We have been taking our dog to Dr. Diaz and his wonderful team for almost 11 years now. Dr. Diaz is a remarkable diagnostician. Our dog had several issues over these years and he always knew how to make her better. His staff is super friendly and responsive. They will always be available at the time of need. Clinic is very clean and smells lovely. Doggies always get treats. Highly recommended.

Pet Care Clinic Doral is our new vet for our french bulldog since April 2020. Very good quality of service from vet and techs. They are always available to answer all our questions and do follow up calls if the reason of the visit needs it. And all the members of the staff are really nice! :

Finding a veterinarian that your dogs are not only taken care of, but also get excited to see is a rare and wonderful treasure. I have two 70 pound husky/shepherd mix pups, who both love saying hello to Alexis, who calls us after every appointment to make sure they are healthy and comfortable. The appointments times are always respected and wait time is never long.

The clinic smells fresh and clean which is a pleasant surprise after visiting other clinics that can only be politely described as a cat-urine scented candle. I enjoy Dr. Diaz and his candor, he's always considerate and explains things thoroughly if I'm confused. I recommend the clinic to everyone we meet at dog parks and pet events. Your pet will be taken care of, and you will feel good during the whole process.

Dr. Diaz is a great vet. He has cared for our beloved Charlie for the past 13 years! He is trustworthy, caring, and very professional. His support staff, including his groomer, are fantastic. Thank you Dr. Diaz! We feel so blessed to have had you as Charlie's vet through every season of his life!

Omg i can not say enough of how Professional efficient and helpful is the office at the pet clinic Doral. My Pets are family. When my dog got sick they went beyond the call of duty to make sure that he was comfortable and that we were kept informed 100% of the time. The office personnel are very helpful and friendly even though I have been there and personally have seen customers come in and be extremely rude to them they continue to have a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know as I've done already. Big thank you to Doc and the girls in the front!

Dr. Díaz and his team are fantastic. They even helped me thru the process of finding a puppy. I would highly recommend them. The staff, especially Melissa and Alexis are caring, professional and responsive. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my Jasper to be seen. Even the groomer Ricky is great.

I have had nothing but incredible experiences with Pet Care! Dr. Diaz takes care of my dog Kiwi like she's a part of his family. The staff is also nice, they always get excited when Kiwi comes through the doors and give her a treat. This is by far the nicest looking vet office I've ever been to and it smells great inside - makes me feel like the place is clean and well taken care of. I'm so glad I found you guys and I'll be coming back for as long as possible!

Dr Diaz and his team are truly the best. I have realised that when you find a good vet you stay with them as they are gold. We moved to Coral Gables a couple of years ago and went to a more local vet that was always ok but I was never as happy with. My dog Missy was having accidents in the house and was then vomiting and I knew she wasn’t right.

I wasn’t getting anywhere with the local vet so I was like right we are going back to Dr Diaz as I always had, and do have utmost confidence in him. He ran all the tests necessary and his wonderful team were so kind and genuinely caring, wanting to get Missy better whilst also managing how desperately concerned I was because she was so ill by this point.

Unfortunately Missy worsened a day later and had to be hospitalised overnight at a 24 hour hospital. I called Dr Diaz in the morning and he was wonderful, he called the director of the hospital where at the time they were unable to diagnose Missy. He recommended they do an abdominal ultrasound and his call got things moving quickly where she got her scan that day. Devastatingly they found she had tumors and she has since been diagnosed with Lymphoma.

Thanks to Dr Diaz’s intervention my girl is getting the treatment she needs with a cancer specialist and is really improving. Dr Diaz talked me through it all and was so caring and I will be forever grateful to him for all he has done for my baby. They had a lot of pets at the hospital and could not diagnose Missy, it was Dr Diaz’s suggestion that led them to find the lymphoma and act quickly! Melissa and Alexis are also an absolute dream to call as well and they both have been so wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Diaz and his team. I will never leave them again.

Took care and made sure my dog was in good shape before we took him on a road trip. I was so impressed with Dr. Diaz's level of attention to my dog's health. The staff is also incredibly nice! Cannot go wrong coming here! My dog's tail can't stop wagging when we walk through the doors and even when we leave. Great place!

Believe it or not, when I take my dog Dixie to The Pet Care Clinic., she gets so excited she pees. (Can I write that?) She seems to know that they are family and that they are just as excited to see her as she is to see them. Dr. Diaz is always on schedule, efficient, and warm. He checks my dogs out carefully and on several occasions, after a visit, he has called me after hours simply to check that everything is okay.

The staff is wonderful. And Melissa is so patient to schedule and reschedule appointments, even if I change my mind three times. Clearly, I trust the team at The Pet Care Clinic. There are plenty of animal clinics nearer to my house, but this is where I choose to go.

I've never had a pet prior than my baby Shark, and so going to the vet was something completely new and scary to me. I took her to get her initial check up when I first adopted her after Irma, and haven't looked back! Dr. Diaz and the staff at Pet Care are the KINDEST people you will ever be lucky to have around your furbaby. The ladies at the office are so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would give them a 10/10 if I could!

I can't thank enough all the staff members who are passionate, humane and treated our beloved Ricca with nothing else but love. This vet practice is like family and makes you feel part of it. Checking on boarding for my two small dogs and left this office very disappointed. The reception was super dismissive and would not allow a tour of the area until later in the day. My pets have everything required by boarding locations but they have additional requirements which add up. So boarding is reasonable but when you add all other requirements it's the same as any other luxury boarding place. Your office should also be more receptive to people from out of town.

