From calling and talking with them all the way till we left, it made what we had to do a little bit better. Been going here for years. Dr Schultz is trustworthy and knows what he is doing.

They do a great job with my two puggles. The vet techs must be so lovable because my dogs pull on the chain to go in. Plus I have always gotten a call back from the vet the same day I have a concern or question.

Dr. Wright was very caring, bright and thorough. Thank you Dr. Wright for listening to my concerns and being patient during a difficult situation.

I've tried other animal hospitals and veterinarians. I personally like Vista Animal Hospital because they have never turned me away when we've had one of our fur babies need help. They fit us in every time we've had an emergency. They listen to what we've got to say and I can tell they truthfully care about my fur babies and how we feel! A++

My dog went in for a surgery. Came out happy, and with his nails trimmed, as well as his teeth whitened. Didn't expect or ask for either of those things to be done. So I thank y'all a bunch!

Vista has been our vet for years, through two dogs. Dr. Bev is caring, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I would never consider going anywhere else. During Covid they have policies that make us feel safe and are efficient.

My dog is a frequent flyer (cost of being a Dog Who Goes Hard, plus sensitive tummy issues). Vista Animal Hospital doctors and staff are unfailingly kind and competent. The fees are more than fair, and whenever possible, we are given choices about treatment.

This organization is very unorganized. It seems the staff do not communicate well with each other. I waited over a year to register my dog through them. I pushed them a couple times, but they never followed through. I insisted they do the registration on regular check-up-- more than a year later. I was happy it was finally done. Then, after that visit, a different staff member called me about a month later and informed me that the original paperwork was ready--18 months late!

They had apparently started a new registration--in addition to the old, but they did not bother to stop the old one nor did the staff manage to communicate this with each other. My dog had been registered twice I guess. Due to COVID they will not let humans into the clinic -- regardless if one has a mask or not. My dog is really nervous in these types of places.

Just taking him in--without me present--does not help him. I get that we need to be careful during the pandemic. However, my biggest problem with this way of interacting with people is the Veterinarian did not even bother to directly communicate with us. The staff took our dog in and the staff brought our dog back out about 15 mins later. We did not get to talk to the doctor, we did not get to ask questions, we are not even sure of how thoroughly the dog was checked--nor if my dog even actually saw the vet! The only thing we know is that they managed to register him twice though.

This will be a strange review. I do not use this vet for my dog's care, but I needed a city tag and they sell them. Rather than going to the city where they are sold I contacted Vista Animal Hospital and they made sure I got my tag. The person who answered the phone was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. They also practiced social distancing as I waited in my car as they brought my tag out for me. I paid over the phone. My vet is less than.5 miles from me, but it they were further away I would consider using Vista Animal Hospital for my vet.

They have always taken good care of my beloved animals.starting with my cat (many, many years ago) and now my dog (who is now getting old). If I have ever needed someone to help - they are always there, even during these difficult virus days when my little dog needed a needle biopsy of his lung.

My family has been bringing our pets here since I was a kid. They've always taken great care of our animals and my parents have never had any issues. Now that I have just adopted a cat of my own, I'll be taking him there for his checkups.

As an animal lover, there is something soothing about being in the presence of fellow animal lovers. During these uncertain times of COVID popularity, it tugged on my heart to think something might be wrong with my pup and knowing that waiting could harm him. I was very impressed with Vista Animal Hospital and their call to action to make sure that.

Sir Tuxingtons care could continue in a safe a responsible manner. Even though I couldn't go in with him he walked into the building with a tail wag and walked out the same. The people here have always let me know that the care of my pup is number one. They do so not with lip service, but with their actions. Thank you for taking care of my best friend.

Dr Bev is my vet. She is kind, compassionate, and thoughtful.

We recently had to bring our Golden Retriever in for a leg infection. Dr Wright and staff were amazing as this was on a Saturday afternoon. We needed to bring him back for follow up. We later found out he needed to be put down for a tumor that had gotten too big as was causing him to suffer. Dr. Wrights compassion was unbelievable. They made a unbearable situation bearable. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our Dog. I do not seeing us going anywhere else ever again for our veterinary needs.

Always friendly and professional. Great staff. Wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else.

Our pets love coming here. Dr. Schultz ams Dr. Zellhar are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I like that they take their time with our pets and make sure that any questions we have are answered. Our pup had a large cancerous tumor removed last year that required frequent visits to clean and inspect the wound and they always made him feel safe and were very gentle with him. I highly recommend Vista Animal and will continue to bring our fur babies here.

I absolutely love this place. Dr. Bev came highly recommended from my neighbor who has been taking his cats there for over 16 years. Dr. Bev took really good care of my cat and got him in right away for a surgery he needed. You can tell the whole staff loves what they do for a living because it shows in their work. Not only is the staff amazing the prices are very reasonable.

Very nice people. took my dog on short notice. that in itself is amazing. they were awesome working with my dog that wasn't being so nice.

We needed to take our dog in for an emergency and we were nervous to take him somewhere we weren't comfortable. Dr. Zahller was great and genuinely cared about helping our dog feel better. We were happy with our choice to bring him here and would definitely recommend to people, especially in an emergency situation.

My family used this Vet for both of our Family dogs growing up. Once I got my puppy, Leo I knew exactly where to take him. All the vets are great, but we LOVE Dr. Zellhar. She takes extra time to look over your pet head to toe and makes sure you're comfortable with what she determines as the best course of action.

Absolutely horrible. I went to get my pup's anal gland's drained. the waiting area is uncomfortable and hot. the vet that I had was not friendly or helpful. The worst part? My dog got an infection from an anal gland draining for the first time ever. I had to pay $300 to pay for that vet's mistake. I would never take my dog there again.

I will never go there again. We brought our cat in on Monday, they gave him a shot of 12 hour antibiotics and gave us a can of food (they charged us for it) and sent us home, telling us to call after we checked his temperature ourselves the next day. He only seemed to get worse, and when we called Thursday evening (around 4) they said they had no openings that night or Friday -- but we could "drop him off" as early as 7 a.m. and they would "look at him" if they "had a chance." WTH? Never again.
