Dr. Hight and his team are very compassionate and thorough. Have been taking my animals here for years. Highly recommend!

I had taken my pet here for over ten years but when my pet needed a referral to specialist they took their time in doing it and claimed they did it. But in fact four days of follow-up with specialist office it was verified they never did send over referral. My pet was in so much pain and for this vet clinic to be in this business and claim they care, there's really no excuse for this. Furthermore, follow-up was lacking as provided correct number for them to return call but yet calls not made to that number.

In conclusion, within this establishment right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing and when it's brought up, that things aren't right, referrals not done, things are lacking, all they do is blame customer who doesn't work there.

Awesome vet, I take my little guy here for all his medical needs. I feel that the staff/doctors are friendly, professional and has the animals best health in mind.

I only use them for boarding, so I can't speak regarding their other vet services. I can say that their boarding is excellent and the boarding manager is very nice and I feel like they really care about the dogs they are boarding. I'll keep taking my dogs there every time I go on vacation.

Curbside Vet appointment. Very courteous (a little bit expensive) but honest and did cost comparisons for heartworm meds. He was happy (big bulldog mix) so I am happy.

Great quality vet! My dog is usually very anxious when it comes to being around other dogs and new people but they made her feel so welcome and the vet that came out to get Sky from my car was super nice, sadly I did not catch her name. Their prices are upfront and there are no hidden fees, I definitely recommend Hight Veterinary :D!

Even after moving from Charlotte, we made the drive out to have our dog cared for by Dr. Hight because we couldn't find the same level of care and kindness anywhere else. From the way they are upfront about all options and costs before assuming care costs, to the kind way they care about your pet and their families, I never had to worry about my Socks being treated here.

They broke the news to us about Socks' cancer in a loving and supportive way and gave him the best care possible up until his passing. It really made the difference to know we had REAL dependable care for him. I will always be grateful for this place and highly recommend them to all pet owners! When the time comes for us to have another fur baby after grieving Socks, we 1000% will be back here. Thank you, Dr. Hight!

I wouldn't trust the care of my miniature dachshund anywhere else! Dr. Hight is very thorough and the front office staff is seriously the best! Patti has helped me with every last annoying paperwork need I have had. They really know us (both my dog and me) and are very patient with us both! They are responsible and have better prices than other nearby places. I am very grateful for all of them and the care they give to my best friend.

I had a great experience at Hight! I got my first puppy and took her to Hight because it was close to my home. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They were very considerate of finances and gave me estimates of her next two visits. The vet tech also gave my puppy a free nail clip which I found to be great. She explained how to cut the nails and told me where to get nail clippers.

The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left with a huge packet of informational brochures and I thought that was also extremely helpful. I was very stressed about this appointment because this is my first puppy but they made everything so easy and enjoyable! I highly recommend taking your fur babies here!

The staff are, knowledgeable, they know each animal individually and they seemingly form a personal bond with our animals. Our "Petey" loves his visits, he gets to see his friends and we're confident he's getting the best care available.

I have had very good experiences! Everyone is very nice and accommodating. I ask a lot of questions and received very through answers. I really appreciate them making sure I felt well informed. I have even had a minor emergency and they got me an appointment that same morning!

I've been bringing my dogs here for a few years now. I recently used them for boarding as well, and have always had a great experience when working with them. The wait times are reasonable and I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Prices are on par with other vets that I've researched inside Charlotte, but their customer service has been what keeps me coming back.

Had an appointment at 3:00 and waited 45 minutes with 2 animals. Not good at all! Terrible experience, and they never acknowledge the ridiculous wait time. To make things worse I feel like I was overcharged for service that were provided. Time to find a new veterinarian. Enough is enough. Been with hight way too long (10 years) each year is getting worse no need to be treated this way.

I love Hight Veterinary hospital! The people are extremely friendly, the doctors are very knowledgeable and truly have a passion for veterinary medicine, and they treated my dog very well. I recommend this practice for everyone who is in search of good care for their pet!

I've been bringing my cat here for 7ish years now. Never once did I ever feel like they were trying to get their money's worth. Dr. Hight is amazing of financial circumstances and will try his best to figure out a secondary way for any issue. However, my girlfriend took her dog there and had some issues with the female doctor there. She didn't seem so professional or caring. But that won't make me stop me from bringing my cat into see Dr. Hight. He's awesome.

So i leave my dog there for boarding and when I get back to pick him up he was terrorfied. He coat was matted, you can tell he didnt eat good. he smelled like pee. I took him straight to get wash i didnt make any stop I will NEVER leave him there again.
