Paw Patch Veterinary Hospital

The staff were all friendly and welcoming. As a new pet owner, I had a lot of questions, and I appreciated everyone taking the time to give helpful, thorough answers.

I travel from Greenwood to the Paw Patch for the care of my dog. This group of people are so caring and so loving towards my sweet dog, my Chloe thinks everyone here is a friend!

Took great care of my pup, but they're still living in 2020 covid times. Wouldn't even let me bring my baby lab inside. Had to sit in the parking lot and wait for someone to get her

Paw Patch is the best vet I have ever worked with. Our dog has been very sick and Dr. T has gone above and beyond communicating with us when it comes to her care. We have three dogs and have had wonderful experiences every time we've taken them to Paw Patch, but Dr. T specially is exceptional.

Everything was wonderful, as always! I can't say enough good things about this practice and its staff. We are so glad our furry family members have them.

I take my dog here for all of her vet needs! She is reactive and has dog-aggression issues we are addressing in training. I called around to many vets when I was trying to find a new vet for her - specifically wanting a facility that could be accommodating and nonjudgemental when it comes to Marlow's struggles behaviorally. The Paw Patch staff has always been very kind, understanding, and loving to Marlow!

They offer a Chill package that is a series of calming medications I give to Marlow before her appointment. By the time she gets to the facility, she is ready to have the best time of her life! The staff welcomes her with open, excited arms and Marlow goes right to them. Marlow visits the Paw Patch monthly for nail trims and Cytopoint injections, so it is quite costly.

This vet office is almost out of my budget as a single teacher with 5 other pets, but luckily I am able to swing it. I really trust this facility and that is something that is hard to find!

What a great place to take your fur babies! I have never met such caring and responsive staff that go the extra mile to make sure the best care is given!

I love this place! They take care of my pet so well, I drive 40 min but its worth it. The staff is really friendly and professional!

They. Are. Amazing. Dr. T, Dr. Finnegan, and the whole Paw Patch family care so much about your fur babies. Through diabetes and "butt problems" with my two previous cats, they gave top care. I consider them my fur babies' other family.

My husband and I adopted our first cat in 2018 and the only advice I was given on a how to find a good cat veterinarian was "make sure they don't declaw." I called several local places until I found the Paw Patch. We've been so happy with the love and care that all the doctors at Paw Patch show our Roland (and second cat: Bartok). I am also so thankful for the knowledge, concern, and advice of the veterinary technicians. They have shown me and my cats immense patience and kindness over the years. We love the Paw Patch crew and are so thankful for them!

I love this place! They have been so helpful. Sometimes I am able to call and just get advice without having to bring my dog in. I am so glad that I found them.

Dr T and the staff are great! They are very caring towards you and your pets. They've put me at ease more than once. And Brandon is a delight to interact with as well as the groomer.

Been going here for years wouldn't dream of going to another vet. I don't feel like they try to pressure us into unnecessary procedures always explain things and have our pets best interest in mind. Staff is super friendly and knows my husband all my pets and myself. When I've had older animals pass they've made the process easy and are kind and caring. They do excellent with older animals and I appreciate the variety of arthritis treatments they offer older dogs so they don't have to be uncomfortable.

I've been taking my dogs there 13 years. The exams are very thorough and they do a good job explaining everything. The whole staff is professional and very caring. My dog loves going there!

After trying to get in to 2 other vets for emergency double ear infection (i got from my stupid outside bath), this Paw Patch location agreed to see me & I'm so thankful! First off, apologies to the female doc i snapped at.i feel really bad. I'm bringing you a treat at my follow up appt.thanks to Dr. Erik & all staff that took care of me.my ears feel sooo much better! Top notch care from the best vet team in Indianapolis! They love my pets as if they are their own. Thank you so much for the incredible care! From healing one of my dogs with cancer to helping the other with anxiety, they go above and beyond to find solutions and in providing support to the family as well.

Really appreciated the holistic approach, as well as the openness from Dr. Shaw and all the vet nurses and techs. I was glad also to receive some wisdom as far as training our puppy.

We have had a great experience here. We are fostering a puppy 'Onyx' that ended up testing positive for some really tough stuff and this clinic was awesome in helping her get thru her challenges. Dr T was calling us frequently to check on her and could really tell he cares about his patients greatly. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr Erik T. and staff. They are also Fear Free certified. We have had great experiences every time we have gone there and they have been very helpful and knowledgeable

The Paw Patch has done a fantastic job with Baloo. He loves to go see them and gets excited when we go. The veterinarians are always willing to listen and discuss a variety of options based on his needs as well as financial capabilities. We always feel supported in caring for Baloo in the best way possible.

My doggie been a patient for a few years now and it saddens me that they are so close to me and I never noticed them the 10 years I've had my dog. We have referred several dogs and each owner agrees, The Paw Patch is a Blessing! They value your time! Never have you sitting and waiting like so many other places do. It's clean and gives you the feel of a doctor's office!

