If you are unable to make it to our office with your pet, please consider taking advantage of our Telemedicine option via Zoom. You will receive an email with the instructions to link to Zoom. Initial teleconference up to 30 minutes is $40. We will bill you at the conclusion of the appointment or you can call and pay via phone with a credit card.

Our Biannual exams are designed to detect medical conditions in their early stages, so we can get your pet the treatment he or she needs.

Normally I love them. They are usually very kind, helpful, and loving towards my bunny. I did have a not so great interaction with the receptionist there. She treated me like I was stupid when I asked for a wellness check for my bunny because I recently adopted him. When I called to cancel because I was unhappy with the interaction, she acted like it was no big deal to lose my business.
I love everyone else in that place. I just wish there was a manager I could talk to to discuss it with. Update: I was contacted about the interaction. They took care of me, and treated me with respect. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been taking our cocker spaniel to Dr. Ferarra for 4 years, and she has been nothing but responsive to our dog's needs. He likes going to the vet to visit with all the vet techs that take such good care of him. When I call for a refill or to set an appointment, calls are answered promptly and his medicines are always ready when I come pick them up.

Dr. Moores and Dr. Ferrara care for our four Australian Shepherds and two cats. Our 8 year old Australian Shepherd needed knee surgery in December and they provided him with excellent care. This week, when it became clear that our 15 year old Aussie, Baloo, could no longer stand and needed the stairway to heaven, we hoped that we could arrange for the vet to come to our house. Instead, my husband, son and I went to the clinic. Dr. Ferrara was incredibly sensitive to our needs.
I was expecting a rushed clinical setting. Instead, they transformed a treatment room into a place where we felt comfortable and there was no pressure to rush us through the emotional process of saying goodbye to our beloved Baloo. If we disrupted their schedule, they never, ever gave us a clue. Letting go of the beloved family pet is hard, but they gave us the TLC that we needed.

Tchefuncte Animal Hospital is great. They take very good care of my dog. When we get there, Amanda is waiting for him and gives him lots of attention and petting. He loves her. I have a lot of confidence in the doctors. Their expertise is greatly appreciated. The doctors and staff are always very helpful. The clinic is clean and inviting.

We have the best vet!! My baby has been a little under the weather the last few days. Today when I came home to find her sneezing much more than normal, lethargic, and shivering, I called AT CLOSING TIME. They stayed and waited for me to get her there so they could take care of our girl! Thanks Dr. Laura and Tchefuncte Animal Hospital!

I have never been to an animal hospital like Tchefuncte Animal Hospital. Everything was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in until the time we left! Everyone there made me feel like they have been knowing me and my fur baby for years! I brought my five year old son with me and he was horrified that our baby had to get shots. He cried and cried so Dr. Laura brought Peanut out of the room to administer the shots so my son would not have to see. This made him feel way more comfortable. They gave me great recommendations to keep my doggy happy and healthy!! Thank you so much!!
