I called last week to get some information because I am thinking of switching my baby from her current vet, and I had A LOT of questions. Natalie the receptionist who answered was so kind and patient with me and explained everything in detail, including vaccines, procedures, prices, boarding information, etc. I hung up feeling confident that I found a new vet for my puppy.
You don't get service like this often anymore. Everybody is always in a rush and trying to get you off the phone as quickly as possible directing you to their website. But this kind of human interaction sealed the deal for me. If office staff is this amazing I have every confidence in the doctor(s) that will be taking care of my dog for hopefully many years to come. Thank you Natalie. See you soon!

No, just no. We took both our fur kids to Coral Breeze at the recommendation of a friend. The capable vets have since left. Our beagle had stomach distress and we brought him in. I asked if it was an allergy, but I was informed that he is a dog. Many times we asked if the food we were giving was okay and they said it was fine. Another time a few weeks later we contacted them because the same lingering issue continued.
We were told they could fit him in for an additional hundred dollars as an urgent fee. We had already started feeling that they weren't listening to us and that they were literally just taking our money. We took our boy to the emergency vet where we were told that he was allergic to his food and his intestines were so severely inflamed that they had to keep him overnight and hydrate him.
All of our concerns were listened to and addressed by the emergency vet. I just want to caution you about using this Veterinary practice because they don't seem to be able to listen to the concerns of the pet parent. We are finally getting our dog back on track and are completely disgusted with the way that our dog and we were treated by Coral Breeze.

Declining practice! My pets have been patients of this practice for over 5 years. Over the past 6 months, this practice has been declining drastically. They do not have a doctor on staff and get different relief doctors daily, so you never see the same doctor twice for follow up, as they only are there about once a month, (I was told this by the doctors themselves).
I call and I am often on hold for 15 minutes, I can't get return calls back despite leaving messages. There is no follow through from the techs or doctors with returning calls because once there day is up, they won't be returning for another month. I am so tired of hearing from the receptionist that she will send a message to the doctor and the techs for them to call me.
They recently performed a surgery and didn't even check to see that blood results (charged over $200) came back to make sure the senior pet with health issues could undergo surgery. On the day of the surgery, I had to specifically ask and they never received the results from the lab even though they said they would call me to share the results. This is blatant malpractice and are putting these animals at risk. It's unfortunate, but I have found another vet practice and I highly suggest you do too!

As a former employee. STAY AWAY! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I worked here for 5 years and it was always an awesome practice with amazing doctors, techs, and receptionist. The quality of care was always consistent and always the most important thing to all of us. It truly is sad to see this place go up in flames like this. The new manager took over and in my opinion that is when everything really went down hill.
She claims to have over 10 years experience in the field but honestly doesn't know anything and was NEVER any help (even when I was completely by myself) she was more concerned in moving everything around and being an interior designer than a manager. She hired all these new techs that don't know how to do anything. Pill bottles are left out opened all over the counter, blood and urine samples have been left out over night and more have been unlabeled or miss labeled so are you really getting the right results back for your pet? Callbacks don't get done so don't count on getting a callback with the results. Takes weeks for medications to get filled which is absolutely ridiculous.
And the best part.the tech walked off to answer her phone while a patient was on the table under an anesthesia procedure when she was supposed to be in care of that patient. Like I said there is no quality of care at this place anymore. Dr Carmona and Dr Cintron did such an awesome job with this hospital such a shame that it has such a bad reputation now. Please take your babies some where else!

This clinic is wonderful. The receptionists are welcoming. We take our two cockatiels to see Dr. Faith who is extremely sweet and attentive and recently we took in our dog Morty (Moo) for a NAD, cold laser therapy on his teeth, and Spa Day. They did an excellent job. Dr. Kotto is an excellent vet to our boy. They even took a picture of him wearing his goggles for therapy. He came home looking better than ever. The entire staff was super nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend bringing your pet here.

