Love how they care for our pets but if they start closing on Sun for boarding PICK-UP we will be forced to find another place. Many trips /vacations end on Sun. Employees must be there anyway to feed and let them out for potty breaks at least twice. Opening for 3-4 hrs to let us pick up our fur babies should be important to them. Update: This clinic does indeed NOW close on Sun for pet boarding pick-up. While we still use & like their medical services, we have found a better option with Sun pick-up. They've lost a lucrative (boarding) account.

Nothing, but great things. All of the staff is welcoming and so kind and patient with our wild dog. Prices are affordable and reasonable.

Had my 15 year old cat put to sleep here and this was my first time putting an animal down. I was absolutely terrified but they explained everything and she passed gently. I also bring my 7 month old golden retriever to them and they've always been kind and answer every question. The staff and techs are great. Thank y'all!

My dog has been coming here since he was a puppy. They are thorough and responsive and truly seem to care about my pet. We will continue to call JVAH our vet home. However, they recently increased their boarding prices more than 35% and didn't let us know until it was time to pay at pick after the boarding services. I'm disappointed in the lack of transparency.

We've been taking our dogs to Jersey Village Animal Hospital for years. Their great customer service has never faltered. They are always friendly and they treat us like they are happy to see us. We've always had big dogs & they treat them like they are their own, no matter how they act . I recommend them to everyone I know.

We visited this vet for the first time and the service was great! Sarai was the one that helped us with our frenchie. Great customer service and very patient with our dog. Thank you! Very much recommended!

We have had such excellent care and service by Jersey Village Animal Hospital. We recently had to put our dog down, which was a very sad thing for us. They were so patient and compassionate with us, and affordable too. They let us stay with our dog until the very end. I can't speak highly enough of them.

I recently moved to Jersey Village and was recommended to Jersey Village Animal Hospital. When one of my pups hurt her foot around 7AM yesterday morning, I called hoping they would be able to fit me in. I was able to get in at 10:30 and of course, by that time my pup wasn't in any pain. I went ahead and took her so they could look and because I wanted to get familiar with the facilities for the future.

I was blown away by the friendliness of every single staff member. I was nervous taking her to a new vet but they exceeded my expectations by far and made me feel very comfortable about the change.

My dog TuckerD has been getting the best care here for 3 years now! AND we love their boarding staff and accommodations. I travel throughout the year and I know he's in good hands PLUS he always comes out with a smile on his face! Consistent professional, personable quality care.

I was visiting out of town and our 8 month old border collie hadn't pee'd in 18 hours cause of bathroom anxiety. I forget who helped me on the phone (11/20/2021 around 1:30pm) but they assured me nothing was wrong and it's normal. They were extremely reassuring and truly addressed my concerns without blowing me off like other Vet Offices in the area. Sure enough our dog finally pee'd after 26 hours and all was well!

I am so happy to have found Jersey Village Animal Hospital. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. Our vet was extremely informative and thorough with her examination of my puppy, which i truly appreciate.

Very impressed with JVAH, specifically Dr. Daily's thoroughness in examining and addressing my beloved Riley (senior retriever's) orthopedic problems, as well as other potential problems never addressed by my long time vet. She took the time to explain it all to me! Great 1st visit, this will be my new vet home. Very clean and well managed staff also.

They were very kind and empathetic when caring for my dog who is elderly. The doctor gave me multiple options for care, being very upfront and considerate of costs and budget. I feel very confident in the care they provided and am happy to have found a great vet so close to home!

We have been coming to Jersey Village animal hospital for over 10 years. They are always welcoming and answer all my questions. My dogs are always happy to be there. Even when we lost one to old age they were there and made it as smooth as possible.

Highly recommend this vet. I trust all the doctors with my fur babies. They do a great job explaining the different options for treatment and lay out a great plan. From puppies and kittens to my elderly palliative care dog- they have been exceptional to my family for over 20 years.

