I have been going to this animal clinic for years. I was there a month ago for our pets yearly exam. They didn't give one of the dogs his distemper and rabies shots that he was due for. When I called to ask why, they couldn't give me a reason and said I needed to come back and pay the $65 exam fee in addition to the shot fees. I said that didn't make sense and asked Jennifer on the phone for the person in charge.

She hung up on me. I went there to address the vet and ask about the issue. She was out on a lunch break and another staff member said the exam fee wouldn't be waived and she didn't know why the dog wasn't given the shots. She explained to me that they were short staffed and customers have been very rude. I don't think asking a question is rude. And I don't think asking for the person in charge warrants a person to hang up on you.

This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I'm waiting on a call back from the vet to see if she can explain why the shots were not given during the exam. I will probably take my pets to a new vet. This was very disappointing.

Highlands Ranch Animal Clinic has an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our pup had a severe allergic reaction that presented as a firm mass on her paw. Throughout the treatment plan they provided top notch service, with Dr. Bleakley even calling us on her day off to check on the progress. They were able to get us in quickly in emergencies and were always prompt with exams and follow-up appointments. It's a ~20 minute drive as we moved after first choosing this office but well worth it for the care they gave our little Shiba.

We have been seeing Dr Clow for over twenty years. She and her staff are excellent! We moved to Parker four years ago and my wife said we aren't changing vets. She doesn't care how far away they are. We have had five pups under Dr Clow's care. She has taking care of all as if they were her own family! Thank you for all you do!

Unfortunately COVID rules separating the animal owner from the examination room deprives the owner from a very important part of the treatment. Have they actually spent time with my pet? Some vets were doing this before COVID showed up. Now they all get to do this. I had to give up my own face to face doctor and dentist visits. I guess my pet will also.

Very sad day that when I go to the vet and the cat is misdiagnosed. She needed help and I thought that I was doing the correct thing. Her vomiting had nothing to do with the food that they blamed but worms. The other vet that I saw took care of it very fast and took the time to do proper testing.

I was very hesitant to begin with going here based on reviews. Follow your gut. We went in last year to get our puppies final shots and they "forgot" to give them to her. This happened twice. Not really sure how something like that happens. We moved and I have been requesting her records since January our new vet also called a few times and stated "not really sure what their deal is" Between the two of us about 6 requests.

Finally received them today with no apology, just "here are her records". The lack of attention to detail and concern for the dogs needs is extremely concerning. I'm just glad I didn't run into and emergency when using this vet.

It's been one year since my dog passed away at the age of nearly 13 from cancer.this vet bought her almost a full year of very positive time from her diagnosis with their expert surgery and follow-up, and I'm still grateful to them to this day. Considering that my dog had multiple tumors removed and biopsied, I felt that the price was very reasonable, and all of the staff was extremely knowledgeable, answering all of my many questions and helping me to really understand her diagnosis, options, and treatment. Molly loved them all too, and she looked forward to her visits, which were weekly at one point because they would change her bandages on one of her tougher incisions until it healed.

When my dog did pass, the staff sent me a white rose and a poem about the Rainbow Bridge that brings me to tears even now. Thank you all so much for truly caring about my pup and giving me so much extra time to enjoy her company.

We have been disappointed in our previous vet so we took decided to give this clinic a try. GLAD WE DID! From the moment we walked in until we left our experience was amazing. The staff were friendly and caring. Dr. Bleakley was wonderful. My wife and I felt she took her time to explain everything, did a complete full exam on our dog, and was what you expect in a great veterinarian! Our dog approves!

I would really appreciate if the Doc would call me back about my dog's ear and explain more in detail. I know accidents happen. But this was caused by one of your staff cutting his ear with the clippers to take a closer look at an old scratch. Now it look like its infected. And furthermore I feel like we soundn't had to pay for the medicine for it. I would have sent a email but I already called the office and there is not email address listed on you site. Please give me a call back.