I scheduled my pet for a non-anesthetic dental and as a prerequisite I had to schedule and pay for a doctor's visit even though he had just had a physical at a different doctor. Not a big deal, on the day of his procedure I noticed another pet was having a non-anesthetic procedure in a room with no water and the technician was sitting on the floor with the pet.
I asked and was told the regular room was being remodeled so I scheduled him for the following month as I didn't feel this should be done without water. On 26 April I called to confirm drop off time and was told between 8 and 830 so I was there at 8am. The receptionist who is also responsible for check-in was not in yet but the lab technician assisted with check-in.
I signed the paperwork and left my pet. When I got home, I called to make sure the receptionist knew I had dropped off my pet. She confirmed she had seen him in the back so I asked for his number on the list. She said he was second and would be done by 1130. By 2pm I called because I had not yet heard from receptionist. I was told he did not have the procedure done because she failed to provide my pet's documents to the dental technician so they didn't know he was there for a dental.
I left to pick him up and while there I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to her the mix-up and told her I was very upset that he had been caged for a day for no reason. Her response was he had fun and was well taken care of. Her lack of empathy gave the impression that it was no big deal and she offered to schedule him at a later date. I asked to see the paper work and she couldn't find it.
I told her it didn't appear they knew why he was there. She told me they had done his nails and expressed his glands which I did not order. She asked me to pay and I said I would not pay so she threatened to report me to the debt collector in front of another customer. My pet was not there for the services they rendered; he was there for a dental cleaning.
I was irate so she also threatened to call the cops and walked me to the door. There was another customer who seemed confused about what was taking place so I explained to her what had happened because again, she looked confused. The first issue I had with them was over a year ago when I called for results and was given the results for another pet.
When I reviewed his records, the data was incorrect so I decided I would no longer take him there as they didn't appear to keep accurate records. After a year and due to the proximity of this location I decided to try them again for his dental. Big mistake. I decided to check-out the reviews on yelp and noticed several other bad reviews. This is by far the most careless and unprofessional staff I have encountered. I would not recommend this vet due to the staff. The Vet that did the physical in preparation for the dental was nice.

Vet practice is NOT an advocate for your animal's health and well-being. Stay away! My neighbors dog was hit and KILLED by a malicious driver. She brought her 11 month old puppy to Coral Breeze A.H. for help. The puppy did NOT survive. The pet parent asked for a slew of information on the dog's 'unfortunate) demise in a well-written support to submit for an investigation.
Both parties agreed on what needed to go into the report. A week later, the report was NEVER written up (as agreed upon during the emergency) to submit for further investigation. Now, it's the 'oh, but.' or 'I need proof.' What more proof or information do you need when an 11 month old puppy is carried into the office, tangled by being hit maliciously by a car, and dying in front of you? Vets are supposed to be ADVOCATES for the health and well-being of ANY animal.
This office is NO ADVOCATE. If they won't follow through with THEIR responsibilities of writing up LEGAL paperwork, how can they be trusted! I LOVE my animals. I would NEVER bring them to this practice for care.

We have been going to this location for over 20 years, started with Dr Mickey, was sad to see him sell but Dr Carmona was just as nice and we continued on. Was sitting in parking lot with a 8 am appointment, was there 5 minutes early, no one answered phone. You have to call since pandemic. OK follow the rules and wait until 8, now the parking lot is filling up.
Still not answering phone, saw staff still showing up after 8 am. Talking to a customer next to us who had an 8:15 appointment and she informed us Some one new has bought this business, a few year back and service has declined, well 8:30 the parking lot had emptied and we are still sitting in the car with the dog, call back to see what the problem is, They don't know who we are and now there is a line of pets in front of us, we had gone for teeth cleaning, and won't cage our dog, he doesn't like it! Now telling us to wait! I'm sorry to say I'll be looking for a new Veterinarian. I know that mistakes can happen but don't want to deal with incompetence.

Very friendly from the phone receptionist, to the techs and to the doctors. I was visiting from out of town and one of my dogs wasn't feeling well. They got her in within a day and they diagnosed and took care of her issue. Other vets I called quoted me a week until she could be seen. I highly recommend them if you need a vet in the Boynton Beach area.

Coral Breeze Animal Hospital came highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint!!!
Dr. Correa is very knowledgeable especially with my breed of dog and the health conditions they are prone to. The support staff went out of their way to squeeze us in on a jammed packed day, they checked and price matched meds and products all in an effort to keep my bill down, you can't beat that!

A very caring place. Back in 2017, we had a beloved cat pass away much too early, at 13. They were very compassionate in their handling of Max's cremation and memorialization. Sept 7, 2021 another beloved cat passed away and again, they have been nothing but, kind and compassionate in their handling of Buster's cremation. I highly recommend this place.

Glad I found this vet for my 2 adult cats! Everyone is kind, Dr. Carmona is a great vet. If my cats are given medication, they call to check on them before the follow up appointment to make sure everything is ok. I love the app on my phone, makes it easy to keep track of vaccinations, prescriptions, and appointments. They have a rewards program, I've had several visits reduced because of the program. Highly recommend.