Let me start off by saying that Doral Pet Care Clinic (Dr. Diaz) was the first vet office we'd taken our dogs to since moving to Doral and absolutely love their office. We are always pleased with the initial customer service from Melissa & Bianca (and whomever else answers the phone when we call). Even when I call and can tell its probably been a long day at the office, these ladies are always pleasant with me and very patient even when I ask the most naive questions (so THANK YOU!). Dr. Diaz has always been honest, straight forward, always transparent. He's always available by cell if an emergency which is what we are appreciate.

We had an emergency with one of our dogs one weekend and I was in a panic. He walked me through of what the possibilities could be and asked us to bring her in the next day. He gave her the necessary steroid for the inflammation to go down and additional meds to help her with the allergic reaction she had. We always recommend friends and family to Pet Care Clinic incl. Y.O.U :)

I love Doral Pet Care Clinic and Dr Diaz. His staff is excellent also. I have been taking my almost five year old Shih Tzu Rio there since we got him at 9 weeks old. Prior to that I had my seventeen year old Shih Tzu Bogie and Doc took care of him till he passed away about 10 years ago. I trust and respect Dr Diaz for life!

When I moved to Doral I needed a vet who understood the chronic issues my cocker spaniard Stuart had. And I found that in Dr Diaz and his staff. They have the utmost compassion. Besides medical issues, I used them for grooming and boarding as I know my furry Babies are in good hands. When I had to put down my Stuart, the whole staff was great. He went down in style in a Miami heats Jersey.

My new puppy Baymax gets to go for a vacation at the clinic. They know the animals by name. I have to admit with my puppy he now crates better and knows it's for nite nite. Here's to Dr Diaz and his wonderful staff!

I have taken my dog and cats to Dr. Diaz he has been nothing short of spectacular. He and his staff took great care of my dog who it's super important to me. So it was great to see him be so kind to her. Thank you for all you do.

If I can't leave my dogs with family, I won't board them anywhere but the Pet Care Clinic because they treat my dogs like my family treats them. I actually live in Weston, but don't mind the drive down for the sake of my pets. The facility is clean. The reception staff are extremely kind and refer to my dogs by name as soon as they walk in. And when it's time to leave, my dogs always turn around to say goodbye to the staff, so I know they've been great with them.

Dr. Rick and his staff (receptionists, vet techs, etc) were friendly and attentive with my family and dog, Murphy. We utilized their services many times throughout the 3 years we lived in Doral, from boarding to check-ups. Facility is clean and easy to find.

It is clear we all have a right to our opinion, but I must say I really loved the way I was treated at this clinic. The staff was exceedingly friendly and very professional. I found the doctor very competent and professional as well. My dog had bitten a toad and was shaking and salivating a lot. I can honestly say they saved my dog's life. I do think the fees are on the higher side, but the facility looks more like a human hospital setting than an animal clinic. I would not hesitate to use their services as needed. I remain in grateful appreciation to these dedicated professionals for their help in my time of need.

I just recently moved to Doral, FL and was looking for a new vet for my kitten, Jinx. I couldn't be happier that I found this place. I called to ask about setting up Jinx's first kitten vet visit, and the woman on the phone was very nice and accommodating. Upon arriving at the clinic for his visit, everyone there was very sweet, and it was obvious that all the workers had so much love for animals!

All the staff we encountered treated Jinx very well and when he had to get blood drawn, despite how angry he was (it was the first time he had ever hissed!), the staff took care of him and were not rough like some vets I've seen can be. One of the employees even calmed Jinx down afterwards and let him play with the necklace that he was wearing to make him more comfortable. Jinx has his next vet visit with them tomorrow morning, and I just received a phone call from one of the employees confirming his appointment. Again, they were very nice and able to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. All in all, this place is better than I could have hoped for in finding a vet.

Don't take your pet to the Pet Care Clinic of Doral! They only care about the money. I have two lhasa apso dogs and they have both been here several times. First of all, don't use their grooming services. My dogs were uncomfortable for more than three weeks after getting groomed here. One of my dogs actually cried while scooting his butt for an entire week.

Even Petsmart grooming is better than that. Second, they love to add extra charges all over the place. You take your dog in for something you think is only going to be $100, (hoping less) and you leave spending $300 on who knows what. One specific bad experience I had was when I took my dog in for a booster shot. I had to come in two weeks or so after the first shot.

I thought, ok, this place likes to charge a lot so I expect around $100. I showed up ten min early, like I always do, and ended up waiting an hour and a half for the vet to show up! They told me they could hold my dog and call me later. for a booster shot. I had an appointment and his excuse was that he was stuck in traffic. Really. you live in Miami and you don't plan for traffic.

How does traffic make you and hour and half late. That's besides the point, they ended up charging me $190! For a booster shot. When I asked why they said they did an entire physical including a deworming liquid they put up my dog's nose. I never asked for a physical or deworming liquid shoved up my dog's nose. This "physical" was them touching my dog.

I can touch my dog for cheaper. Unless you're extremely rich and like overpaying and being treated like the shit that comes out of your dog. Don't go here! Don't go here! Don't go here! Don't go here! If I could give negative stars I would.
