I was with my last vet for 16 years. In the short time that I have been with Dr. Radcliffe, he has taken a special interest in my Pheobe, who has a rare R.E.M sleep behavior disorder. You can really tell that this man was given a gift to work with animals. I wish that I had made the move so much sooner. My dogs are my babies, and Town and Country has my trust. Dr. Radcliffe is not the type to shrug his shoulders and say "I Don't know", brush things off, or just ignore them.
He looks for solutions. I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about the care of their pet. I have even seen him come from the back to the waiting room, get down on his knees to comfort some anxious dogs in the waiting room. The animals look at him like he is a rock star! I would give a 100 stars if I could.

They were so compassionate and wonderful with the needs of our terminally ill cat. I'll never forget the awesome care he received and how nice the staff are. If you are looking for a vet, give them a call. I'm switching all my animals from their long-term prior vet. I can't put into words how wonderful they are. Thank you all for your help w Mijow.

Dr Radcliffe is definitely the "go-to" vet in our region for orthopedic issues with dogs. Very patient and thorough - he'll figure out what's wrong with Fido even if it takes a lot of extra time. And his bedside manner with both dogs and their owners is fantastic. The facility was renovated and expanded in ~2019 as well.

I have been a client there for many years. I can tell you that Dr. Radcliffe is the best veterinarian you will ever find. He saved my last dog three times and I do not believe my previous dog would have lived as long as he did without him. I know his practice has exploded in the past few years and this is why. His capability with complex surgery and handling major issues is no match for him. I just wish he had the 24/7 emergency care like he used too. Truly the best veterinarian you will ever have the pleasure of working with. Bring back your 24/7 service.

I am livid. My mother called about a medicine that our dog had used which gave her seizures. She questioned about alternate treatments that could be provided that would be safer for our dog. We ultimately chose to stick to the medicine that caused our dog's seizures at the recommendation of the woman that was on the phone. My mother was upset about having to continue with potentially dangerous medicine, but she trusted the vet that said that it was the best course of action.
When I arrived at the hospital to pick up the medicine for our dog, I waited in an empty waiting room. I stayed a few feet back, waiting to be called. I was not acknowledged, however. Instead, I was greeted with open gossip between two women working there about my mother. I overheard them talking about how they found her annoying and difficult. All she wanted to do today was make sure that our dog was getting safe reliable medicine, but apparently that was anathema to them.
I walked away, after they still did not acknowledge me, and stood in shock. I walked back to the desk a few minutes later to get the medicine. When I said who the medicine was for, they said "We were just talking about her." The fact that they would gossip out at the front desk when they knew I was coming to pick up the medication says a lot about how much they value their customers.

I can’t say enough positive things about Town & Country Animal Hospital. We had an emergency with one of our sugar gliders today. They were able to take care of our exotic animal. They had me at the office within a couple of hours. They were compassionate, friendly and professional. If it weren’t for them I am sure the outcome would have been grim. We are on the road to recovery (as long as he behaves). Thank you for saving our baby!

Dr Radcliff and staff are the Most Dedicated staff I have ever worked with. I have been associated with animal rescue for over 35 years, and I am a Human Police Officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Along with being one of the best facilities in the area, they are one of the more reasonable priced vets. You will never go wrong with them.

We have always loved Town & Country, and we have been bringing our pets here for at least 13/14 years now. Specifically, we started seeing Dr. Flores when we had an emergency with one of our cats, and he is top-notch, and his bedside manner is just lovely. He explains things in a scientific manner, so it's clear he is knowledgeable, but he makes sure to also explain things in a conversational and light-hearted tone so that people with no medical training can understand.
His attention to detail has always been outstanding. It's clear to me that he enjoys what he does and he's been extremely compassionate about our cats. He then did an initial visit with a feral we have outside, and then another emergency visit with yet another of our cats, and his care is consistently wonderful. He has taken the time to call back with follow-up information and instruction.
We normally just take whatever appointment is available, but it's likely we will specifically seek him out from this point forward, because of the way he's handled the two of our cats in particular during crisis.
