Great environment, dog got full grooming and I was greatly satisfied with the service.

Been coming here with my dogs since 2005 when I brought my first pound puppy home. Doctors have always gone above and beyond to take care of my babies. I would recommend grand pet care center to anyone looking For a good vet!

Took my Huskies and their first litter to get treated here and was very satisfied with my experience. Everything went smooth and their prices are one of the most affordable I've seen. Definitely returning for any future needs.

My first visit felt welcoming and comfortable. The staff all seemed friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find and the decor of the place is unique and clean. Dr. Warren was genuine and insightful. He answered all my questions without seeming rushed and helped put me at ease since it was a sick visit for my two year old spoiled doggo.

Growing up in Santa Ana since 84 I used to always pass by this Vet center and was always curious about the quality. So it was a no brainer when we adopted a pet and needed to find a vet. From our very first visit in 2021 the entire staff from the vets to manager Bryan have been nothing but the utmost professional in treating our Madison. Thank you guys for always taking care of our puppy and we could not be happier with the quality of care. I highly recommend if you need pet services to give them a try. We have our yearly visits, vaccines, and even had our puppy spayed by their vets.

This is my favorite vet office I have ever been to. The staff here actually care about the animals and not just money, they work with the animal owners to make sure that the animal receives the best care at the best price. And the wait times for an appointment are fairly short, so you aren't waiting around very long. I appreciate the staff for how they treat my animals, myself and their own staff because I always see them happy and helpful.

GRAND PET CARE Vets and Staff are the best you can find! They have kept my two Rescue Dogs Healthy and Happy over five years time! I recommend them to you without hesitation!

My experiences here have always been great. Staff, specially the front desk is very helpful and kind, they go out of their way to accommodate and recommend the best products and services for you and your fur baby. I get yearly exams and vaccines here for my pomeranian mix and is always an easy process.

I have been bringing my dogs here for over 5 years. It is a 30 min drive for me now that we have moved but I trust them for the best affordable care for my fur babies. The staff is amazing, friendly, cares for the pets from the time you walk in to the time you leave.you. CP is a tech & we just love him! We will continue to bring our pups to Grand Pet Care for all off our vet needs.

Worst place ever. took my puppy in for the first vaccines got there at 5:10 waited in line like 20 minutes and they told me it was too late since it was 5:30 already. Even though the latest time was 5:15 for first vaccines and I got there at 5:10

This vet came highly recommended from my sister who also has a pug and we couldn't be more happy with them! So glad we found a vet we could trust.

I have been taking all my pets for years from my St. Bernard Beethoven, to my Siberian Husky Autumn to my now Yorkie Charlie. It's been well over 16 years and they have always worked with us in good standing for the well being of my pets. My son takes his dog American Bully, Buddy there as well. Honestly I love this place. My dog got ran over and I came here and everyone is so POLITE and CARING. I love how they speak Spanish. And DR saw my dog with out an Appointment. I'm so Glad I came here. I LOVE THIS VET

The staff here are incredible. I have a very anxious / reactive dog that the vet team was absolutely wonderful with. They made him feel very comfortable when they took him back to examine him. The staff was so patient, kind, and careful with him and I couldn't be more appreciative.

This is replying to Michelle D In Response to Michelle D. I was one of the people who helped in this great process that took several hours of work. The dog was in a situation of inhumanity, we gave a little dignity to this poor dog. If you have a dog that requires grooming every month PLEASE DO IT! And if you don't do it for more than a year because you can't pay, GIVE IT TO SOMEONE WHO CAN TAKE CARE OF THE DOG AND GIVE IT LOVE AND DIGNITY because giving it maintenance is not the same as taking it to the grooming once a year, that's why she paid more for the extra work of many hours, remember if you can't afford the grooming for the dog DO NOT HAVE IT.

The gentlemen were very nice but I didn't have my puppy Sebastian microchipped cause the owner told me he was. It says if I write a review bout them I could get a free visit. Then I can write another review. The place is clean and employees are friendly. I saw the vet she brought in her own dog. It's a nice friendly place.

Kind and experienced people here. I try to understand and be patient with the staff because they are genuine and kind. They deserve to be treated with respect. With that said, the doctor my dog saw that day was knowledgeable and tried to explain what i needed to tell her about the issue as simply as possible. I'm very detailed with my dog so it was a quick visit.

Pay attention to your pet's habits and daily life. It makes a difference in the doctor's office for both them and you/your pet. The gentleman i was paired up with for a nurse was very patient with her. My dog is female and very skittish with men, but she was able to trust him with picking her up. 100/100 coming back for my check ups.

I am been here many times to drop my dog off for boarding and for shots. They have always been professional, clean, courteous and honest with their pricing. Some other places will nickel and dime you by adding extra fees. Not this place.

This pet care center is great! The staff and vet have been nothing but awesome. I've had a great experience so far and more importantly they have been keeping my pup 100% healthy

Absolutely amazing. The staff member who did the shots for my dog and cat was probably actually a forest nymph because he had such control and gentle swift movements that kept my pets calm and oblivious to the situation. Amazing amazing would recommend all pet owners to come here

This place is the worst! Bad managements Very poor reception, very slow and always delayed So many doctors that everyone has different prices Doctors are always late to there appointments Each technician have different prices Manager is never on time The cover page is really bad imagine what could be happening In The back It's all about money to them Don't trust them with your baby

The owner is a Douchebag. They are very unorganized and don't follow up on appointments. Waste of time and money! Now my pet is sick due to their inconsistency.

