Our professional groomers are required to attend continuing education classes each year to offer the most advanced skin and hair care techniques possible.

They made us feel like our pet was their baby to help us with everything we needed. Very friendly. Very welcoming. Best experience in any vet situation I've ever had. They even have a sonogram machine from Longview regional medical center to look at our babies babies! So impressed!

The receptionist has no people skills, if you're going to be the first impression of an establishment you should be personable, friendly, well mannered, and welcoming. She rolls her eyes a lot and makes you feel like you have no idea what you're talking about. Very rude receptionist. The only time she changes her attitude is after you have given her your money. Though the doctor is very experienced and can be trusted with giving your animal great care. I would make this my animal doctor if they got a new receptionist.