My puppy was throwing up all Saturday night and I took him to an ER, after 6 hours of waiting time we decided to came back home without seeing a doctor, we were so scare and worried about him. I called Jersey Village Animal Hospital on Sunday morning and explained what happened to my dog, even though they were already booked, they asked me to bring him to the office so they can assess him.

My puppy was taken care immediately and the friendly staff helped us to easy our worries. Dr. Erin was very patient to explain all the work she was doing on our dog and the treatment needed. The office staff was very helpful as well. They explained the costs of the visit and procedures needed before they perform anything on the dog, waiting for our approval. In summary, my puppy has a new vet and this will be my place to go for now on. Very recommendable!

They were great! Friendly, professional, efficient and easy to work.with. And they're open on Sundays! We just needed a kitty wellness checkup for our newly adopted kitten, Freddy, and it was so easy with the curbside service due to Covid restrictions. So grateful and scheduled a follow up for September.

We have used JVAH for almost 13 yrs. My pups love the staff, especially Jessica at the front desk and vet tech Terrance!! Dr. Stenseng is wonderful and always treats us like we are her only patients. She is never in a hurry and always gives them a thorough exam. We could not be happier!

Such an amazing animal hospital, I usually go to vetco on Sundays but this will be my vet from now on. They are very attentive and very nice to my dog they talk all sweet to him and I love that cuz it shows they like animals and they aren't just out to get your money, they actually like their jobs. I've gone in two different shifts and haven't had a bad experience with anyone.

The first time they made an appointment for me at 3:30 pm of the same day even though I called very late. They payed attention to me as soon as I walked through the doors and started working on my dog's medical history right away. The nurse and doctor were very nice and gave me all of my options with price details and everything, and they explained everything to me in a way I could understand it. Explained everything very detailed about his meds and gave him injections right there and then.

There was no waiting at all. Second time I went was a different staff team and they were all just as nice, the doctor answered all of my questions and also told me my options and explained several things about pet care. My appointment was for 12:30 but they had told me to arrive a bit earlier so I got there at 11:30 and they sent me to the exam room as soon as I walked in and 5 mins later the nurse was already doing regular testing and weight. Very happy with this hospital and will keep going. I like the prices as well, I expected it to be extremely expensive but both of my visits have stayed between 100-200.

Always very polite and friendly employees. Super clean, very spacious, lots of parking. We have 7 rescue dogs and drive over 1 hr for a reason, wouldn't go to another VET. Very good with even the most nervous/difficult dogs.

Exceptionally clean , staff is very friendly and professional .. love those vets from LSU ! The Aggies vets are good too 🙂 they take care of our rescues and do an excellent job .. highly recommend .. their hours of operation fit working people's schedules. Can not say enough good things about this business and the people that work there!

I love Jersey Village Animal Hospital! I first found them almost two years ago when we had a horrible experience with an emergency vet. Our dog almost lost her leg because of their lack of care, but JVAH saved her! They weren't sure if they could save her leg, but they did everything they could and after months of work and care she has her leg and uses it without any problems!

When I found a kitten a few months ago I was sure to take her there for care. I just took her in to get spayed and she was very well taken care of! I just checked my mail and my little kitty had a card from the vet and staff!
JVAH is truly amazing and has a wonderful staff and wonderful veterinarians! I will definitely continue to use them for all my animals! Thank you all so much.

We've been going to JVAH for about 5 years. We've since moved to the Houston Medical Center, but still make the 40 minute drive to be able to receive the best care for our dogs. Everyone is so great - from the front desk to the tech to the vet. I always trust JVAH and believe that they truly want what is best for our animals. Dr. Stenseng is so patient and caring.

I never feel rushed and she takes her time to answer every single question or concern that we have. Their hours are very convenient and it's usually pretty easy to get an appointment within a few days. The office is always really clean, and there's never a long wait. It is a little bit pricy, but I truly believe that it is 100% worth it for the care that your pets receive. Bring your fur babies to JVAH - you won't regret it.
