After being cat-less for nearly 3 years, Leslie's family adopted a scrawny kitty from the shelter. Since then, the now 12 pound Rudy has become a cherished family member, chattering at the birds outside the window then curling up for a snooze atop the kitchen cabinets. Rudy's affectionate nature was obvious right from the start, and he is named for the legendary film heartthrob, Rudolph Valentino.

We have dealt with a very unresponsive, overpriced and unprofessional staff at Summit Veterinary Advisors. From sending reports that we didn't need or want, to being told that they were unwilling to go over training at a time that was convenient to our business needs. Getting assistance was inconsistent to say the very least. Multiple calls for them to fix the same issues they assured us was going to be fixed the first time.
Their demeanor towards us as a business has been very unprofessional. They have refused us access to our account and then told us it was out of their hands. We would not recommend Summit Veterinary Advisors to any company large or small.

Had a wonderful conversation with the owner of this business looking for advice and how they might be able to help me going forward. After our conversation I was referred elsewhere as she thought I would be better served by a different consultant.
