Del Ray Animal Hospital - Lisa Marsi

I'm a new client and was happy with my experience! The appointment took place on time, was speedy, and the staff seemed great. It's a nice change from my former provider who was always running behind and lacking in customer service.

This place is ok, the doctors seem good. But, for me I want a vet that is going to make my pet a priority and see them if they are sick. It's very hard to get an appointment here. I have three cats and anytime one of my cats have been sick I ended up having to find another clinic because it's always at least a few days before I can get in. They are also very expensive.

My opinion is if you have too many patients that you cant see the sick ones in a reasonable time maybe it's too many. Sick visits are more important then routine visits in my opinion. I would only suggest this place for physicals and shots. But again I would like the vets who see my pets during routine visits also see my pets when they are sick to get the best treatment.

Went for the office appointment, appointment lasted 2 minutes and only included weight. No head to toe assessment was done, no heart or lung auscultation. None of the questions were addressed. After the appointment didn't receive any paper work summarizing the appointment. Paid $106 for weighting my pet.

The best vet in the area! Have a lot of friends who use other vets and I can say this one is the best around. There are so many services the technicians can do as walk-ins, so appointments are pretty obtainable. Even if you need a vet based appointment it's a much shorter wait relative to the other vets.that's what steered us here in the first place. Technicians are amazing, vets are amazing, there is parking lot and street parking. Doesn't get better than this.

Horrible customer care. Brought my dog to get him neutered. The doctor left us one voice mail and that was it. No further instructions. Written instructions were different from the voice mail. When staff was confronted about it, they told us to bring the dog in so they could take the sutures out. They told us to bring him and he would be in and out within 30mins, only to wait for an hour and we have not been taken care of.

Complete disregard for the costumers time and for the responsibility regarding the information they give to dog owners. Although they are walking distance from me, I'm sad to say I'll be changing vets.

We love our friends at Del Ray Animal Hospital. We've been bringing our cats here for years and the vets and staff have taken great care of each one of them, answering all our silly questions and helping us navigate difficult health decisions.

Constantly was trying to overcharge. And then charged me for an x-ray that they couldn't draw results from. The conducted an X-ray without asking me any preliminary questions about circumstances that could hinder their ability to come to a conclusion. After the X-ray was taken then she asks me if my dog ate anything (which she had half of a dog biscuit early that morning) and then said that the results were inconclusive.

Never offered to redo the X-ray instead told me to pay for an additional X-ray, which is ridiculous. Nor did they waive the x-ray fee. I never even saw these X-rays so I don't even know if they were actually done.

We have been using Del Ray Animal Hospital for almost 9 years. Two dogs. A variety of expected and unexpected medical issues and no matter which Dr we see here, we come away feeling relieved, satisfied, and grateful. They truly care about our canine companions and they have been able to diagnose some atypical issues while maintaining excellent bedside manner for humans. They will go above and beyond-highly recommend.

Del Ray does such a great job caring for our elderly, blind, disabled dog, and our cat. They are easy to schedule with and refill prescriptions with. Importantly for us, they do a monthly injection of our dog's medicine without charging us for an office visit, and we are able to get her nails trimmed for a very small and reasonable fee at the same visit.

I recently moved to the area and needed to get my dog seen for his allergies. Del Ray Animal Hospital got us on the schedule the next day and we're very helpful and caring during his visit. I won't need to look further for another vet- thank you Del Ray Animal Hospital!
