The staff and Doctor were very friendly, caring, polite and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to take care of your pets. Great experience .

We've been taking our beloved dogs here for over a decade. Early on we visited other veterinarian offices. We appreciate the care, concern and friendliness of the staff. They have helped us navigate the many stages of owing a pet from the routine to the emergency. They really care about helping you and provide recommendations and assessments honestly and transparently.

It was great! Dr. Lai was wonderful as usual! Debbie was efficient and friendly as usual.

I was really impressed by the friendly and professional staff. The service was excellent. My cat was seen by Dr. Lai and she was really great to deal with. From this point I have no intention of using another vet and would highly recommend the Animal Hospital of Irvine.

Leo my 5 year old red point siamese, had pulled a nail. I called this vet for the very first time. Appointment given asap was seen by Dr Joanne. What a wonderful facility. Excellent healthcare, caring people, and extremely Empathic. Wonderful and thoughtful reception, Allyson, and the complete staff. Leo adored them. I will be back as a forever client. Thank you guys. Critical: Professionalism, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value Phone calls were not answered. They refused to service my cat and would not reschedule an appointment because they were scared of him. Overpriced with nail clippings being $50 per pet.

Our pets have always received the best of care and attention at AHI! Drs. Lai, Bauman and Hwang take time to explain the situation and proposed treatment plan, and patiently answer any and all questions. Our 105 lb pup loves going to AHI because he receives so much love from them!

I've brought my dog here a few times. Way more expensive than any other vet I've been to. I'm disappointed with my dog's treatment as well. They failed to provide adequate treatment for my dog so he is still very sick. I will be taking him to another vet. I was charged $400 for a medication/testing. My friend who is currently a vets assistant told me this pricing was ridiculous for what I was getting and compared prices here with a majority of other vets.

I'd be fine paying that much if it made my dog better, but it didn't at all and each issue we have gone there for has not been resolved. My dog remains with the same issues as hundreds of dollars ago. Ridiculous. I will say, the people who work there are very nice people and my review is solely based off of pricing, treatment, recovery of my dog.

Dr. Anne Lai is a wonderful doctor to our kitten. All the staff are very kind and knowledgeable, we know every visit our cat is good hands. I recommended my MIL here for her pup, she's going to be moving in the area. Thank you! :

Every time I take Lori, my cat, in for soft paws or annual visit, the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and understanding of Lori's issues. Dr. Lae is absolutely marvelous and always explains everything in details. She truly cares about every animal she sees and their human parents. The staff is like a family. I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Irvine!

We love animal hospital of Irvine. The doctors are always honest and compassionate. I can take comfort in knowing all of the staff at this hospital treat my dog as if it is their own. They even tried hand feeding my dog that was being picky about eating while he was boarding! Recommend them to ALL!

I have been a long term client at this amazing veterinarian. The exceptional staff and experienced doctors have been nothing but kind to my family. I experienced a heavy loss a couple years back, losing my pit bull Daisy, and the doctors were so unconditionally supportive of the whole experience. There is absolutely no where else I would take my pets, I trust them to be in great care whenever taking them to the Animal Hospital of Irvine.

I definitely recommend taking your beloved animals here, they deserve to be treated with care and love. Other than the personable staff and amazing services, the clinic is impeccably clean!
