Everyone is so patient and kind to both our dogs and our family. They are very willing to help answer questions and show sincere care for our pups. Dr. Poll is very gentle with our girls and thorough in his explanations of their needs and how we can best care for them at home. We feel as though the office is a true extension of our family. I am a repeat user of Coldwater because they really care about your pet -- and know them well -- my pets are not nervous coming or going -- and they are taken care of the way I would want my human child to be treated. I highly recommend them to anyone far and wide!

Wow, I will never take my pets anywhere else! I took my cat in because she was struggling to give birth. Dr. Dani took her in right away and made sure to explain what was happening and gave me options to decide on what to do. We ended up doing an emergency c section and they took such good care of my kitty miu miu! Everyone there is so personable and takes the time to get to know you and your pets. Their vet tech Sheadi, helped through it all and made sure to check in after the surgery as well. I love this place so much and really can't say thank you enough!

I really love Coldwater Animal Hospital because they are not only great veterinarians, but they are kind and caring to my fur children. Additionally, they are extremely flexible when it comes to pick up, drop off -- and other issues that I may need -- they are also very nice to the people - I say this with laughter because my pets come first and they see them first as they come into their offices which is as it should be! If you take your pets to them there will never be a regret!

I am very disappointed in this clinic. My dog did not receive proper attention on his first visit for an ear infection. The second visit his swelling was worse and the vet blamed me even though I did as instructed by her. They provided the same treatment both visits even though it did not work the first time. I requested a quote for a sedated deep clean.

They forgot to send that and didn't remember to follow up on my dogs progress. Don't worry after I politely complained they sent the way overpriced quote and included a complimentary nail trim as an apology. I called my normal vet and requested they deep clean my dogs ear. Today as they were cleaning it I was informed the cold water vet had severely burned my dogs ear canal with the medicine they had been using as it must be heated prior to insertion. I will never go to this vet again and hope this saves someone else from wasting money and time there, because they don't help your dog.

Do not go here if you love your pet, want attention to detail and affordable/responsive service: This clinic is overpriced for the services they perform. We took our dog in for vaccines and seepage from her eye that had been getting better, but we had scheduled the appointment and kept it. The Dr looked at her eye and based on the fact that it was getting better did not provide any medicine, and said they would put in her record that we could call and get the medicine if it didn't go away.

The seepage did not go away and we called or get the medicine, but the office help said it had not been recorded and we would have to come in. We requested they consult with the Dr and call us back. We are over a week later and they have not called. The office had our dog's records in their system but did not look at or update them. Prior to trying to vaccinate our dog. We said no and asked them to look in their system.low and behold they found them.don't trust them to know what shots your pet needs!

Have always been happy with the vets at Coldwater Animal Hospital. They are always very concerned about and good with my dogs. I highly recommend them.

We were in a pinch to get our cat up to date on his shots before we move and they were great to get us in and they were so professional and sweet with him.

I was able to get my dog Lola in within a day where my regular vet was not able to get her in for 2 weeks given that my Lola had severe allergies she needed to be seen soon. Dr. Danni explained everything very clearly and educated me on the reason my pup was so itchy. I appreciated the time that she took with us, it was nice not to feel rushed through a visit.

The price was comparable to other clinics. I am strongly considering switching vets due to this very positive experience. The front desk staff took the time to get to know my Lola and it was so appreciated. Thank you!

Dr Poll has such a wonderful way with our Danes. The staff are all amazingly kind and helpful. We LOVE it here!

Dr. David Shupe has been incredible with my pups and their long term care. I've always appreciated his candor about costs, options, and his affection for them. My dogs have been well cared for. I drive over an hour to take my dogs to him. Recently, my old girl became terminally sick. As always, Dr. Shupe went above and beyond to give good pre-care and also to let my sweet girl have a special final moment.

As always, he was again candid about our options. His demeanor is so calming that my dog trusted him, and that made our last moments so much easier. Thank you Dr. Shupe. Took very good care of our dog. the nurses there are very sweet and patient, and so was Val Poll (the vet). we have taken our dog here for a little over 3 years and we will continue to because of the amazing staff and great service.

I took my new liter of puppies to Coldwater today for their first vaccinations. Everyone was very professional. Dr. Poll was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for vet services.

I had a very sick 7 month old dog who had been to 4 vets & hospital twice over a period of 6 months. We were so desperate for a answer that was actually correct. I took him to this clinic & he saw Dr poll. He did a wonderful job & the staff was great. The end result was very sad but at least we got to the bottom of the problems. This was the best vet clinic I've ever been to. Would absolutely go back for future visits.

We had a new litter of kittens and one was not doing well. They did everything they could to help him even though his survival would have been a miracle. They were so kind and considerate, and even allowed mama kitty and her healthy babies to be there as mama was very concerned. They did their very best and I will never use another vet due to this experience.

Dr Danny took such amazing care to help our cat, keeping us updated and informed all along the way. The dedication of the staff to helping animals is unsurpassed. Thank you so much for everything.

It is hard to put into words how grateful I am for the Coldwater Animal Hospital team who made room in their schedules, without ever having met me, for my very ill 14-year-old lab. Dr. Poll was very thorough and kind as she walked me through what was going on inside Indy and so compassionate as she explained the inevitable next step. Thank you, Kaitlyn, the vet tech, who met me at the door to the hospital to take and return Indy after his exam.

You not only helped him - you helped me as well, telling me what a great dog he is while I cried. And God Bless Dr. Shupe, who came to my home to help Indy cross the rainbow bridge - you are an amazing person. Your compassion, knowledge and explanation of how the process works and what to expect was so comforting. Thank you for everything and making his passing so peaceful. Your team is amazing, and I will never take any of my fur babies anywhere else.

Dr. Shoup and others did everything they could to help our little Dog Tattoo, but due to the seriousness of her illness there was nothing left for them to do. Sadly and as sick as she was, it was time for her to Sleep. -:

Special treatment as I am recovering from covid. Always friendly, helpful, and will explain things when you do not understand.

We take our dogs there and the staff and Drs are so nice snd accommodating yo us and our pets needs. They always go the extra mile and are so caring!

Just had our first visit for our new pup Vada Rose, super impressed with Dr. Poll. He spent time explaining everything and really did a great job with our dog. After a horrific experience with another Animal Hospital nearby, Coldwater is breath of fresh air. The doctors are fantastic! I worked with both of them and both were so patient and caring with me and my baby. My poor baby got spayed and had to come back in the next day because the anesthesia make her sick. They took their time and made sure my puppy felt good. The nurses and front desk were also amazing, calling me and my dog by name. I know they took such good care of her and will be coming here from now on.

First time experience was fantastic. Dr. was understanding and upfront about options. Went out of the way to get me as much support and information as possible. Very compassionate staff and seem very accommodating to those they treat. Prices seemed the same as elsewhere.
