Dr. Fallek has gone above and beyond taking care of my Weimaraner Smokey 15 years ago when he had a back injury. The conventional vet wanted to perform surgery. Dr. Fallek used acupuncture and wholistic remedies and within 10 sessions was cured. This year my other Weimaraner Treynor sustained a back injury and once again acupuncture is healing him.

He barely could stand or walk and was in so much discomfort. But Dr. Fallek has helped him walk again. I trust her because she truly works at healing pets. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Fallek has been instrumental in improving the health of my senior rescue cat with feline leukemia. When I took him home the shelter thought he had "maybe a few months" left. That was 19 months ago and he is doing great. We use homeopathic remedies that change along with his needs, as Dr. Fallek takes into account all that is going on physically, emotionally and behaviorally to find the right match.

Dr Fallek is an amazing Holistic Veterinarian with a love and compassion to help her animal clients and families. From a selfish perspective I almost don't want to share her with others, but for the animals in your lives I want the world to know all about her. Without her we believe we would have lost our 3 y/o black lab Luna within months of her cancer diagnosis with Chondrosarcoma Nasal Cancer in Oct 2018.

We originally met with a Radiation Oncologist who told us all the side effects and the risks. The Oncologist advised "statistically" with radiation, her life expectancy was 2 to 18 month and we will lose her to this cancer regardless of what we do. We decided not to proceed with radiation. For us, our Luna deserved a graceful end of life experience.

We could not give up on Luna or give into the cancer and just wait so we looked for an alternative solution and found Dr Fallek online. Our original appointment was comprehensive and we left there with supplements and homeopathic remedies as well as a plan knowing we are supporting Luna's day to day well-being. Since that first appointment and a one year in person appointment, all other appointments have been by phone with emailing of pictures or videos.

In the 17 months of caring for Luna, I call Dr Fallek for phone appointments when we need her, 7 days a week and I always get a prompt callback appointment. The mass has grown as we knew it would, with Dr. Fallek by our side supporting Luna, she has experienced a beautiful 17 months with no side affects or risk. Another plus, financially we have not spent what radiation was estimated to cost. Dr Fallek is a gift in our lives and we trust her with the well-being of our pets.

Dr. Fallek saved my first dog, a strong willed Westie. At 7 years old she had a few weeks to live. With Dr. Fallek's holistic and homeopathic care throughout her life, she lived happily till 16 years old. My next doggie, a little Yorkie, is now 10, recently had a small wart on her eyelid, Dr. Fallek gave her a homeopathic remedy and within a week it was gone. She is so talented, smart and knowledgable in her field, I don't know what I would do without her. Thank you to her!

I called Fallek regarding my stage 4 kidney cat on Labor Day 2019. Cat was diagnosed in May 2019 by a regular veterinarian via urine and blood testing. Cat was a great eater and the regular vet had me administering 100 cc's of fluids subcutaneously each day at home. Cat was doing great then just prior to Labor Day she began to vomit more often (bile) and she stopped eating and began to hide. Alarmed, I thought there were other things I could do for her besides watch her suffer so I went to Fallek after reading her website for help. Fallek barely gave my cat a physical, rather she queried me about 'is she a sad cat' and other non urgent questions which seemed to stretch the time out for her maximum fee. ($650 in the end of 1 visit).

I was sent home with 3 holistic prescriptions - none of which my cat in her state was able to tolerate. Fallek had boasted about 'having clear liquids that had no taste' but we were never provided any. I had one detox liquid to administer and my cat vomited the next day very hard. Fallek chided me that 'she couldn't do anything if I didn't call her right away' of course at a cost per minute - $8 I think.

Well I called her one more time very upset as my cat seemed to be getting worse and I just wanted to make the situation as comfortable as possible for her. I was told to come back (I managed to return at no cost) and again the cat was barely looked at and after another useless discussion in which I inquired if my cat was in any pain, Fallek said 'oh no, not at all' and she downplayed my query regarding trying CBD oil for cats or an anti-nausea medication.

She did not recommend anything but charged me over $100 for meds that my cat could not tolerate - why would she? She wasn't eating! Fallek, in her infinite wisdom, said she couldn't 'hear my cats heart because she was purring too loudly' to which I replied 'that's a sign of distress, isn't it?' And she acted annoyed. (My poor baby).

This is all taking place at Fallek's tiny home in Fairfield, CT - the room was uncomfortable and tiny. I was told by Fallek AFTER SHE CHECKED MY CATS HEART to INCREASE the fluids to 150 cc's a day. My cat was 13 pounds at this point. Never was I told 10 cc's per pound of cat was the normal recommendation otherwise you can affect Blood Pressure!

