This is place is the best place this is the second dog I have brought here and given my current situation and my dog is hurt and I was super uneasy about a large vet bill, but their generosity in my time of need is awesome. Dr Conway got me a free Heart worm test and substantially reduced my vet bill taking a huge load off my nerves. I have to also thank you generosity of the Pets In need charity. Once I am re employed I will be donating to this charity because petcare can be super expensive. Thank you all of you for caring for my dog.

Dr. Conway at Catoctin is great with the animals she treats. She answers the owners questions. She gives the time to explain what she finds. She saved our dog finding he had a perferated ulcer.

I have been taking my dogs here for 5 years. I was happy till my vet relocated. I am left with an impression the new vet is only in it for the money now. They did not listen to me about my dogs needs and would not follow thru with previous vets recommendations. Do not go here.

Such a nice staff. Been bring my pups since 2013. Dr. Robbins is amazing. He has great bedside manners and reasonable approach. I appreciate his recommendations and candor.

Absolutely the best. We drive 25-30 minutes just to take our pet here. So worth it, they are very good.

My dog (Norwegian Elkhound, 1yr 4mo old) is a new patient of Catoctin Vet Clinic. We made the switch to them after we had issues with our last vet. We had our first appointment with them last week (5/5) for my dog's yearly checkup and vaccine renewals. The staff was awesome! My dog does not like vet offices and will often pee out of stress. The Vet Tech was super caring and patient with my dog. Dr. Robbins was awesome.

He was very knowledgeable about my dog's breed and gave breed-specific advice to us on his weight and so on. During our appointment, Dr. Robbins informed me that my dog had a slipped knee cap on his rear left leg. Dr. Robbins gave excellent advice as to what to look out for if it starts to bug my dog and to come back if it does. Well a week later (today, 5/12), my dog slipped his other knee cap (right leg this time) while we were playing fetch and began to yelp and whine loudly.

He was limping and would not put pressure on that specific foot. I called the vet's office and they were able to fit him in that day, just a couple of hours later. I went in with my dog and the process was so fast and painless. Dr. Robbins messaged the knee cap back into place. My dog immediately felt better and was actively walking and putting weight on it. Dr. Robbins gave us anti-inflammatory and advised us to restrict my dog's exercise for a week.

So far, my dad and I have been very pleased with the level of care and service we have received from Catoctin. It is definitely a step up from our last vet. 10/10 service. I would definitely recommend them to family or friends!

We have been taking our animals to Catoctin Veterinary for the past 10+ years, and our dogs there for the past 7 years. The front office staff there is always pleasant and accommodating, The Vet techs are friendly and top notch, and the Veterinarians are caring and thorough. I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Conway. She has gone above and beyond what I would would ever expect from a Veterinarian.

She is thorough and responsive, she listens to all our questions and concerns and goes out of her way to make sure our pets are getting the best care possible. She treats our Goldendoodle and Labradoodle as if they were her own, and I am truly thankful that she is there for our furry family members.

Very happy w the new vet after switching over from a location in Sterling. Dr Carson was patient and thorough and our puppy seemed to really like Star, the assistant who came to the car. We are so glad to have found a trusted vet in town. Thanks Catoctin!

Came here for an emergency visit, Dr. Robbins is the most caring vet we have seen! He took the time to listen to our concerns, our dog's behavior, and make an informed diagnosis! Best vet in NOVA and surrounding areas!

Dr Conway and the ladies at the front desk are AMAZING. Dr C is extremely caring and honest. The ladies have always been extremely welcoming and happy. The only downfall to the office is Eric (front desk) - He could definitely use some lessons in professional communication. He always speaks as though he is extremely 'bothered' by having to actually talk to a paying customer. His tone is condensing every single time.

Absolutely love everything about this clinic and it's amazing staff. My 14-year-old dog Luna has been seeing Dr. Conway for about seven years now. I can't say enough positive things about the care she has received. From cleaning and extracting teeth to removing a cancerous tumor, Dr. Conway and her staff deliver excellent care in every respect and are so kind and thoughtful. Follow up care is excellent as is everything involved on the business side. I have referred multiple friends and neighbors to this clinic who have also been thrilled. Thank you Dr. Conway and to each and every one of your amazing staff members. We could not be more grateful.

We have been coming here for over a year. Highly recommend: 10/10. Excellent service across the board (reception, vet techs, and docs). They did a phenomenal job of adapting during the pandemic by implementing curbside drop off/pickup. Now that they're back to in-person visits you'll really get to see the passion the staff have for the animals. Shout out to Dr. Conway who is exceedingly personable, and genuine. She's very thorough and gets down on the ground w the pups. Takes the time to address all concerns. Again, highly recommend.

I could not be more pleased with Dr Hennecke and Jenny especially today. Dr Pruckowski retiring was devastating to me as I adored that man like no other. Dr Hennecke is doing the MOST AMAZING job at filling those shoes. Thank you guys for taking great care of my boy (Max) today and always ❤️ I appreciate everything you guys do!

Amazing vet. After going to all Banfield locations and none of them being able to trim my dog's nails. This place took care of it without doubts or questions. Amazing service and they seem to really care about pets.

I definitely recommend Catoctin Veterinary Clinic, especially Dr. Conway. My Grizz loves her and she takes great care of him. I'm hoping Rascal will love her just as much when he meets her.

Heartfelt thanks to Dr Robbins and his vet tech for helping Cory to the rainbow bridge last night. We had never been through this before and they were so gentle and loving, it totally put us at peace with our decision. Highly recommend this practice. All the folks there are wonderful.

We have been through many different medical issues between two dogs and a cat with Catoctin Veterinary Clinic. The vets and all the staff are excellent and always go the extra mile to ensure we understand the situation and have all the information we need to best care for our pets. We have had surgical procedures and injuries and routine care through the years and never been in any way disappointed with their service.
