I've really enjoyed being a customer of Community Pet Hospital! I moved from out-of-state and was nervous about finding a new vet, but everyone at CPH, particularly Dr. Nekota, have been great. Communication is clear, and they do a great job of explaining different options and the differences between them (price, time, effectiveness, etc.) If you are looking for a vet clinic that provides excellent care and has personable staff, Community Pet Hospital is a great option!

Very happy with quickness of scheduling appt. The staff and Drs were very informative and competent. I never felt pushed into doing anything. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to others.

I absolutely love the staff and veterinarian here. Yuki you are in good hands. My little guy Jedi has been coming to Community Let hospital for almost 4 years now. The veterinarian always answers our questions with complete detail and seems to take as much time with us as we need. Highly recommend this clinic for your pets medical needs. You will be very satisfied.

Knowledgeable and professional staff who made my dog and I both feel comfortable. Dr. Nekota went over her exam findings with me and discussed possible treatment options depending on the outcome of the bloodwork. We recently moved to Tigard and I scrutinized reviews of nearby vet clinics before deciding to take our dog to Community Pet Hospital. As a former vet tech I was very satisficed with the service we received and plan to return.

We have used Community Pet Hospital for nearly 20 years and have only ever had positive experiences with them. Even when we've had to say "goodbye" to a beloved pet, they were supportive and compassionate.

Last week we noticed our senior kitty wasn't doing well. I was able to get an emergency appt. They ran blood work and found out our kitty had stage 4 kidney disease. We didn't want him to suffer. Everyone at the clinic was so kind. They explained every thing in advance. We were able to let him go peacefully. Thank you for your kindness!

I've been coming here for a number of years now since the previous owners. I've never really had a bad experience besides the bill being more than quoted. As of recently they no longer take drop-ins. Twice now my dog has gotten sick and needed to be seen asap. They made accomodations and got us in immediately. I will continue to come in to see the Drs here and will send people their way as well. Update: 2-1-2022 Most recent experience has sadly made me choose a new vet and no longer come here. My.dog had to go to the Emergency clinic and they sent the info from her visit there as well as me reaching out and leaving a voicemail for an appointment. I never got a call back today. The service here has gone very quickly downhill. I am very disappointed that this business does not care about retaining a long time client.

We have been going to Community for 6 years now and we love everyone there. We continue to use them as our primary vet even though we live 30 mins away. They are very accommodating and invested in the health of our 3 dogs. Our most medically needy dog LOVES going to the vet. Dogs know who good people are

Everyone on the staff is compassionate, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. It seems like there is a lot of cross training with front desk reception and medical care staff. The doctors are amazing, we totally trust them. The vets go the extra mile to research, try to save pet parents money and most importantly, they give excellent, quality care to pets.

They are up on the most current info and techniques. They make every attempt to be accommodating to pets and pet parents. And amazingly, they love every pet they treat, no matter what negative qualities the pet may have!

So glad I switched to Community pet hospital. All the staff I interacted with was compassionate, caring & thorough. My senior Dachshund received excellent care. Due to Covid you must call upon arrival and wait in your car, but they are quick to come get your pet with a mask on. Wait time was minimal even though they were busy. When my dog’s appointment was done they explained everything really well & even placed him in my car for me.

Payment was over the phone and again I was explained all services rendered and felt confident in the money I was spending. I highly recommend this vet office. Thank you to the Dr. Nekota & all staff for a wonderful experience!!

Dr. Elizabeth Killham is absolutely amazing!!! I will always recommend friends and family to bring their beloved pets to her. She’s knowledgable, patient, and kind. She’s done two cancer surgeries on my pitty & the scars are as minimal as they could be! I will always trust her with my pets. And the staff is always so friendly!

I used to like this clinic and now they are under new management, and my last two visits have been very unpleasant, and questioning the ability of their techs. I take my dog for her anal glands she does every 6-8 weeks. I took her like normal, and I know she needed it because I can tell when her glands but her, they took my dog in the back, came back out and said they weren’t full at all.

I was very skeptical but went about my day. My dog was still uncomfortable so I had to take her back 3 weeks later, they told me they were full and charged me for it! I love my dog and don’t mind paying EVER for my dogs care, but I don’t like being treated unfairly. I told them their last tech didn’t know what they were doing, Dr. Killham proceeded to tell me that she does know what she’s doing that i just need to take my dog in more, was very rude to me and not professional.

I called back to please speak to a manager about it, and NO ONE EVER CALLED MW BACK. Do not go to this clinic, they only care about making money, and are short staffed, which causes their techs to do a poor job and then still charge you for it!!

I've had bad luck. Have lost 4 cats in 6 month. 3 to cancer, and the last one to kidney and liver failure. The doctors and techs have been amazing. They are so compassionate and caring. I've never felt so comfortable. They make a very difficult thing, bearable. The last vet, asked if I'd like to pray for my baby before he was put to sleep. I really needed that.

It says something for the staff when some of them are in tears with you. You know they really care about animals. Thank you for being such a wonderful place and for being so caring. You don't know how much it means to us.

I received very good service and pet care from Dr. Mariah for my crew of 5, all brought at once. And when I left without the antibiotic drops for one of my dogs, Zeline (the excellent office mgr.) called me before I had gotten 3 minutes down the road. Thanks Community Pet Hospital!
