If you want to pay triple the price you would at any other veterinarian office, this is the place to be. Genuinely could not believe the lack of care that goes into this place. They had me sitting in the waiting room with my cat meanwhile in the opposite room they were bad-talking other patients through a paper thin wall. The doctors are condescending and will treat you like a child.
The girls who took care of my cat were very sweet however, and were very kind to me when I came to pick my cat up. My honest recommendation is this should be your last resort to get your cat taken care of. They handed me an $1,100 bill and only changed the price when I broke down in tears because I couldn't afford the help my cat needed. Truthfully disgusted at the way this facility operates.

It's difficult posting this review because I have brought pets here in the past and they've done a wonderful job, and also because I see other exotic reviews with positive experiences. However, after bringing my chinchilla for continued care here between surgeries at NorthStar, I will never return. After multiple laser treatments and being told "everything looks great, " I took her to NorthStar for concerns that were not addressed at Edinburg and they were horrified at her condition and that action had not been taken.
This was less than 24 hours after the vet at Edinburg more or less waived us off and said to just "keep an eye on things, " leading to my chin being in critical care. If they had listened to my concerns when I went I could have avoided an awful situation. Consider looking elsewhere for exotic care.

We took our black lab to Edinburg Animal Hospital for his annual exam. When they were ready to see our dog, we were greeted by professional vet techs that took care of him right from the door. After he was checked out, we received a call from the doctor explaining everything that they just did for our dog. We feel he gets the highest service possible from everyone when he is there for an appointment. They make us feel comfortable and we are so satisfied with the service our dog receives. They are friendly to our dog and always glad to see him.

Critical: Reliability Unfortunately my bunnies experience at this hospital did not have a happy ending. Took my bunny to get neutered on 8/31/21and was told everything went well two hours after being home my bunny died. Clearly there was something wrong. Do not take your bunnies here please. I paid for my bunny to get neutered not for him to die.

I take my 8 year old husky to Edinburg Animal Hospital. In fact I switched from the earlier vet at Twin Rivers to here primarily because of the location. It was such a great decision. The staff is friendly and overall it's a very professional setup. I am so happy that Anna has Dr. Fanders and Dr. Danielsen as her vet. Both are highly professional and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my husky's treatments. Also wanted to call out Ms. Barbara for her prompt and courteous replies on emails / phone.

We have been coming here for years amd have watched them transform their operations due to covid. They have done a great job! The Veterinarians are terrific and the tech and office staff are friendly, professional and genuine. We brought our dog Blaze in for something small to be checked and they made us feel like their only patient. When we considered getting a bunny they explained the needs and responsibilities and suggested we adopt- which we did and it was a great decision. Its very easy to recommend them and I do so all the time.

Dr. Danielson and her staff at Edinburg Animal Hospital are exceptional! When I adopted my dog, I took her to see Dr. Danielson and I found her to be so calm and knowledgeable and more than willing to take time with me to allay my fears about my dog. Everyone in the office are so kind and friendly and helpful. An outstanding experience!
