I have been taking my dog here for 2 years now and I have absolutely loved it here! Reasonably priced, punctual and caring staff! However, we had an appointment at 11:45am and we showed up early at 11:20. We weren't expecting to get in early if the techs/doctors were held up with other clients/patients. However, they didn't take our dog back until 12:00. 15 minutes PAST our appointment time. Had to wait about 45 minutes for bloodwork that took less than 5 minutes for a tech to complete. Also, seeing other people come in who were a few minutes late to their appointment, and got seen right away or at least in a room and taken back, very frustrating especially when we were not only on time, but 25 minutes early.
I don't really find that to be fair or acceptable. I'm normally usually understanding especially if it's busy or low staff. But that's not really considerate to another client who has been waiting for awhile, versus someone who just walks in and has their dog taken back moments after they get there. So disappointing.

I contacted this vet because my dog was attacked. They asked me to send photos and said they would call back immediately. They did not. I continued to call because he was bleeding a lot and I was very worried and instead of getting back to me they blocked my number and I had to rush him to another vet. I thought these people were supposed to care about injured animals.

Dr. Robert Ormand is the best vet I could have hoped for. We have had some challenges in the last few years with our senior dog and we've appreciated the mobile option and the care she's received so much. Dr. Ormand's VOM treatments helped our dog to walk again after losing the use of her back legs. We had extra time with her because of his help. Yesterday, our old gal passed away and I called Dr. Ormand sobbing.
He was so kind and so caring and came to our house get our girl and take care of her. I couldn't have asked for a better vet and person to help us in this difficult time. His vet tech Shari is very kind and caring as well. When we work up the heart to get another dog someday, you can sure that we'll be back.

Thank you for the successful resolution to the issue. I have changed my review to 5 stars because the management cares enough about their patients and there clients to rectify a situation with class and professionalism. My animals receive great pet care and I hope that going forward, we will have a successful relationship. Thank you for your quick response and creating a valued relationship for the welfare of my furry family.

Although the staff is super friendly, I was never introduced to anyone. No one provided their name so it didn't seem as personable. A ver clinic and their staff should be personable as you are trusting them with your best friend. Side note: when you have an appointment it shouldn't take 45 minutes to be seen by the vet. Had an explanation been provided for the delay, or simply a "sorry, it should only be a few minutes, " that would have been acceptable.

Always have had a great experience. They not only care about pets, but also their owners. I keep my pet care plan with them despite not living near them anymore because of their willingness to answer questions and see our dog when we are in town. Knowledgeable, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. 100% recommend.

I love the staff at Linder. Today we used the mobile for a spay, eyelid fix, shots and chip. This was all done in the mobile unit at the end of my driveway. My dog didn't have to go through all of the normal stressors. She just walked up and in to the unit. The team is always timely, professional and the cost reasonable. So glad I found them! I definitely would sign up for the mobile program if you have a big dog like mine or a more uptight animal companion. Saves money in the long run and the animal is happy with the visit.

I grew up w/Dr. David R. Ormond, DVM, taking care of our family's cats. Once I got married and bought a cat and a dog from the Idaho Humane Societies in the Boise and Meridian Idaho areas I turned to them for veterinary care. They came right to my home and were able to do visits even when our dog as ailing after normal business hours (6 p.m. or so even on the 4th of July, 2014).
Our cat hides a lot so having them come to our home to do her yearly shots and exams worked wonderfully. Also very impressed w/ability to work w/the Dr. one-on-one in making sure that I understood how to take care of my pet to get him over a hard spell. We finally learned that our dog cat cancer in his eye and jawbone and Dr. David R. Ormond's son, Dr. Robert C. Ormond, DVM was there everytime we needed medical advice w/eating needs as well as our final need to euthanise our dog a month ago.
