We recently switched to VCC after Dr. Calloway left the Humane Society in Chesterfield. By coincidence, some of the staff members also came from the Humane Society so we were very excited! Leslie is a sweetheart and I love that she remembers my dog from years ago! Dr. Shivelbine is who we typically see at VCC and is wonderful. We had a bit of an emergency yesterday and Dr. Klein had a full day, but took my dog in (that he has never seen) and spent a lot of time talking to me over the phone multiple times.
He was off today, but stayed in contact throughout our return visit today and was kind enough to do another follow up call today instead of waiting until Monday. I appreciate that all staff members are patient and kind, even when I’m overwhelmed and frustrated. Thank you for caring!

VCC is absolutely wonderful! Definitely 5 stars! We brought in our bulldog today Dr. Shivelbine was very caring, knowledgeable and spend a lot of time with us. Really showed he cared to figure out what was going on with our girl! The staff is amazing! We wouldn’t want to bring our bulldog anywhere else!
