Both of our dogs had dental issues which were taken care of with dental surgery. The staff is very professional and on top of all the procedures. They follow up the following day to make sure the dogs were doing ok. They have followed up several days later to make sure things are still fine. I appreciate their hard work, treatment of the pets, and making sure we know what is going on at all times.

I have been a loyal customer of crossroads since about 2010. My dog-son Yoshi is now 12 years old and he has always had great care here. Everyone is so loving and nice. About 2 months ago, Yoshi was sick with a bacterial infection in his gut. Luckily it was only based on his food and Dr. Gail took such great care of my baby. She prescribed some specific dog food, gave him meds and he got better in about 2 days.
She even texted me his progress throughout the day since I live in DC (Yoshi lives here with my family). They also have taken great care of his teeth! He's old so of course his teeth are getting bad but with their help, they keep him "smiling!" Last weekend, Dr. Diaz helped Yoshi with his allergies and said the rest of his health looks great and that couldn't have happened without them!
Every staff member has been such a delight! Yoshi hates the crate so they all have gotten to know him very well. In my opinion he is like the clinics mascot. I hope to keep Yoshi here for as long as I can. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of how often they change veterinarians in the office. However, even with the frequent changes, the care is amazing! Thanks Crossroads!

After our cat of 19 years passed last year, it was time to find a new vet clinic for our kitties going forward. All three clinics in this part of Carrollton we tried were good, cared about the animals, and had strong points. But Crossroads was definitely stronger than the rest. The combination of staff, attention to detail for the health of our pet, ability to get issues addressed quickly, and fairness of pricing all lead to Crossroads being our vet clinic hopefully for many years. Thank you Dr. Diaz and team!

I travel full time and maybe I am being unfair, things happen, but this is my baby and Dr Gail did not follow up on my dogs labs and it turned out she had a bladder infection. Still would not be treated if I did not follow up myself more than a week later. Dr. Gail never did call me all communication and antibiotic prescription was through her staff and tech.
Then asking the staff to please email her labs to me was like pulling teeth. First request I got her list of complaints and drs chart notes. Second request I got her urinalysis. Third request finally got her blood work. What gives. I know things happen but I am now afraid to refer this clinic to my local family there in Dallas area and my traveling friends. Dr. Gail appeared competent. Gave me a cell phone so I could get refills on my dogs meds or advice when needed. So at the clinic visit I was comfortable with her treatment of my dog. Maybe my dog slipped through the cracks I don't know but still very upsetting.

We have used Crossroads Pet Hospital since 2018 and have stayed loyal to this location based on the overall satisfaction one can find in a veterinarian. They have always had affordable prices for practically everything. We moved to Dallas in 2020 & have continued having our Frenchie be taken care of by this wonderful vet! 5 star

I have been a client of Crossroads Pet Hospital for about 13 years. I have always received caring, compassionate care for all my pets (currently two bigger dogs and a cat.) The staff helped me cope through a few very stressful health emergencies over the years because of their calm, soothing manner in dealing with pet parents. Even when I moved across town, I remained a client with Crossroads because I'm completely comfortable there. I highly recommend Crossroads as a pet parent's go-to vet.

I'm sure I have my own 5 star rating here already but I have to make a new one for this miracle they've pulled off. My buddy moved down here from Wisconsin, they had tried 5 different vets in their area and all ultimately told them they would have to put their dog down. We recommended Crossroads and with just 1 visit, their dog is better than ever and looking at a normal healthy life ahead. As pet owners im sure you can all appreciate the gravity of that kind of success.
