Animal Medical Center Of Highland Village

Recently moved to the area and needed a new veterinarian. Came across Animal Medical Center of Highland Village and boy was I impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and the vet was very patient and informative. Prescribed the right medication for my dog's digestive issues and voila, my dog was better in a few days. Very happy with our new vet!

The doc saw us on time and everyone was friendly and happy. My pup was taken care of splendidly. I was a bit disappointed that only my dog got the treats. I was hungry too. A+++

I recently had a visit at this vet. I was very concerned with the level of care my animal received. I asked for a paper script. The vet had resisted and kept using the term convenience as an excuse of why she didn't need to give me a script. Then I followed up ( a week later) and told them that I felt that my dog didn't get the full dosage of the medicine, because she was resistant to receiving the medication.

The staff kept insisting that I bring my dog in for additional testing and repeat the same testing we just completed. I realized that this clinic is very money focused. I took my dog to a different vet, who understood the situation. They gave me the paper scripts I asked for. They also were able to determine the real cause for my dog's illness. So if you do not want to be respected and seen as a number; then by all means go to this establishment.

Also I have concerns with the level of care they offer their patients and their patient's owners. The only reason I am giving them an additional star, is due to the friendliness of the front desk staff. They are very kind and considerate. My advice is to stay away from this place.

I've used animal medical for many years. They have taken care of 4 dogs for me which includes our new puppy. From front desk to techs in treatment areas to Dr Straugh & Dr McCullough their care & caring is the best. Even the very sad time of having to say goodbye to a beloved member of your family, they excel. I trust them to give my fur babies excellent care delivered with kindness both for pet & people.

We have been taking our pets for a few years now. Each and every time we are pleased with services. The vets and staff are caring and knowledgeable. And always prompt and professional. Never pushy! If you are looking for dependable services, fair prices and overall great care, go here!

The staff at Animal Medical Center of Highland Village is wonderful. They genuinely care for the animals. I have an older English Mastiff and they are helping me manage his arthritis very well. I recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone!

5 stars. The best animal medical clinic Ive used. They are friendly, clearly love their jobs, professional, organized and caring for the animals. They are not expensive and they are fast in and out. Very well run clinic. I wish our human doctor was as good.

The people that work at Animal Medical Center of Highland Village are wonderful, caring and professional. I can always expect a warm welcome and a considerate method of treatment for my pets and myself. Dr. McCullough and his staff are simply the best! This veterinarian staff treats my dog as if she's their own. Best customer service I have ever had w a vet. We use Dr. Schoelkopf and she is j"authentic and genuine " when she talks about what's best for my dog. She always speaks with compassion and care. I have a Senior dog who has a lot of complex issues happening and she doesn't blink taking care of us. The entire staff is amazing! Best decision we ever made was switching to this veterinarian!

They did an amazing job with our Rhodesian Ridgebacks tumor. She even busted her stitches open 3 days after surgery, and the doctors fixed her up and made an even more beautiful correction incision with staples.
