This place has extreme work to do on how the staff treats customers. Very standoffish and rude. Does not hear nor address concerns customers may have over their animals. They are also every expensive and up-charge for everything. There are other places to get better customer service and for a better price

The young man who tried not to take care of me was rude and dismissive, like I was wasting his time trying to give him the information that he kept asking me for. Then he tells me that our cat needs a full examination, which she didn't! This was completely about money!

I felt like the vets were very thoughtful and caring to my sick cat. I was comfortable bringing my baby and because of their kindess to her I think I will continue bringing my cats. However, buyer beware. I went in without expectations so agreed to the very high costs for medication and treatment. If you are coming for medication, I recommend taking the names down and researching for other places to purchase (if possible).

Both medications were overpriced here. One even was 4x the amount for a small tube of ear ointment. I regret not taking the extra step to research and feel a little taken advantage of. Again, lovely team of doctors but will be more careful next time.

All Creatures is the place to go if you want your fur-baby treated like "family." Before any of the exams or procedures were started, I made sure that all of my questions and/or concerns were addressed, and the veterinary doctors there went above and beyond in giving me the desired information that I needed. Afterwards, I felt more confident that my fur-baby was given exactly what she needed in order to live a longer, quality-filled life in her current "forever home" with me.

Let me start off by saying my first experience going here was not pleasant. They wrote up quotes that were over two times what we were originally quoted when I arrived and I was not happy about it. After writing a review, the hospital manager, George Brown contacted me back and apologized for their mistake. We originally inquired about vaccinations and getting my German Shepherd spayed.

We already had an appointment with another vet, but they canceled on us the same day. I decided to give Mr. Brown a call back and I'm very glad I did. He really went the extra mile for me and my dog. The only day I had off work was the next day so he set us up for an appointment to get my GSD spayed the very next day. He honored the price I was originally quoted on the phone which was super nice.

When I arrived I was greeted by a different nurse and she was really sweet, and my dog loved her. I left my pet for almost the entire day and picked her up that afternoon. I brought her back 10 days later and everything was absolutely perfect. I really have to thank Dr. Hutton for taking excellent care of my huge German Shepherd. Overall I am very happy with how everything was handled.

The All Creatures Vet has really shown me that they care about pets and they will do anything to give them the care they need. This is definitely going to be my regular vet from now. Thank you again to George Brown and Dr. Hutton, you guys are awesome

We were in need of a new vet and I'm so glad I chose this one! They were very friendly and treated my dog as their own. My dog is terrified of certain floors and they even provided a little towel for him to stand on. So sweet. 10/10 recommend

Went in for a dental consultation my dag got his nail chipped somehow they said he needed an antibiotic they tried to send me home with pills but I don't like to give so they suggested a shot never quoted a price it was $70 or so dollars felt like I was taken advantage of I felt very icky leaving there my boy is a senior and I would not feel like I was putting him 1st if I were to get his dental work done here I mean yes it is a very nice facility but the business isn't there to pay there over head cost so as customers they are by no doubt trying to pass those cost to us sometimes you just got to say it was good while it lasted don't tarnish your reputation I felt like my pets problems were not at all important just what could we charge Xtra for don't like feeling like that like I had been a victim of a purse snatching I spent close to $200 gor an antibiotics I didn't see they took him to the back so who knows he really did or didn't receive they trimmed his nails but not very well I will be going back to Vetsavers I love Dr. Mace they are close by and 1st visit is free and explain any and all charges always and give shots there in the exam room never heard of a dog having a hang nail less than 12 hours or any hours needed an antibiotic that is absurd now that I'm thinking about it Close while you still have dignity you tried but Corona came and is still here

Great vet. They helped me figure out the right services at the right timing for my dog so I didn't spend too much unnecessarily. Will be taking both my dogs here from now on.

Fantastic service! All employees were extremely friendly, welcoming, and very happy to help! I felt very informed the whole time and knew my pet was in great hands! I will be using them for now on without a doubt! Overall great experience

Very thorough exam of my sick baby girl. I feel like they left no stone unturned as far as diagnostic tests go and i appreciate it!

The staff is professional, humorous, and gentle with our dog (small Maltese). The place is clean and disinfected with alcohol wipes. There's even little snacks and waters that you can take while waiting. Overall it's a painless experience and budget friendly. Shout out to Dr. Hutton and Kaylee(I'm probably spelling it wrong) for seeing us for a same day appointment.

The staff needs to be up to date on the pricing info. Several times I was told one price for a test and when I get there its a completely different price from what I was told. Its always higher too. The cost is way to much for their services. Bloodwork shouldn't be 175$ + the REGULAR office 64$ that's about 300$ for 2 services; one of which should be included.

If you're gonna do blood work you're obviously gonna do the regular check up before. It shouldn't be charged separate from the blood work. They could be better if they communicated with their staff. Other than their ridiculous pricing, The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the service itself is good. Always ready to answer questions.

The entire staff were wonderful as we had to lovingly put our cat of 15 years to sleep today. Even though the process was difficult for the humans, Bubba was so very well cared for and passed peacefully. Thank you All Creatures for your care and thoughtfulness.

We went in thinking my Pup Jax had a bladder infection. It was so much worse then we could have ever imagined. Dr. Bartels has done such an amazing job by helping use diagnose my pup. Unfortunately he has lymphoma. I feel this experience would have been much worse if We didn't have an amazing doctor. She explained everything so well. She has helped keep him comfortable until we got into the oncologist. Thank to all the nurses that we so kind to us and my sweet baby. I highly recommend this clinic for you pups that are super awesome.

They are nice BUT my visit went from 299 to 180 to almost 700! I Just left paying just short of 400 and what we initially brought her in for was not even done. Vaccines and test for coccidia. I am so disappointed because they saw a rescue puppy of ours and I Loved them. However the rescue handled the bill for our foster. I have had animals all my life and have never walked out of a vet feeling taken advantage of until today.

Dr. Middendorf and the front office staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions. Even called the following day to check in on how my little guy was doing and continued to offer helpful advice. I choose All Creatures based on their reviews and what everyone says is certainly true, great staff and caring to all the animals that come in. Very pleased and will continue to come back as needed.
