I want to Thank EVERYONE at EAH for taking care of my grand kitty Joon. From the phone call I made and them taking her in that day. To her not having to wait long at all. Than to Dr. Lu/Wu I believe (I'm soooo sorry for not getting it correct) taking care of her and even though she had to stay a few hours calling with a check up. And for the ladies who's heart got stolen by her.

They were loving on her so I have a feeling even the ones who didn't work on her even took amazing care of her. I was not thrilled about her having to be there a few hours but knowing it went amazing I would feel comfortable doing it again if need be. THANK YOU Eastern Animal Hospital for all you did for our Joonie bug.

I love Eastern Animal Hospital. It is so clean and the staff is so friendly. They have a very up to date facility. They may be a little more expensive, but my baby is worth it.

Couldn't ask for better care. I brought in a stray 6 month old cat for his first vet visit. He was treated beautifully by the staff at Eastern Animal Hospital. Sushi has no issues going to the vet now! I made an appointment and was early and I didn't have to wait long at all. Everything was explained to me, including costs, before any treatment was done. Sushi was treated in a loving and professional manner. Made my life a lot easier!

I recently brought my dog here because I noticed she was moving slower up the stairs than normal and I was worried. I called on Sunday and spoke with someone and told them what I was concerned about and unfortunately they were all booked up that day, but told me to call back the next day when they opened to see if I could get an urgent care appointment.

I did that and was able to get an appointment on Monday. The facility is very nice, clean and modern. The front desk, techs and veterinarian were all so nice and helpful. I had never been here before but was so relieved that they could see my pup so quickly. There are closer vets to me but I will definitely be bringing my dog here as their new vet. Thanks again for seeing her so quickly and putting a worried dog mom's mind at ease. :

Rocco was very sick when I brought him to Eastern Animal hospital. Dr Kaufman and Staff were completely amazing with him. There compassion was outstanding, they treated Rocco like a family member. They released him the next day, they reach out to me once a week to check on him and to discuss medication's. Thank you Eastern Animal Hospital you all are truly amazing.

You should respect dog s parents because parents know the best for animals than doctors know. the medical don't know about the animals that parents know the best for animals. for example you did not know about EMF blocker that helps animals health better. I am smarter than you do. You have the medical degree. I don't I know way better than you do. I know you don't know what ingredients in the vaccines. The ingredients in the vaccines are very dangerous to animals and people too.

Friendly staff, and very clean facilities. First puppy visit aka puppy package was $185. Minus the $25 appointment hold fee. Not including the kennel cough prevention vaccine $32. As with everything else nowadays - cost of living is ridiculous. However, your pet will be in great hands here.

Everyone is so professional and so nice. They treat my corgi and mini dachshund with so much respect and they really care about them. They explain everything and make sure they are happy.

We went to Eastern to meet with a surgeon for our beagle, who has a torn knee ligament. I felt welcomed from the moment we walked in, and we hadn't even gotten beyond the front desk. Dr. Dycus and his tech, Kristin, were firm but gentle with Snoopy, confirming his diagnosis and need for surgery within minutes, but thoroughly. They were sympathetic that Snoopy was in a lot of pain.

He explained exactly the type of surgery he recommended and took his time to answer all of our questions. And we had a lot of questions! He was knowledgeable to the point where he was able to explain to us the difference between human and canine anatomy, and actually WHY Snoopy's injury has to be repaired in the way that it does. He brought an anatomical model to the exam room so we could get a visual idea of what was going on in Snoopy's knee.

He also thoroughly explained what would happen after the surgery with Snoopy's recovery, and the exact steps and time frame we would be looking at as far as recovery. When we left the consult I felt like a weight had been lifted because Snoopy was going to have the surgery and recover. Fortunately, he had an opening and Snoopy will be having the surgery on Tuesday, which is only 6 days from the original consult. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff from check in to check out.

Every one there is very nice. Doctors are very helpful and they answer all questions and don't rush you out. very clean

Very professional staff offering all aspects of newer pet knowledge; especially for puppies!

Super friendly, courteous and professional staff. Our first appointment was a little more involved than any of us expected and I not once felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing anyone. Dr. Buttaro is great. The techs and whole staff were absolutely wonderful! Most importantly, they were all fantastic with our newly adopted 13 year old pup!

