I really like my vet when we were going here, but scheduling was always a nightmare. Desk would mis-schedule vaccine appointments (resulting in starting a series over) never ever had any appointments for non-emergency illness. Always, we can see you in 3 weeks how does that sound wouldn't do follow up care (just re-wrapping a leg) or renew scripts for pup after he had a trip to the ER far from home on a trip for x-rays (thankfully not broken). and suggested I go to the 24hr ER every three weeks until my dog healed Didn't want to give me a refund for the extra vaccine(s) needed by mis-schedule above. Ugh just awful. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as I asked around and know that veterinarian practices are slammed these days, but I've been so much happier since switching

Just switched vets for my puppy, the service they provide is great. The people who work here are friendly and caring. I knew they were going to treat my pet as more than just another animal. They were also very informative and answered any questions I had. They weren't sales people and never pressured me to buy or purchase anything. They provided a first time puppy package which was awesome and had treats, a leash and some informative packets.

I recently gave my guinea pig over to this animal hospital and paid for her to be cremated and returned to me. Instead they did a group cremation and lost my animal's remains. They claimed they never spoke to me about private cremation when I spoke to two people about it and want to refund me half of what I paid. Absolutely not. Very poor communication and extremely unprofessional. No compassion. You don't even deserve one star. Shame.

The vet and care that our dog received was wonderful. the overall experience and office staff were not. When I dropped off my dog in the morning for surgery, the process was slow and frustrating. I stayed on hold for over ten minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and come out to get the dog. They were mostly polite but fairly terse. My dog waited so long for surgery that when she came home, she hadn't had enough time for the anesthesia to wear off and we were up till after midnight with her until she could eat something and take her post surgery medication. It was definitely a frustrating experience and I'm glad that they aren't my primary vet.

My family and I highly recommend this Animal Hospital. The doctors, especially Dr. Quinn, Dr. Glynn (not there at the moment), and Dr. King, and the nurses, are very attentive, nice, and knowledgable. Busy hospital, but worth the wait! Started there with one of our fur babies, Amber, 13 years ago. She just left us today. Dr. King, Neel, and the nurses were absolutely fantastic and supportive!
It was hard to say goodbye, but they made the experience of her crossing the rainbow bridge very nice. Avery, Chaos, Mallomar, Minnie, and Leo will all still be coming to see their awesome staff! Thanks for all that you do for the animals!
