold me into blood tests, X-rays and cat scans but didn't. They gave instructions on her medicine schedule and when she should be feeling better and she's already back to normal! I have my baby back and no more leg ticks! I'm extremely thankful

I took my Golden doodle for a spaying. I was informed that I also needed to get a flu shot for her as they required it. The shot was listed on the sheet of recommended shots. I was informed that this was not optional. I was never informed prior about this "required" vaccination. I did some research (after the fact) and discovered that this "required vaccination has no efficacy till 14 days after the required 2nd shot. I am saddened and feel duped as this is in my opinion just a grab for some extra income as the shot offers ZERO protection.

This place is wonderful. Our anxious pup has never done well at the vet but did beautifully here. My boyfriend and I were both allowed to stay with her and all the treats kept her happy. Thank you for what you do!

We have taken Gatsby our Great Dane/Mastiff here a couple times and the staff has been great. Very attentive, gentle with our dog, and knowledgable. Glad to have a great vet in the neighborhood!

Have really enjoyed the vet and staff during our first year on the puppy plan. They've always fit me in in a pinch and taken good care of my two Jack Russell dogs, especially staying late one Friday when we had a scary dog attack incident. I know we have been in great hands and it's much appreciated! The multiple locations have also been convenient.

I love this clinic! I have six pets and run a local pet care company and have worked with many Indianapolis very clinics and I have by far the most pleased with this newer clinic in the Broad Ripple area! They have showed great precautions during this global pandemic and have been very accommodating to new and current clients. My English setter has been going there since the day we brought her home and she genuinely gets thrilled as we pull into the parking lot!
