This veterinary clinic is conveniently located in Hamilton. It's only a few minutes from my home, ahd the office makes it easy to schedule appointments. They really care about animals and will work with you to find the right treatment if your pet is in need. One of the doctors once spent 20 mins in the phone with me trying to diagnose and treat my senior cat. They also work closely with Northstar Emergency Vet Hospital, so your pets records are easily accessible.

Great staff and Dr. Moon is great. They take good care of my cats every time I bring them. I also found a stray cat who was very sick and Dr. Moon took very good care of him. Dr. Moon took very good care of my cat Princess Buttercup when she needed some teeth extracted. I highly recommend Hamilton Veterinary Hospital.

Don't waist your time trying to go here right now, they wont take you. I had a dog with them from over 15 years when I lived with my mom. He passed away and I got a new puppy and was trying to go back there. Literally the only vet I ever used. This shows our value.just saying. I asked to change the name on the account since it was my dog but being a minor at the time it had to go under my mom but they could do this and, they didn't want to "create another file"

I don't know what is up with the receptionists I gues they feel brave because of the new covid guidelines shielding them from actually in person contact but yelling at someone to call back in ten minutes then hanging up/ then never answering again, at people who call them just to make an appointment to receive medicine is absolutely unacceptable I feel bad for who ever the owner is because they will loose business because of how rude lazy and unprofessional the receptionists are, never return voicemails/ so what will happen when my dog has an emergency? It's scary ALL THOSE RECEPTIONISTS NEED TO BE FIRED NOT JUST ONE ALL! Taking my buisness elsewhere!

Receptionist extremely rude and hung up on me. When i called back, to ask to speak to someone about my concern with my pet and with the employee who hung up on me, i was refused to speak to a dr. Refused to be given the name of who I spoke with. AND told me the receptionist that "I should look in the mirror"! I'm sorry, I thought it was their job to take calls and help people. Not talk over people and hang up on them!

I have the most respect for Dr Mary Moon who has followed in her father's footsteps. She has the same interest and caring attributes, as he did, in caring for every one of their patients.
Dr Moons professionalism is gleamed by the staff which creates a comforting effect and trust in their ability. They are #1 in my opinion.

The staff were warm and friendly. Doctor was really accommodating during the painful day and news to us that my beloved kitty son Romeo had cancer..his mass was so large we couldnt set him for treament. I lost him 2 months before i had my baby Adrianna. He just seemed pale and unlike himself. He was a kitty son to me since i was 18 yrs..2002-September 26 2015...he is truly missed and havent had a cat in my home since.
I hope one day when i am able have another kitty child i will return to the kindness and care this hospital has showed me in my horrible loss. A large void is in my heart where he used to be and i hope someday a cat can be close to me as he used to be.