I went home, exhausted after trying to find anything for my cat to eat, no appetite stimulant by Fallek, no pain meds. The next morning I found my cat on the floor trying to get to the kitchen. I picked her up and administered the fluids as directed by Fallek. In 5 minutes my cats head got very low and she looked terrible. Then she lifted her head, looked right at me with her big beautiful eyes, got up and ran to my arms, and began to breath very hard then seized up.

I rushed her to a local VCA hospital where they informed me her heart rate was very low and it was not ethical to revive her in that state. That she was in a terrible amount of pain. I cried feeling completely responsible and taken advantage of, and euthanized my beautiful girl of 17 years. Her eyes were bright and healthy to the end. Since this horrific event I have found a support group of similar parents and professionals that are caring for cats with chronic kidney disease and I have relayed my story.

Via their recommendation I am writing this review so other pet owners are aware of this individual and what she did to my family. I did receive a card from her to be fair, but it was sent to the wrong address to which I was not surprised. She knew my cat barely 7 days and took $650 from me. That wasn't right.

Dr. Fallek is a far and few between exceptional find of a veterinarian. If a person wants the best care for their animals like I do, Dr. Fallek is the holistic animal specialist to entrust. Throughout the years of having many animal companions, I have been to conventional veterinarian hospitals, five to be exact. I have NEVER experienced the rapid healing results that I HAVE experienced with Dr. Fallek's care.

She has the experience, expertise, knowledge, and understanding to formulate curative protocols for the animals' individual needs. Her holistic methodology far surpasses the commonly found standard veterinary care. Dr. Fallek is quick to grasp what the individual animal is experiencing; what is causing the experience; and how to remedy the dis-ease.

I find it rare to come across an animal practitioner who "gets IT". Dr. Fallek with her expertise of holistic medicine is a beacon of clarity in a world of conventional medicine that has been filled with disconcerting trials. I personally find that someone like Dr. Fallek with her holistic tool bag are our future in a world gone astray. I have witnessed my animals recover from multiple ailments throughout the years due to Dr. Fallek's doctoring. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the quality of life Dr. Fallek has brought to my family of wagging tails.

Marcie Fallek has been taking care of my cats for over 12 years and I cannot say enough good things about her. I have used Marcie for years for my cats. I first went to her with an elderly cat who had hyperthyroidism. He was allergic to the medication and I didn't want to irradiate his thyroid so I decided on an holistic approach. Marcie worked wonders and Travis lived several more years with no problem. He died a natural death unrelated to hyperthyroidism. Edgar had cancer and was given 3 months to live.

Dr. Fallek is a highly skilled, knowlegable, empathetic holistic vet, I only wish I had known her years ago. I brought my 15-year old rescue pit bull, Barnaby, to see her after a well-known neurologist told me that surgery was the only option to treat his 3 bulging discs (one was severe). Barnaby kept falling backwards, unable to use his hind legs to keep his balance, and he was very uncomfortable.

After the very first session with Dr. Fallek (using acupuncture, cold laser, homeopathy and other supplements), Barnaby showed improvement, and I was able to immediately drop the prescribed steroids and painkillers. It has been 5 months, and Barnaby is able to go on walks every day (his favorite activity after meals and naps), and his movement is slow but steady and upright, no falling back or listing, and he is very happy.

It is thrilling to watch him sigh deeply and completely relax within the first seconds of receiving acupuncture. His drug-free, surgery-free improvement is simply jaw-dropping. Thank you so much, Dr. Fallek!

Dr. Fallek has been such an important part of my pets' life for over 15 years. She saved two of my babies from invasive surgeries that would have been very expensive, painful and meant confining them to a crate for an extended period of time. Recently, my 5 year old shitzhu, Baci, was diagnosed with a completely torn ACL by Garden State Animal Hospital.

They recommended immediate surgery at a cost of $3,800. They said she was not a candidate for any other remedy. I immediately called Dr. Fallek and she said "don't do it - I can heal her. I have had great success healing pets with torn ACL's". I made an appointment and Dr. Fallek gave her a remedy and supplements and two weeks later Baci was using the leg and now, two months later, she is running, jumping and back to her self again!

I can't encourage pet owners enough to work with Dr. Fallek before subjecting your pets to surgeries or invasive treatments. Dr. Fallek is a wonderful - a caring and very competent doctor.

I never write reviews, but this one is long overdue. I have met Dr Fallek in 2009. My chihuahua was diagnosed in 2006 with IBS and was put on metronidazole. She would get 1/4 of the pill and was doing fine for 3 years. After that, however, it just stopped working. The local vet increased the dose to a whole pill a day with no positive change at all.

My poor girl was in pain, had non stop diarrhea for over 2 weeks, and nothing worked. I visited few vets in Brooklyn and Manhattan, colonoscopy and biopsy was suggested. I did not want to put my dog through this, not to mention the costs. Desperate and frustrated, I searched the internet and came across Dr Fallek's name. I decided to give it a try, but did not expect much at this point.