Brought my dog in for an emergency visit. They were able to see her pretty quickly. Everyone was very nice and cared for her. The doctor was great and explained our options. The procedure was a bit costly but I kind of expected for an emergency visit. We had a very good experience. The facility was very new and clean.

We recently took our 3 year old pit here for an emergency visit. I was so relieved because almost every other vet I had called in the area was at full capacity and not seeing new patients. The doctor and techs were so patient and kind and really made all of us feel comfortable. We were given options and an estimate before just being told to do this or pay this.

The prices were also very reasonable. Such professional and great service and they handled our big baby with care. Highly recommend and thank you all! Our baby is feeling and doing better already.

It was our kitten's first vet appointment and he was treated with such great care, love, and professionalism.

Took my 6 month old GR in as a urgent visit. From the front staff, to the techs, to the doctors are wonderful. They are professional, and compassionate. You can tell the whole staff enjoys what they do. Im appreciative to Dr. Kauffman for taking time out to see my dog, and helping. Thank you for the follow up phone call. This is a place i recommend for all animals to go to. Thank you again.

This veterinary is extremely overcharging in terms of what other local vets are charging for their services. First of all a comprehensive office visit here is $80+ when the going price for ALL local vets in the area is in the $50-$65 range. Before you agree to continue with any of the services they are offering please please get other quotes this vet put my dog under anesthesia to perform a bandage change and then when I went to another vet they were able to do the exact same procedure with no anesthesia and the cost for the same thing was about $60 less.

Don't get me wrong their services are good but they will try and get your money by any means. The vet I went to after did the same things and the bill was 1/4 the price I kid you not, this vet also said the last bandage change done at Eastern was too tight causing my dog a lot swelling luckily it will heal on his own. But I will never go back here and I highly recommend you look around other vets before going to eastern.

Our best friend passed away 11.23.2021 and it was around 8pm. I called this place to see what they can do and it was the only one I've found that opened later than normal. Unfortunately our doggie passed away on the way there but they were able to take us in and took care of the rest. They were very friendly and really was comforting during the hardest time of our lives. Highly recommend this hospital for your pets. It was really clean and very modern. They really care about animals.

We love Eastern! We switched from another vet when our puppy was having weird GI issues and we felt that the other vet didn't have a plan/wasn't taking it seriously. Eastern immediately came up with a diagnostic plan and communicated everything very well. Our pup has lots of allergies as well, and every time we go, the staff is so kind and helpful. It's certainly on the pricier side, but it's worth it for us.

First time at Eastern Animal Hospital. I was very impressed with everyone from the reception to the exam. I am so thankful they have urgent care. I did not have to wait long. I am looking forward to having a reliable place to go. Their hours are great.

The facility is aesthetically appealing with much space which is important for me. Didn't have to wait super long to be seen by Dr. Kaufman. And the level of professionalism from simplifying health concerns to explaining how the different medicines need to be used to help our cat. You definitely want to come here

The only experiences I've had here are excellent experiences! Everyone, from the telephone staff to the welcome receptionists, vet techs and the doctors, have provided my dog with outstanding care. I feel like they really care about us, and they want my dog to be safe and healthy. I trust them. Keep up the great work, Eastern folks, we will be lifetime customers for sure.

AFTER I WAS HEADING TO FALLS RD VET. AND ALMOST THERE. I TOOK HER TO THE BEST PLACE! EASTERN ANIMAL HOSPITAL RIGHT INTO THE ARMS OF A WONDERFUL VET. TECH. THEY DIDN'T MAKE HER WAIT. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE, I DID NOT HAVE TO FILL OUT 22 PAGES OF FORMS & I DIDN'T HAVE TO. (PULLOVER MY CAR) AND TAKE MY DIRECTIONS OFF MY PHONE 10 MINUTES BEFORE I GET THERE, JUST TO CALL.& SAY I AM ONLY 10 MINUTES FROM YOU NOW! THEN I Had to Try to Re- Enter my Directions. to Falls Rd. But Before I could Continue to drive to them. I received Another TEXT from Them THREATENING ME. THAT YOU WILL REMOVE ME OUT OF THE WAITING QUE, IF.

FLAWLESS! Absolutely the most outstanding service, wonderful facility, amazing staff & vets, reasonable wait time, and very fair cost of services. Your pets, and peace of mind, are worth putting your trust in Eastern Animal Hospital.

The staff is very friendly and the doctors take their time to explain everything that is happening. The place is hugh and very clean.
