Centre Court Veterinary Clinic - Rebecca A Kestle

This was my vet for a couple of years before switching for a few years and finally returning today. The service was inconsiderate and unprofessional. When I called last night with a sick cat and was told to bring him in first thing in the AM, nothing was communicated about how they are handling visits with covid. Instead, I stood outside the clinic in freezing temperatures with a cat while they shuffled around inside deciding who was going to come out and do my intake form (with no one in masks in the office).

After taking in my cat, they called very quickly after to let me know he needed to be seen by an emergency vet as soon as possible and that I needed to pick him up ASAP to avoid further complications. I was rushing calling ER vet clinics--and was interrupted THREE TIMES with calls from Community Care. First seeking my cc info and again when they ran the card info incorrectly.

I had to put the emergency vet clinic on hold because Community Care would not release my cat before paying the bill in full. The only redeeming experience was once I dropped him off, it took them under a half hour to perform an x-ray and call me with instructions. Seriously cannot wait to never use this vet again or recommend to friends.

I've been taking my cat Buddy here for several years and have received excellent care. Plus I like that they are located close to my home. Dr Deb is the best and so are the vet techs.

Although I wasn't able to go inside because of these continued ridiculous covid restrictions, I am happy with the care provided. I got there ahead of schedule and was seen within minutes. The vet tech that came out to get my cat was very nice and knowledgeable. After a short wait, the Doctor called me with a diagnosis and asked how I wanted to proceed. They didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed. I will definitely go back if any issues arise.

Amazing team. They helped me out with my new rescue pup when I had questions and they went above and beyond with service. Every single person there was friendly and responsive and great at communicating with me. I had been going to a different vet in town for my other dog but chose this one because they were closer to my house and I thought I was just choosing convenience until I had such a great experience on top of the convenient location.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Deb and her team have been providing excellent care to my pets for years now and I am so happy to have found them. She always takes the time to answer any and all questions I have and has had the best suggestions for any issues. My dog is weird, but they seem to "get" her here. Very happy here!

The staff here is very helpful. I took my cat in for a bladder infection and they were quick to help her. I'm grateful for their care!

This is an incredible place. My girlfriend set an appointment for my dog there as my vet was doing the very minimum at looking for his concerns. CCV was very prompt and called me within a few hours figuring out what might be the problem. Just waiting on tests to return to find out his diagnosis. I cannot ask for better service and great care they have given him.

I am getting good care for my cat's aesthma. I like the vet and the staff at this clinic.

We love Community Care Veterinary Clinic. We feel that our dog is in good hands at CCVC. Everyone is so friendly and Oliver gets treats! CCVC is one of the places in the neighborhood that makes us feel right at home.

Lazy, billed me four months later and and sent me a nasty letter with charges they told me at the time was free! First exam is free but the vet barely looked at my dog. I would not recommend this place for animal care.

Dr. Schroeder and the staff are always caring and helpful. They really care about animals and their people.

I have been with Dr Deb for years and years and dogs and dogs and she is absolutely the best! Her knowledge is up-to-date but she always listens to us owners. She also tries to save clients money by offering less expensive options to consider. And she always has A#1 techs.
