Churchville Veterinary Clinic (CVC) was started in 1971 by Dr. Richard Streett, Jr. Over the years the practice has changed with the population. Originally working as a sole practitioner in a mixed animal practice, Dr. Streett made the decision to make Churchville an exclusively small animal practice in 1976. In 1998, Dr. Dan Hopkins and Dr. Paula Winters became partners, and in 2006, Dr. Rich Streett joined the team. In November of 2000, Greenbrier Veterinary Clinic (GVC) was opened in Bel Air as a satellite clinic of Churchville Veterinary Clinic.

When considering a veterinarian, it is important to evaluate all elements of care the clinic may provide. Compassion, affordable cost, and quality are all important traits, but we aim to provide a level of care that exceeds all expectations. We look forward to continuing to grow with the Churchville community and be there to provide the advice and care you need to have a happy, healthy pet!
Annual dental exams and cleanings are recommended to protect your pet from many health problems and help them maintain a healthy and clean mouth. Proper diet and nutrition can help your pet fight against disease, maintain a proper weight, and promote the overall well-being of your pet. Annual wellness exams evaluate your pets overall health, detect problems before they become serious, and keep them on track to live a long, healthy life. We're equipped to perform routine radiography services to identify many types of illness or injury when pets are sick or suffer a trauma.
We are always accepting resumes from committed and compassionate veterinary professionals. If you are looking for a collaborative environment that nurtures and encourages growth, apply below! They were my Vet until my dog had to be put down due to his advanced age. They were kind and understanding throughout the process. They informed us of what to expect, and gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. They made Memphis comfortable every time we brought him in, and even on his final visit he was happy to see everyone there.

I called and got an appointment fairly quickly. Their system is working better than any other local veterinarian establishments I have visited. They treated my fur baby with as much love as we do and the doctors call you, explaining everything and you feel you are part of the planning for your fur baby! I really love this place! Good job!

I have an older dog who needs a little extra love, medicine given 2x a day and she is a picky eater with all that said my baby girl came home happy, calm, and looking well fed. I truly appreciate the churchville clinic and how they treated my Daisy, I'm a very hesitant/protective mom due to Daisys age and her non-abilities but I knew they would do the right thing if something occurred and would abide by my wishes.
Thank you again for letting my family and I enjoy a one week vacation where we were not available to answer calls or emails. Knowing Daisy was in good hands allowed me to relax for the first times in almost two years. Sincerely, a customer for life, Heidi