You don't have people hanging around looking like they been there for hours. They explain everything about your pet's health and give you time to ask questions if you have any. I really appreciate the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the hospitality and the staff! Thanks for making me feel comfortable as well as my doggie.

I have been to this business once, and will definitely be returning. My experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly, caring and very helpful. One of my three kitties was not feeling the best, and while we are only about half way through the meds, he seems to be doing better. Dr. Finnegan was a joy to work with, as well as Lesley, the vet tech.

I appreciate the concern by the staff, and how caring they were while we were there, and after. Thank you, Paw Patch, for helping Leonard begin to feel better. We will be back in to see you soon for Jake and Zoey's check ups :

I've been going to The Paw Patch for over a decade and all my animals and fosters are and have been treated there. The office environment is pleasant, the staff is personable, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. T is amazing. I trust his direction in taking care of my "babies". Besides what's best for them, he's also upfront about costs, offering the best treatment options for the lowest costs if you're on a tight budget, but most of all, he genuinely cares about your pet. I have and will continue to recommend the Paw Patch.

We adopted a Lab from Love of Labs rescue agency. He came with a clean bill of health and we had him checked ourselves and he came up clean again. Subsequently, he was diagnosed with heart worms. After paying over $400 for the first shot, Love of Labs was kind enough to cover the last two but said we would have to take him to their vet on the northwest side of Indy (we live in Noblesville). Trying to take a 85 pound lab anywhere is difficult, but especially in a Mustang with small seats and a stick shift so I hesitated, but remembered 2 more $400 shots and off we went to the Paw Patch.

Extremely glad we did. Far too many vets know how much we care about our 4 legged family members and take advantage of that love. Dr. Tysklind is not like that. From the word go, he was caring and very concerned. In between the 2 shots he provided, he took it upon himself to contact the drug companies to gain information on how Lundy was testing positive after he was negative and had been on preventive meds since we adopted him.

He learned some new information and provided some recommendations for additional treatments. Due to the distance, we have continued to see our vet in Noblesville, yet 3 months later, Dr. Tysklind took it upon himself to contact us and check up on Lundy. Just last week, he again took it upon himself to call and see how he was doing after 6 months even though Lundy is no longer a active patient.

I think it is pretty easy to see that this is someone that truly cares. I may have to trade the Mustang GT in for a SUV so Lundy and I can make the trip back and forth for his care!

We have been taking our 2 pups here for 7 years and have never once had a bad experience. All staff members are caring and kind. For those of us that are worriers, have no fear, they don't seem to have much trouble squeezing you in last minute most of the time. Highly recommended!

We love Dr T and the whole staff at Paw Patch. They really love our dogs and treat them like their own.

We are so happy we found The Paw Patch and especially Dr Tysklind! The staff is so wonderful and welcoming. Everyone is dedicated to a high standard of pet care. They are so thorough and run things more like a Doctors office. I am confident we are getting the best care for our precious pups!

We have been using The Paw Patch for about 7 years now for our personal dogs and our foster dogs and they are absolutely amazing! Dr. Tysklind is so knowledgeable and personable. He always listens to what you have to say and never dismisses your thoughts or opinions. He treats each animal as if it were his own.with love and care. I was here today for the pet wash side of Pet Paws. You sign in at the veterinarian desk and they'll take you to one of the pet wash rooms. You have your own room with a door and all the supplies necessary. Pet Paws supplies shampoo and conditioner in a convenient spray hose, thick towels and aprons for yourself. The stainless steel tub is deep and at a decent height with minimal stooping.

Since my husband usually brings our Aussi for bathtime, the staff covered everything available for her bath. There is even a call light to the desk if you need assistance. A ramp is available for the pets to use but my girl wouldn't use this one so we picked her up. The room is quite, clean, warm, and with the door closed blocks out office or dogs in next room.

After bathing a dryer is available in the room, with a very long hose, to dry your pet. Her bath went without incident and she even allowed me to partially dry her. She's terrified of blow dryers, sweepers, loud appliances but this dryer didn't seem as loud to her but powerful. Overall I was happy with the facility, staff, cleanliness, temp of water, supplies and equipment provided.

Dr. T saved my 13 year old cat maya's life. i'll never use another vet. originally i took her to the 'cat care clinic' where they over vaccinated her + pulled her tooth w/ out permission. this threw her whole system out of whack causing her to stop eating + drinking. i was crushed, my little furry soul mate was now fighting for her life. fortunately my good friend made me take her to visit dr. T. he put her on a vigilant health plan which saved her life for a fraction of the price i paid elsewhere. he is a bright, kind, honest, fair man. i'm eternally grateful.

This doctor dragged my dog to the other room wile my puppy was laying down on the flor. I have a doberman pincher puppy he is 4 month old. His ear dropped and I just asked to tape it. They charged me 55$! + were rood to me and my puppy. Just because I came in a last 15 min and doctor was leaving the office.
