Clients must go directly to the exam room and will leave directly without stopping at the front desk. Patients dropped off for exams, surgery, grooming, etc. will still be taken in and dismissed curbside. Our veterinary clinic was first opened in the early 1980s as Affordable Animal Hospital by Dr. Henry Fairleigh. It was one of four clinics owned by Fairco, Inc.
In the late 1980s, the name was changed to Fairleigh Pet Center-Preston. In 1989, Dr. Caryl Kline joined the staff. Wellness care is important during all stages of your pet's life.

Dr Kline is wonderful and the staff is as well! I had to make a very difficult decision in having to have my cat Tigger put down and Dr Kline did all she could to try to make him well. In the end, it was best to let him go It was the hardest decision I have had to make but her compassion made it bearable. They even sent to flowers to my house the next day I would highly recommend taking any pets here. They are fabulous and so very caring!

Dr Kline and staff are wonderful! I had a senior cat who had had many diagnostic tests and treatments at another veterinary clinic in town without any success. Dr Kline tried very diligently to figure out what was causing his incontinence and weight loss. She is truly a very compassionate & patient veterinarian. Unfortunately, we eventually had to make the decision to euthanize my sweet boy They were very compassionate throughout this difficult time and even sent flowers to me the next day. I would highly recommend Preston Animal Hospital

My mom and dad started taking their animals here when the first moved to the area. It was called Fairleighs at that time. They continued when Dr Kline took over sole ownership. And I now continue with my fur babies. She is truly a one woman show, kind and compassionate, and surrounds herself with staff who are the same. I have never been treated with anything other than professionalism and respect.
And my fur babies live her and the attention they get from staff. The groomer stays booked so i schedule 2-3 months in advance and she gives a great cut. She always listens to what we want and makes our Yorkie look like the diva he is. I only wish I could give them 10 stars.

Critical: Professionalism Called to see about making an appt. They could have cared less and was very rude in the delivery of telling me they do not accept new animals/patients. May want to find better customer service. If they treat the owner bad imagine how they would treat their animal. Thank you for showing me that I should not bring my pet there.

First let me say Dr Kline worked miracles with my Harley. I got Harley when he was two months old. She diagnosed him with round worms, hook worms and parvo. Through sheer determination between Harley, Dr Kline and the grace of God Harley survived for 14 years. And when it was time to let him go, Dr Kline was there to show compassion and empathy. I am so grateful that Dr Kline and the workers at Preston Animal Clinic was there to shower my boy love and affection. They loved my Harley and he loved them. Now I cant wait for them to meet Diesel. Thank you Dr Kline and all of the staff at Preston Animal Clinic

I brought my first and only pup bc I read good things and that's why I'm here today. Let me start off by saying the first few visits were amazing and loved his vet. Until one day I came in and was spoke to by a passive aggressive woman who failed to introduce herself telling me my dog is aggressive and what do I plan on doing about it. She proceeded to tell me she she had to muzzle him to remove his hair in his ear (at 5mo)Odd the other vet didn't say anything and odd I didn't know this woman.
Come to find out this woman is the owner and vet of this office. She does not like animals and I could feel her being aggressive with me first meet. Not only that she told me to put ear drops in the wrong ear and while walking out the nurse told me she heard what she said and it's the other ear. I have now taken my pup else where, a (new vet and groomers, bc I couldn't stand supporting a such establishment) where EVERY staff member loves and adores him. The owner is NOT an animal lover.