I have taken my pup there since day one. The whole team is easy to work with & they communicate well with us. The prices are fair & the service is appropriate. The facility is also very clean, which I keep a good eye out for. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends.

This Vet is down the street from me local they are never too crazy busy and we are able to get in right away for anything we need. They have had our pups since they were babies now 3yrs old. From shots, getting fixxed, dental care, emergency eye issues, and grooming. The staff are always friendly and I know they will always take care if my furrbabies with care! Pricing is moderate as taking care of our pups could be pricey but they are very reasonably priced which is also the best part! Definitely recommend Grand Pet Care!

It was my first time at this vet & also this is my first pet so I had a ton of questions. It's a clean & beautiful vet, they have a little grass area outside that you can go with your pet to when waiting. My issue I had was the veterinarian herself, I had a bunch of questions and I felt like she was rushing me & wasn't very attentive to the worries I had for my first time new dog.

I also told her this was my very first pet so I had a couple questions. When you take your pet into the vet especially as a first time customer your expectations are high & my visit wasn't that great. She kept trying to propose I get all these different things for my dog but when I asked her what it specifically is and what does it do she kind of brushed me off & just kept adding to my bill.

I wouldn't have minded getting any of the extra stuff done to my dog if she just showed more interest in wanting to answer my questions and gave me details on what it does but I chose to go get it done at another vet because of this experience. I would give it a one star but all the other workers like the front desk guys & the assistant to the vet were so kind & patient with me.

I ended up asking all my questions to the front desk guys and they answered it but it would've been great for the doctor herself to answer them since she was the person I specifically paid $50.00 for the visit.

Doctor Pilago is so good with my dog and my baby girl isn't always very happy around strangers. They have been my vet since I adopted Blue from OC Animal Care Shelter three years ago. Blue has even spent the night in their boarding a few times! The staff is pretty friendly and all the techs take great care of my girl!

Excellent care for pets. Have taken our 100 lb German Shepherd for their spa treatment several times. They show great care n do an excellent job on him especially when he's been shedding. Will continue to take him here.

I took my 3 month old pup her to follow up with her shots. Nice and clean place. Would recommend it.

This place is amazing! I'm such a dog mom, I always try to take my dog to the best places where I don't have to worry if he feels unsafe or uncomfortable. I very much did look at reviews and so far I was convinced to bring him. They treated him so good and made him feel loved. Definitely will be our go to place.

Excellent for nail trims with the big strong dogs! Several groom shops told me no, they couldn't do it. CP is excellent, patient and nice. Great handling skills!

I've been here plenty of times and every time they greet moo and treat us so nicely and always so fast, friendly and welcoming! Really recommend this spot with their puppy plan takes care of everything you need when you first get your puppy. Also they take walk-ins all the time and starbucks is right around to corner to get your pup a Puppucino! After their visit! Love this place!

Left our dog there for 8 days and had her spayed during her stay. Surgery was successful. Excellent care and customer service.

I'm so happy with the great experiences I have going to this place. There's is a friendly stuff, doctors know what their doing and is definitely not about the money. I always trust them with the diagnostic.and even during covid they still operating (with all the cautions) Thank you very much for all your services with all my pets!

Have brought my pets here for years. I moved out of the area for a bit and when I moved back there was no question as to where I would go for pet care. Staff is helpful and friendly. I have very large dogs, and one needed large amounts of a specialty medication that they did not have enough of. They referred me to an emergency service and prior to me leaving they called to verify that there was the medication we needed. I was so appreciative of the honesty of this by the DVM that this is one of the reasons I go back.

I have taken many of pets to Grand Pet Center. They are kind. Always do this best to work in an emergency visit. Great my animals with dignity and kindness. Reasonable prices.

Veterinarians and boarding is great! Although, I definitely do not recommend the groomer. Trust me I have worked there. I was fired through text and called unprofessional for no reason. In my opinion I was the best worker there. I didn't make firends, but I did do my job. That's is all I have to say. Freedom of speech.

My little Mila has been a patient here for a little over a year now and I have absolutely no concerns! They are very attentive and extremely caring. She has a little separation anxiety so they make sure she knows she's safe. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

I can't stress enough the amazing care and service offered at grand pet care center. Their staff is so attentive and friendly. They are so accommodating and super understanding. They were able to see and treat my fur baby when he got in a fight with a cat and unfortunately suffered a minor eye injury. The dr was so patient with Posty and his treatment plan was on point and in no time he recovered. I am truly grateful for all their attention and care! Thank you guys!

Took our dog to Grand Pet Care Center to get a shampoo and nails clipped and when my son picked him up his eyes were blood red, he was panting, out of breath and so scared. See the before and after pictures below. The after is a day later. It appears the leach was so tight it caused the blood vessels in his eyes to burst. NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR OUR PETS. Thank God he is alive.

this is hands down the best place for all your animals health and well being needs , they are very compassionate and caring ,the love and care that was given to our family member Bear during his final days was top notch words can not express our gratitude to Sam ,Tony and all the great staff members. I highly recommend them , 5 stars doesn't even come close to the service they give , they definitely go above and beyond