Review for Coral Breeze We planned to have our 12 pound chihuahua mix boarded here for several days as we were traveling out of state. She's a rescue and has a history of abuse therefore can be nervous in new situations and sometimes aggressive with strangers. We had been to this vet with our dog during Covid a couple of times so we were unable to be present during her initial visits. However, after this experience it became clear that they were ill equipped to tend to our dog's needs.
We landed in New York to voicemail messages stating that we needed to call immediately and upon doing so were berated and guilt tripped for our dog's behavior. The lady was so unprofessional over the phone, she made me cry and totally ruined the first day of our trip. We had to have my mother (who thank God lives locally) pick her up, give her anxiety medication and then drop her back off.
They communicated to me that in order for her to stay there, she needed to be drugged the entire time (mind you, we were already in another state by this point). When my mom came back with our dog, she was turned away rudely by the staff and reprimanded because it had only been 2 hours since the medication was given. It's unbelievable that a veterinarian's office wasn't able to handle a 12 pound chihuahua's anxiety and refused to administer the medication she needed themselves to be able to care for her.
We've owned our dog for 7 years and have never had a problem at any other vet or boarding location. We chose this vet because of all of the positive reviews, however, if you have a dog with any kind of anxious behaviors or history of abuse I would think twice before considering them.

So, my pup Kenzie Rose pulled one of her nails almost completely off. It was 1:30pmish and we were actually on the way to the dog park, but on the way she caught her nail on the window somehow and yeah. My daughter quickly called Coral Breeze and they said, no problem - come right over. Our pup is all better and we're thankful! Good people!

My experience was excellent. They were very couteous, organized and genuinely took the time to know my pet. I felt the preparation was awesome, I am from out of state so they actually called my previous vet twice to get my pets records. The doctor was so friendly and spent time going over what the physical exam of my pet included. Also, explained additional tests that were an option to consider. They were personable, thorough with the pricing options so an overall great experience. Theses guys are awesome.

The staff at Coral Breeze Animal Hospital are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in doing their job. You and your dog are made to feel relaxed and comfortable in their care. My dog has had seizures after an injection in the past. They have it documented in the computer so they give him an injection 15 minutes before the injections of medication that are necessary for his health. The doctors are willing to answer any questions and do teeth cleaning without having the dog given an anesthesia to put it to sleep.

I have been searching for a vet to take my babies to and am so grateful to have found y'all. From the convenience of scheduling to the care the staff shows my dogs as well as humoring my craziness over them is why this is my new place to go and recommend to others! Dr. Drogan was so patient with me while I was figuring out sensitive stuff with my Sadie and the vet tech Sam, she is the best there is! Thank you to all of you:)))

Horrible experience with receptionist! We are changing veterinarians after 4 years and 3 dogs because of the way I was treated by the receptionist. Customer service is extremely important in any industry but especially when you're dealing with a very sick pet and it's owner. It's really unfortunate because the rest of the staff is great.

Coral Breeze AH is awesome! My little Maltese came home from s grooming appointment with an eye ulcer. Scared out of my mind and new to the palm beach area, I was referred to Coral Breeze, and I'm so happy! Both doctors are great! Caring, compassionate, and knowledgable about the best care for your pet. My little girls eye was perfect within a week, and no problems since! Highly recommend!

Today was my first time going to this Vet. I was greeted by the receptionists who were friendly and check in was a breeze! They took me and my pup back right away, only waited for a few minutes. The technician asked me a ton of questions- which I liked for the health of my pet and she explained everything fully. The doctor came in and gave the exam, she was polite and professional.
They offered new alternatives for my pet, which I will try soon and the staff was knowledgeable. The appearance of the place is clean, the building is older but is in good condition. They have murals on the walls and has a tropical feel to the place. I will continue to go to this vet for as long as I am in the area.

First time taking my kittah to Coral Breeze, and they were awesome! Great customer service by the office staff and the vet tech/assistant, and Dr. Carmona has a great bedside (pawside?) manner with pets. I don'. t get the folks complaining about the cost -- I agree that vet fees certainly aren't cheap, but Coral Breeze is comparable to places like Banfield, and I don't mind paying an extra $10-15 to take my furry family member to a private, stand-alone animal hospital. Will be going back and referring.
